Christmas Cheer by C. A. Higgins
I really enjoyed this story. Selena has been sent on an assignment by Santa, and she is joined by three elves, Callan, Simon, and Trent. The characters were well developed and likeable, the story was well written, I truly enjoyed this Christmas novella.
This is a fantastic collection of Christmas stories with a paranormal twist and a great line up of the authors. I am still reading so only some of the stories have full reviews.
*The Last Oracle by Trina Bates
*The Winter Drawing by Evelyn Belle
This is probably the lightest and sweetest story by this author so far, and I am so amazed that she decided to step away from her darker style I got used to, and show her softer side. I love it when an author that I already adore, takes me somewhere new and shows me new layers of her talent and versatility of her imagination. I loved this story with all my heart.
Isla White is a kind hearted but somewhat lonely person and this story is about a spell gone wrong in the best possible way. The author gave such a wonderful insight into Isla’s character and slowly developed story to its culmination and introducing other characters.
As I said, I loved this author before and now I love her even more and I am even more curious to see what she comes up with next because every single one of her stories is amazing and different and I loved every single one of them, but this one might be my favourite of hers.
*Christmas Cheer by C.A. Higgins
*Bar Eve by K.A. Knight and Jenee Robinson
This was a co-write of my dreams. I could not believe my luck when I hear that these two authors are going to write a story together! And it was all I hoped and more. The authors’ voices are melding together perfectly to give this fun, hot, action packed story that I will probably start a riot to have it continued.
The characters are great, the setting is well thought out and the idea is fresh, original and interesting. It is one of those stories that you can just keep on reading. Regular Christmas Eve party that is anything but regular, and the main character that is seemingly a regular girl, or is she?
Demi is such a fun, lovable character with a special love for Rudolph, and the guys are just adorable. Their chemistry is is fantastic and their dialogues are absolutely hilarious. All together this was a fantastic story and I hope these two authors write more together in future, especially if they decide to extend this story.
*Ghosts of Christmas by Sarah Louise
*A Bit of Christmas Magic by K.A. Morse
Another great story from one of my favourite authors. She always brings something new and amazing and you can never be sure whether it’s sweet or pure horror. I will reveal this secret, this one is really sweet, and of course I loved it. I love everything this author comes up with.
This is a story of two friends Skyler and Camri, Skyler without a family and Camri coming from a big family, so this time she is taking her best friend home for Christmas. That’s when magic starts happening, but the author did such a great job with a slow buildup that everything comes as a surprise.
I loved this story so much, I loved everything about it, the Christmas spirit, the characters, the idea, the flow, the setting. This is one of the sweetest stories out there and it made me fall in love this author even more.
*Apocalyptic Holidays by Alexis Taylor and Beth Hendrix
*The Chill of Winter by Emily James Taylor
Absolutely loved each of these holiday short reads!! They each kept me wanting to read more for sure. Loved the story lines and the chemistry between characters. Very original and well thought out.
A mixture of stories that all jingled my bells and are all right reading crackers. Thats enough Christmas puns from me. Although this book has plenty of stories centered on Christmas and a few thrown in about Supernaturals. All short stories that im hoping get made into longer books maybe?
Christmas Cheer by C.A HIggins
This book was one of my favourites. In it Santa has his own bad*** Elves that he uses against Satan and his Demons. Selena (FMC) has just been tasked with joining three of them (Trent, Callan & Simon) on a mission. Id love this as a full length book because id love to know where it goes with these characters? They were great and so was this book
Lots of different authors & a great read
I loved the glimpses into the worlds of these characters. And while each was complete and left me satisfied I really would love to see the characters have their own full length books. Yeah I’m greedy, I want more. That’s not to say that i didnt enjoy every word, I did, but I would love to delve more into the worlds these authors have conjured up.
A fabulous set of short stories that had me giggling (not good when I have a cough but j couldnt help myself)
Curl up with some hot chocolate or even mulled wine and enjoy in your most comfy place.
Happy Holidays x
A great anthology bringing together ten super authors, with a paranormal Christmas flavour, and it’s delicious!! I totally enjoyed losing myself in eight stories each written by some well known and emerging authors. I would be hard pressed to tell you which was my favourite so instead I encourage you to grab this anthology and settle in for a very enjoyable afternoon reading some Christmas magic……from Santa’s elves, fated mates, lonely witches and Demi-gods, Dreadful Spells and Jingle Bells, has it all!
A great way to enjoy Christmas.
These stories are sure to bring you what you need this year.
A must read anthology.
Club Eve by K.A. Knight & Jenee Robinson
Oh my supernova cliffhanger!!! This short story started out nice and slow, yeah I’m relaxing in my chair. But holy mother of authors, I gains speed quickly until I’m in nail biting mode sitting on the edge of my seat and BAM…… I swear that the authors will continue this story or I’ll hound them to the ends of the earth! It had everything I loved, a kick butt MC that is clueless until she meets THEM! Three hotties that is now added to my ever expanding harem! I loved the story and I promise you will too!
This a fantastic collection of stories. All of the characters were amazing and I am hoping a lot of them will be continued into their own books. I always enjoy a good anthology book and this one was perfect for some light Christmas reading. My favorite though was KA Morse A Bit of Christmas Magic. I love Camris family they reminded me of my own. Skylar story is very interesting I didn’t want it to end. This is one story I am really hoping continues.
Omg so many amazing authors on one book is a dream come true !!! They did not disappoint either !-! This book is so AMAZING!! It sucks you in from page one and doesn’t let you go , cant wait to read more about these characters !!!
