This is the second boxset in the Dragon Isle series and covers books 4-6, Lost to the Dragon; Beware of Dragons; and Catching the Dragon. Dragon Isle is an island haven for dragon shifters and only invited humans, where they can be with their own kind, safe from attacks, some wanting to be just left alone and some just looking for love. The first book features dragon Alan, who works as a doctor in the only clinic on the island, treating dragons and humans alike, and Skye, who gets washed up on the shores of the island during a storm and meets Alan when he insists on looking after her until she is back to full health. She had the dream of writing a story about a human falling in love with a dragon on the island, like those of her hero author Victoria. Having wrecked Liam’s boat in the storm, she now has a pissed off harbourmaster wanting compensation for his loss, and now she has nothing at all left in her world. All her belongings were lost to the sea. Luckily, she has Alan who wants to look after her and will pay her debt if she agrees to stay and let him look after her and get her back to normal, for two weeks. Of course, they end up wanting much more from each other!

The next book has a duo of dragons, Anthony and Gabriel, who want to bring a human into their particular little dynamic. The human they want is Audrey, who is well known as the fiercest human on the island. She was adopted by a dragon couple as a baby and has grown up on the island, with these two men. But they want more from their relationship than just friendship. She is now the photographer for all events an occasions on the island. She tried moving away at eighteen, but had to come back for the man she loved. She had been in love with Gabriel since they first kissed as kids, and he is in love with her and wants to leave before she breaks his heart. Shame they can’t tell each other the truth! But there is more to Audrey’s secret than Gabriel, she is in love with two dragons, him and his best friend Anthony, and she wants them both, to be married to both at the same time! She has only ever revealed this to one person when very drunk and made fun of afterwards. But in dragon culture, this is not uncommon. She learns about Anthony’s secret sex club and gets someone to take her along, so she can see what her men are getting up to! Their shock at her arrival and the obvious enjoyment she gets from some of the scenes she is exposed to, allow them to see her as somewhat different to the straight laced person they thought she had grown into. A meeting of hearts and bodies may be simple, but the head passes on different messages and could be the end of it just as it begins. She has more experience than they know, but she still needs to believe that they truly want her, before she can submit to this new life.

In the third book of this trilogy, dragon shifter Penny had once fallen for a human, only for him to disappear and she hadn’t seen him in years. She went along to a collaring ceremony at the club, only to delay Emerson and Janae getting there in time with all her questions and doubts. She needs a moment before going in, but is spotted by a man she knows from her past. It is a voice she knows well, Miles, the man she fell in love with all those years ago and his immediate reaction to seeing her was to grab her and kiss her! He had come to the island for a relative’s funeral and stayed the summer to be with her, but was too scared to tell her he had already enlisted. This was why he had left her so suddenly six years before, and had regretted it every day since. She has been the only one for him ever since he first met her and no one has measured up to her. For Penny, her rule of no humans is quickly broken upon his return and now he needs to prove to her that he is there to stay and there for her. Three more erotic books in this series, with male and female dragons seeking their mates, whether they even realised that was what they were doing to start with. Some were friends, some just wanted a companion for a while, whereas others met by chance. Each comes together in a HEA ending, with some heavily influenced BDSM lifestyles. A great boxed set of dragon shifters and the women who are able to match them in fire and strength! I always enjoy reading anything by Ms. Stern and this set is a fabulous way to get introduced to her ability as an author. Good storylines and well-developed characters!

Three more stories from the Dragon Island. A romance writer ends up with the doctor. A female dragon returns to the island, to reunite with the two male dragons she grew up with, revealing her feelings for them both. A female dragon found love but the human left and now he returns to be hers again. These stories just keep getting better. I love that the stories are so diverse and not all the same kind of romance. Waiting now for the next set of stories.

A box set including 3 more stories in this wonderful series. Each of the individual stories concentrate on different characters and have an exciting plot with characters who can’t help but act on their attraction to each other.

Wonderfully fantastic… The book set was amazing… It had a lot of details and juicy scenes to them… The characters and their personalities match them perfectly… The plots and the storylines was very descriptive and amazing…I would recommend this Boxset to anyone!!

This is the second boxed set of books from the Dragon Isle series, and it includes books four through six. All three books are shorter reads to escape into, all three books include steamy encounters, BDSM scenes, and relationships that will have you craving a dragon, or two, of your own! I love this series, I loved reading these books, and I can’t help but reread these books often!

Lost to the Dragon – Skye is desperate to get into Dragon Isle for information about a romance she wants to write, but gets caught in several lies. Alan, the island doctor, finds her and offers her an unusual proposal for two weeks. But at the end of the two weeks, will they go their separate ways? Right from the beginning, it sucks you in and you can’t help but escape from your world into one of steamy dragons! One of my favorite things about Alan was that he is so caring, respectful, and protective of those under his care and those he loves, but he has a sadistic side of his passion that can’t be denied. Skye fits him perfectly, as she’s sweet and innocent in ways, completely driven to finally find herself, but craves the dominance that comes from Alan. I love their connection that’s almost instantaneous, and I love that he helps build her up while she thrives under his care. There’s not too much drama in this book, but both characters make mistakes, and both have to prove to the other that their future is more important together than apart, if they can. I really enjoyed reading this book!

Beware of Dragons – Anthony, Gabriel, and Audrey have been best friends since they were kids, but Audrey has dreamed of sharing her dragons since she was a teenager. When she has a chance at the future she wants with both Anthony and Gabriel, will she run in fear, or will she embrace her future with two dragons? This book was so steamy, but also full of longing and facing your fears. I loved the connection that forms between the three of them, as they already had such a solid foundation from their childhood. I liked that Audrey came back to the island to tell her dragons she has loved them and wanted them since she was a teenager, but she has to overcome some internal battles of her own first. I liked when she let her courage guide her! Anthony and Gabriel are sensual creatures with big hearts that guide them to Audrey. While they might seem a little wild, they both crave to have someone to love, cherish, and dominate. There are definitely some steamy, menage scenes in this book, but ultimately, this is all about love conquering all!

Catching the Dragon – Penelope and Miles had one perfect summer together full of firsts before Miles unexpectedly left with no goodbye. Penny has written off human males ever since, except now Miles is back, wanting Penny for his forever. Is Penny willing to drop her walls and love him again? I feel like this book may be the most romantic of the three books in this collection, but it could be because this couple had so much to overcome together due to their past. I loved Penny and Miles, I love their ups and downs, and I love the passion that draws them together in love. Penny has been a character through many of the books, so it was fun to get to know her more and watch her open up and blossom. She got to experiment some, but also got to realize that love is worth waiting for and working for. Miles also learned from his mistakes, but he was ready to fight for them from the very beginning. I loved that he constantly said that she was what made him stronger and made life worth fighting for, swoon! I liked how steamy their scenes were, even when they were trying to communicate, and I loved that their relationship had evolved just as they had as individuals. Low in drama, high in the rollercoaster ride called love, this book will have you escaping and wanting a dragon of your own!
