Dreaming of Christmas by Joanne Dannon is a wonderful collection of Christmas/holiday romances. This is the first time I have read any of Ms. Dannon’s work, so I was excited to see what I would find. I love Christmas stories, and at this time of the year I tend to read as many as I can- so I was only too happy to one-click a copy to explore.
There are five short stories that make up this collection. They are:
-A Magical Christmas in Jerusalem
– Another Magical Christmas in Jerusalem
– Christmas Kiss, New Year’s Wish
– Christmas Kiss in London
– Christmas Kiss: But Only For the Holidays
The stories are sweet, cut, and fun- with banter, emotion and interesting characters- made for an enjoyable read.

Ahh, this is just lovely. Cannot get enough of Christmas Romances so this book was like kryptonite for me. Curl up by a stocking bedecked fire with this one, all cosy in the glow of fairy lights and allow the Christmas cheer and love to just wash over you. Every story was so wonderfully written and has something for everyone. I cannot tell you how chuffed I was when I came to the end of the first tale and then realised, I had several more to look forward to.
Each story has its own wonderful touch of Christmas and Dannon is a dab hand creating likeable characters and setting a wonderfully Christmassy scene to drop them in. I highly recommend reading this if only to give yourself the best kind of toothache. It will definitely fill you with the festive spirit and if you’re anything like me, squeezing like an idiot. Dreaming of Christmas: 5 complete, sweet holiday romances by Joanne Dannon. Each story is connected in some way. What a great way to get you into the Christmas spirit! The author did a great job writing 5 connected stories that while being similar in storyline really had their own feel. I didn’t feel like I was reading 5 of the same story. Each one had it’s own flair. The stories are so sweet and romantic and definitely bring the Christmas magic. The characters were very thoughtfully written and you couldn’t help but want to follow the journey of each of them. I couldn’t put these books down!
5 great Novellas to get you in the Christmas spirit full of love, family and cheer. Reading this has made me even more excited for Christmas and i am definitely going to read more from this author. I cant choose a favourite story as they are all amazing and all have something different about them.
5 Stars! I loved Dreaming of Christmas: 5 complete, sweet holiday romances by Joanne Dannon. Dannon is a talented writer, with the ability to develop characters and sweet stories that keep you coming back for more (good thing there were five interconnected stories). She transports you to new, romantic places in each story and you can’t help but fall in love with the scenery and characters in each—being set around Christmastime was an added bonus that warms your heart even more. You can’t help but feel the magic come alive and desire an epic love story for yourself while reading. These stories also make you want to travel and see the many places she describes. I will be reading additional books by Dannon now, having read this collection. If you love sweet romantic movies around Christmastime, do yourself a favor and read this collection of stories!
Dreaming of Christmas by Joanne Dannon was a really good read! This is a short collection of five different short Christmas stories, each one connected in some way with the next. The storylines of each one was similar, but also different in their own way, if that makes sense, with all of them being very good to read. My only complaint, was some of the stories had timelines that didn’t make sense. Time wasn’t established well, and events happened that didn’t make much sense in a time frame point of view. But I enjoyed all the characters in the various stories. They were very well written, and while they are romance stories, they are not explicit at all. Very sweet stories to read at this time of year!

Oh I loved this set of Christmas novellas; they were all so lovely and heart-warming to read. Absolutely perfect for curling up with on a cold night! Each story had wonderful main characters that I fell in love with straight away. They were all really well written and perfect for just grabbing as they are so easy to get into. I loved that I could just put it down and pick up again and start a new novella. Although they were novellas they were all crammed full of story, romance, fun times and more! I definitely recommend this book and I look forward to reading more from this author again in the future.
This a book of five complete Christmas romance stories. Each story brings spirit and is written with a lot of heart and soul. They each inspire hope, faith and love that will stick with you. Each story takes a magical Christmas Kiss to a new level. They have characters that bring the story to life and made me feel as if I was right there with them. I had no problems connecting with them as they brought each story to life. These stories and characters warmed my heart and I found myself hoping that each couple would find their Christmas HEAs. My favorite was Christmas Kiss, A New Year’s Wish. This is a story of friendship turns relationship. Taylor has a crush on her best friend Luca. Will one kiss change everything for them? Can you keep something that just maybe wasn’t yours to start with? I highly recommend this book. It certainly made my afternoon warmer.

I loved reading the stories in the book Dreaming of Christmas: 5 complete, sweet holiday romances by Joanne Dannon. They are fun and enjoyable. They are romantic and have moments that warm your heart and soothe the soul. This book put me in the Christmas mood and is perfect to be read by the fire with a cup of coffee/tea. I loved all of the characters and I couldn’t help but root for them to find their HEA. These are stories that show the meaning of true love and how it can happen anytime or anywhere. I got a warm, fuzzy feeling while reading. There is Christmas magic at work, and I loved how each of the main characters interacts and banters with each other. The author does a wonderful job of making both the stories and the characters come alive. Don’t miss out on five stories that are romantic, entertaining, and exciting to read. I highly recommend reading them.
