I highly recommend this book! There seem to be several, “monstrous creature demands young maiden” stories recently, and this is the best I’ve read. Great characterization and a good amount of originality given the base storyline.
It is a great book
Kind of a fun take on a Beauty and the Beast story.
I couldn’t put it down,
I liked it
The main characters were engaging and just different enough to be outside the typical stereotypes. I liked the descriptions, just enough to visualize the settings without going into too much detail.
Phenomenal and amazing
Lovely tale of Beauty and the Beast!
Honestly, I loved the book. It was well made and organized. The author uses advanced words and relatable characters. It was difficult to stop reading, and I read four hours straight. I’d recommend it.
Reminds me of the Beauty and The Beast I grew up with
An original take on what you thought was a story you had heard before. Just when you think you know what is going to happen, a twist occurs that makes you rethink it. The story was interesting and fun. Very enjoyable overall.

It reminded me of Beauty and the Beast but with a twist. I enjoyed wondering what was going to happen.
A very interesting story, somewhat Beauty and the Beast-esque.
A fun read for an afternoon at the beach or an evening curled up on the couch!
My 16 year old granddaughter went bananas over this novel. Great moral standards. Now Dalia age 11 is reading it and loving it as well. This is the best of the best for adolescent girls. Grandpa approved!
Great twist on beauty and the beast
Love this genre.
Very well worth reading. A fascinating story, really. Wonderful world of fairy tale proportions! If you would like to get lost in an intriguing world ruled by myth and romance, this is the book for you!
Easy to read, good for a brief escape. I was interested enough to keep reading in order to understand the nature of the curse and what was happening to the protagonist. The writing quality is fine, but not great. I was expecting “fantasy,” but it was actually more like a watered-down romance with an interesting curse and a …
