But here’s the deal. The sexy bad boy just walked back into my life.
Actually, more like trampled.
He’s my new boss. And the baby daddy. Complicated!
And did I say he’s a billionaire. Yeah. That hot AF Adonis that I hooked up is the young velociraptor of Wall Street. He walks around the place like he owns it. Well, actually, he kinda does.
Awkward! He doesn’t even know.
I have to tell him. Right? Right?
Oh s**t!!

Very moving
4.5
The story is both simple, predictable, but the feelings are extremely well transcribed and it is very well written, with good dialogues and it’s very moving. The tension between the two main characters is palpable at each stage of their relationship boss / employee or love / hate.
Bianca discovers with horror that her son’s father, who was born after a torrid night 5 years ago, is none other than her new boss. She never told him because she did not know who he was, but now she has to face this rather arrogant and hurtful man at first, and sooner or later inform him of his paternity. However, their attraction, as their repulsion has never been so important and to this is added the presence of a little boy of 4 years.
There are a lot of books available where the heroine has the baby of a billionaire unknown to him and then ends up working for said billionaire. Some of them are pretty lousy. Others are really great. It all depends on how well the writing is. Marcella Swann’s Dream Baby Daddy (Billionaire Mistake Series Book 1, even though BookBub lists it as book 3 of the Billionaire Seduction series) falls into the “really great” category. Principally because of how wonderful the heroine, Bianca, is. She’s so utterly competent. Yes, she had s one time one night stand that resulted in her son. Yes she did not even know who the bio-dad really was. But, you know what? She dealt with it. She raised that boy and did a darn great job of it. So, yeah, when her new billionaire boss turns out to be the dad it was a shocker. And yes, there was still an electricity between the two of them but you know what (again)? She didn’t need him. She only told him about Dylan, her son, for Dylan’s sake and didn’t want or need anything else. So yeah, the fact that a romance blooms is really wonderful (and wonderfully done) but, you know what (yes, I know that’s the third time), I just love that she was never a damsel in distress. Oh, and yeah, I do like that the dad here turned out to be a totally decent (really more than just decent) guy. This is one great yarn and, but for the fact that I’m literally dictating this review to my husband from my hospital bed I could go on and on with praises. The book definitely deserves it. Since I can’t do that I will simply note that the book is most definitely one to read, and it is easy to highly recommend.
