Book Two In Bestselling New Adult trilogy. #1 in Paranormal Romance and #1 in Sword and Sorcery Fantasy. (This is not standalone and ends in a cliffhanger. The story will conclude in Dragon Mated – due for release early 2016). When the formidable power of Jessa Lebron’s mark was unleashed, during her impulsive foray into Vanguard, the American supernatural prison, she learned the truth. She’s a … truth. She’s a dual shifter: wolf, and as an added bonus, dragon – of the fluffy persuasion. Yep, she’s one special cupcake.
Now, pursued by the Four, powerful hunters of the dragon marked, she has no choice but to run. At least she has her impossibly gorgeous and infuriating best friends by her side, the Compass quads. Not only are they powerful and hella useful in a fight, but most of the time they’re also semi-entertaining too.
With only one month left until the supposed resurrection of the dragon king, this pack will find out soon enough what happens in the world of the dragon mystics.

Supernaturals, action, passion and romance. What a great way to spend a few hours.
This is book two in the Supernatural Prison series. I really enjoyed it. It’s better than the first; great worldbuilding and character development. The story is much faster paced and ends with us wanting to know more.
I’m off to get book three
Ahhhhh. I just love the awesome foursome and their fearless lady love.
The ever evolving story of Jessa continues and it gets spicy. I love this book. I loved the addition of more characters and more information on what the ever loving hell was going on. There are so many layers to this story it’s truly fascinating to read and expect the unexpected.
Jessa is a great character. She’s loud proud and unashamedly herself. Her confidence is her strength and beauty for sure but we also get to see more vulnerability from her which makes her seem more human… more relatable. The dynamics of her, Braxton, Maximus, Tyson and Jacobs relationship really is a thing of beauty. Despite their very clear differences they love eachother wholeheartedly, they are pack. It’s sweet and enviable to say the least.. especially for the more mates of the guys.
This story is intricately woven and spoons feeds us snippets of half truths, possibilities and fears. It’s crazy hilarious, at times downright dysfunctional and also filled with some unexpected tensions. I loved the revaluations and the how the author’s teased us with what’s to come without revealing everything. I enjoyed the pace of the story and how the plot unfolds. The characters are huge personalities with so depth it’s overwhelming to have such huge characters but it’s also so fun because it makes you want their story too.
It’s hard writing a review on a story that’s unfinished because this is a continuous journey over several books. What I will say it that I really enjoyed how this author manages to seamlessly weave their journey from one book to the next without too much unnecessary drama or fillers and without being repetitive. I laughed, swooned, ranted and raved and in the end was left shook and needing more. Needing to know what happens next.
I’m loving this series so far for sure. Now onto the next.
Wow
Don’t read this if you have a weak heart! Man it was awesome. I loved the first book definitely deserved the five star rating but this one is better
what a crazy rollercoaster! Jessa life is turn upside down and if this crazy prophecy is real, she and her friends are in alot of trouble. I love the chemistry with the quad – jacob, tyson, braxton, and max! they share a unique brotherly bromance and with jessa, it’s just beautiful. She finally takes a big chance on braxton and the outcome is pure fire and heart!!! Everyone has a purpose, and im pretty sure even her twin, Misha. I know people are upset with her, shes the one making huge mistakes in the story, but i cut her some slack because shes young and not jessa. Shes her own person. with flaws and everything. theres always that ONE person, right? that makes you face palm every time. well its her. but she also seems broken in so many ways that i feel for her. Im sad that things didnt work out with her and max, but im hoping she still gets her HEA somewhere along this series! ITS not over!! so anything cant happen! cant wait for more!#Jessa&Braxton
Dragon Mystics is book two in Jaymin Eve’s Supernatural Prison series, it’s starts right where book one Dragon Marked finished. So if you haven’t read book one stop now, go a head buy it, read it, recover from it, then read this one.
Jessa, The Compasses, Mischa, and Grace are running from Stratford to get Jessa and Mischa away from The Four who are hunting them because they are dragon marked. Following the directions from Louis to a secret sanctuary for the dragon marked.
Jessa’s feelings for Braxton are beginning to change, there was always a stronger friendship for him but now she’s thinking she wants it to be more, but afraid to ruin their friendship she is struggling with her feelings of jealousy, lust, and territorial. But on top of all that she has The Four hunting her and her sister down, she is a dual shifter, with newly unlocked Dragon Marked powers not to mention the looming presence of the Dragon King rising. We learn more about Jessa’s Dragon Mark, her feeling towards Braxton, and her role in the prophecy to bring the Dragon King back.
The Compasses are strong characters that want to stand out and be seen. Braxton, oh Braxton, he is perfection, yes he is domineering, stubborn but there is also a loving, caring and somewhat romantic/sappy guy. (Steady my heart). Brax and Jess get closer in this book and I am freaking jealous, I want to replace her lol. I’ll even take the heartache that is involved, I will be your mate Braxton.
Max and Mischa are having some struggles and issues and we not sure what’s up with them. Max is still very broody and stubborn, but just like Brax he is overly protective of Jessa and will do whatever it takes to protect her.
Tyler definitely has somethings to work out the witch Grace. Both are refusing to talk and work things out and there is tension brewing between that is going to blow up.
Jacob is the only one with out any extra drama or issues besides the nearing battle of the Rise of the Dragon King.
Louis continues to be part of the story. I love how he and Jessa have grown close together. He also brings some extra flare and drama to the table and is constantly stirring trouble, especially with the Dragon Shifter.
The secondary characters are a very big park of these books and I am so glad that from the very beginning that Jaymin and continued have them in it. Even though the book is in Jessa’s POV it’s still fantastic to see the males making strong appearances. I do hope that we get to see more than the little chapter at the end of Braxton’s POV, to be able to see inside that big stubborn, overalls protective, domineering, alpha, powerful dragon mans head is fantastic.
Once again I can not praise this book. Jaymin had me hooked heart and soul and it just wouldn’t let me go. There were a few things that bugged me a little which I am hoping will be all cleared up in book three, but I won’t be putting them her due to spoilers. But this book is fast paced, action packed with lots of twists and turns. Braxton is still my guy and I don’t think he will ever be leaving me, I think he is ingrained into my heart and soul.
This series just gets better the more we get to know the characters Escapism, thank you

The Four are after Jessa, Louis arranges for Jessa and her pack to fly out of the country so that that the Four can’t find her. Her group ended up in a sanctuary for dragon marked in Romania which is near the dragon king’s tomb. There is a set of female twins going to all the supernatural prisons freeing the dragon marked in them. They are really old, the twins and to Four were born the same year and now Jessa, her twin and the quads were born the same year also. The mystics are teaching the dragon marked how to get in touch with their dragon mark power. All of the group can use their dragon mark power except Jessa. Jessa knows they are using her sister but Mischa gave her word to help the twins. You get to know the main characters better, the plot thickens and some people you are not sure if they are villains or good guys,
