Love is in the air…and the hair — or so wacky hairstylist Lacy Brown believes when she swoops into Mule Hollow. The town placed an ad for wives, and Lacy’s salon is going to guarantee pretty ones! The moment cattleman Clint Matlock meets the spitfire stylist, he can tell she won’t last. Attractive women just don’t stick around dusty cow towns; his mom certainly hadn’t. But Clint never expects … expects Tornado Lacy to set his emotions spinning. Perhaps the trouble with Lacy Brown is that her last name should be Matlock.

I loved it! Good clean romantic read.
Entertaining Texas tale. Pink Cadillac driven by a brassy blonde and a Texas Cowboy
Loved this book! I laughed through the whole thing!!! Looking forward to reading more about these ladies!
loved this the first time around and still do
Such a great book to read. It had a little of everything. Cattle rustler’s, humor, life issues, and of course romance. I highly recommend this book to all as I usually read suspense and intrigue but this captured my attention by the first chapter.
More than half way through it. Looking forward to my reading time (at night before sleep) every night.
I loved this book! Especially the quirkiness of the characters.
Loved it!!!! The characters were funny. God was evident…not implied or hidden. The story was delightful.
No bad language, loving but not x-rated, could be read by teens & characters expressed their feelings about Faith and God’s guidance.
I have read 2 of Debra Cloptons books, and thoroughly enjoyed both…will get any by her!!
I liked this book..
Totally predictable, but the characters were cute.
I loved everything about this book. The characters were delightful and easy to relate to. It was real life story.
Most enjoyable . Good book to curl up with.
Love all the mail order bride books the Western background is just my style
it was a nice read, clean and easy to follow, pretty much predictable though ,I was not real excited over it,pretty shallow it seemed to me
I thoroughly enjoyed the humor and the fun twists in this book.
The main character was a fun loving lady but she did some silly things. She was lovable and pretty naive when it came to danger.
This was a charming novel about a lady that decides to save a dying Texas town after see sees an ad seeking young women to move to this town in the paper. The older women in the town placed the ad. It is cute and funny. Easy-to-read, and delightful. I am a Christtian and the heroine of the story talks to Jesus and reads the Bible. I enjoyed reading it.
Couldn’t out it down!!!
