Mia Johnson is what’s known as a “Lesser,” a human with the blood of a dormant shifter. Like others of her kind, she needs to find a mentor before she can set her inner animal free and become a full-fledged shifter. She’s been invited to a placement interview to be paired with a powerful mystery Alpha, who will guide her towards the moment of her Release. Only after that will she be able to free … free her inner wolf…and seek out her true mate.
The only problem is that the Alpha who’s assigned to mentor her turns out to be none other than the man known as Krane. The daunting, devastatingly gorgeous dragon shifter has a reputation as the most dangerous shifter in the world…not only for his anger issues, but for his seriously seductive nature.
When Krane finds himself assigned the job of mentoring a Lesser, he wants to torch the world. It’s not his job to babysit their kind. He’s a loner, and he likes it that way.
That is, until he sets eyes on Mia, the sexy Lesser he meets on an elevator one cold January morning.
He knows a relationship is a terrible idea; he knows he’s bad for her, but he wants her so badly that none of that matters.
All he knows is that he has to have her.
At 60,000 words, Dragon’s Hunger is the fourth book in the Alpha’s Hunger Series, and the first in Krane’s story arc.

I absolutely enjoyed this book. I had always wonder about Tristan brother Krane from the previous book so I was super excited to finally read his story. This fast-paced book was very intriguing Krane was really aggravating I felt so bad for Mia. But I loved seeing the sexual tension between them. My only issue was that the book leave you wondering like is there any hope for Krane and Mia relationship. I guess we just have to wait and see. Overall a enjoyable and entertaining read. I voluntarily read and review this ARC no monetary compensation was received the opinions I have expressed are my own.
This is an interesting series and I can’t wait to see what happens for Krane in the future….
