Another fantastic story involving the Dragon Kings. It’s Sebastian’s story this time and he is off to Venice looking for his beloved friend Ulrik. What he finds well he doesn’t remember when all is said and done. The one and only thing he does remember is Gianna and for now, it will have to keep him grounded. Because she is the Ice to his Flame.
Although Rhi knows something she isn’t sharing it and Con well he never does share. On to the next story for me in this amazing series.
Long ago Bast made a promise to always stand by Ulrik sends him on a mission to figure out who is attacking the Dragon Kings. If there is any proof it is Mikkel doing most of the things to the Kings he wants to find it. The best way if for him to use his personal assistant in Italy. I loved Bast and he quickly made the list as one of my favorite Kings (that list is getting longer and longer). Gianna was perfect for him right down to her own dragon tattoo.

Sebastian was once close to Ulrik and is doing everything he can to prove that he isn’t behind all of the attacks. He goes to Venice to gather information about Mikhel by way of his secretary Gianna. What he doesn’t expect is to be instantly attracted to her and want to protect her.
I really liked Sebastian and Gianna’s quick and steamy relationship. I really enjoyed the masquerade ball scene. *fans face*
I am quite interested in seeing what will Rhi do about the light fae court and Usaeil. Things are also changing for Ulrik and I can’t wait to see his choices in the future.
Grant is great she always surprises you. I can’t wait until each book comes out! She takes too long to write a new one LOL. there’s Romance action and great storyline with fantasy love kind of has it all. she’s a great writer and I do enjoy her very much.
Dragon Burn is a quick and short novella.
I read the prequels #0.1, #0.2, & #0.3 several years ago, but never got back to reading the others in the series. I knew from those two books that something was going on, but not fully what. My understanding from Dragon Burn is that their is a Dragon trying to expose the Dragons to humans, but the other Dragons don’t want this, so their is a war going on.
Sebastian is one of the Dragon Kings who is looking for information on one of his brother Dragon Kings. Gianna is the personal assistant to the person Sebastian suspects is behind all the troubles the Dragon Kings are having.
Sebastian and Gianna where nice together. The romance is quick and insta-love. The chemistry is fiery. Theirs danger, trust issues, magic, ulterior motives, and a mystery on who is trying to expose the Dragons.
I enjoyed Dragon Burn though I might have enjoyed it more if I had read more books in the series.
