Hot damn. I loved this book. I’ve enjoyed all of the St Lukes Docuseries novels so far, but I think I have to say that this was my fave. Something about Nick and Charlotte had me falling for the story instantly.
I absolutely devoured this book and I’m not even sure if I can pick one reason why. Everything about it just made me fly through it and have to know what would happen.
I particularly loved Charlottes outgoing side, and really liked Winnie and Lexi too. I haven’t actually ready the whole ‘Billionaire’ series, so I haven’t read Winnie’s book yet, but I sure am keen to after reading this one.
There were challenges in the storyline of the book, but mostly I felt like they were dealt with in a really good manner. Also, let me just say, Doreen and Harry
Definitely recommend this one, love love loved it.
I loved getting Nick’s story.
Charlotte is a headhunter and is after Nick…for a job ;). When she realizes she has to take no for answer she goes for a different angle..trivia night.
There were some good twists in this book. I also enjoyed getting Winnie and Wes and the gang in the book too.

When I first read Winnie and Wes’ story over a year ago, I was fully prepared not to like Dr. Nick Raines. But, he grew up, decided he needed to be a dad to his little girl, and changed his priorities in life.
Charlotte is so darn funny in this story, but her past catches up with her like a semi on a 13% downhill grade. This is a great story because of the totally unexpected twist and you’re going to live it, too.
DR NEURO was a little less passionate than the other two books in the series.
Thank you Max Monroe. Know I will LOL and fall in love reading your books. Just amazing characters – you cannot put the book down because you cannot wait to see what mischief They get into next
Nick and Charlottes journey was witty, fun, entertaining, absolutely amazing. I enjoyed every single second of this story.
NO SPOILERS!
Dr. Neuro was a sexy, funny, charming, and irresistible standalone romantic comedy in the St. Luke’s Docuseries, and it has been my FAVORITE novel from Max Monroe to date! The storyline, characters, and everything in between were off-the-charts amazing, and I loved all of it with my entire heart and soul. Max Monroe completely blew me away and exceeded all of my expectations with Nick and Charlotte’s story, and I honestly couldn’t have loved it more. I’ve gone on a Max Monroe binge recently, but their books are truly one of a kind, and I just couldn’t help myself. Max Monroe is an absolute MUST READ author/author duo, and everything they’ve written has been pure romantic comedy gold. If you haven’t read their books yet, you need to one-click all of them ASAP!
The storyline was phenomenal. The plot completely took me by surprise, especially later on as the book progressed. I didn’t fully know what to expect going into Dr. Neuro, but I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. I absolutely loved every single moment from beginning to end, and was more than thrilled with how Nick and Charlotte’s story turned out. The addictive storyline, extremely lovable characters, and perfect balance of laugh-out-loud humor and swoon-worthy romance were a winning combination. Max Monroe truly outdid themselves with Dr. Neuro, and I was ecstatic with the conclusion.
The characters were out of this world amazing. Nick Raines and Charlotte Hollis completely stole my heart, and I fell head over heels in love with them. They were incredibly lovable and relatable characters, and I felt an immediate connection with them. Nick was first mentioned in Scoring the Billionaire (Bad Boy Billionaires Book 3), and he wasn’t painted in the best light. I was apprehensive going into Dr. Neuro because I didn’t know what to expect with his character, but he completely redeemed himself. Nick was so much better than I hoped he would be, and Charlotte was his perfect counterpart. They were a match made in heaven, and it was an absolute delight watching their love story unfold. I loved Nick and Charlotte’s personalities and red-hot chemistry together, and how their relationship progressed throughout. I loved reading the book from both Nick and Charlotte’s point of view, and all of their banter and interactions with each other. Most of the secondary characters were amazing as well, and I loved getting to see a few familiar faces again. They were an excellent addition to the story, and made me love it even more. Nick and Charlotte’s journey was an entertaining adventure, and although there were some up and down (as well as shocking) moments, I was so freaking happy with the conclusion to their story. It was absolutely perfect and had me smiling like a fool.
Dr. Neuro was a sexy, charming, hilarious, and absolute MUST READ standalone romantic comedy, and I would HIGHLY recommend it! Max Monroe did a phenomenal job with Nick and Charlotte’s story, and I was beyond ecstatic with the outcome. Dr. Neuro and the entire St. Luke’s Docuseries were exceptional and truly unforgettable romantic comedies, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. I am completely obsessed with Max Monroe’s books, and I’m so freaking excited to dive in to the Mavericks Tackle Love series!
I absolutely love this series !
Hey there Max Monroe fans it is time to meet Dr. Nick Raines …brain surgeon extraordinaire!
I must confess that when I heard that the Dr. was getting his chance at his romantic time to shine I had thought …he had better be bringing his A Game and redeem himself from previous mistakes!
Our lovely Charlotte is smart, sassy and driven. She is a head hunter for several huge companies and she is on the lookout for a new head of Neurology for her California hospital . It is now her job to win over Dr. Nick Gaines and show him why he needs to relocate and take the position. She is there to wow him and knock this out of the ball park/ operating room. She never expects to be the one knocked off her feet by the swoon worthy man that walks through the door.
She gives her pitch and Nick takes it all in …while he takes everything about Charlotte in!! She soon realizes that she needs more time and takes him to kind of sort of dinner! Nick soon realizes that this breath of fresh air Charlotte is fun, quirky and full of surprises. He soon begins to notice how much fun he hasn’t been having. A fabulous addition is we once again get a visit from the cute, savant Lexie ! Our super sweet out the ordinary math wiz. She is Nick’s daughter and I just love her character! We also get a visit from the lovely WInne and Wes , mom and step dad to Lexie !
This couple soon realizes that they have more in common than they realized and not in a good way. Is it possible to overcome your past and hope for that happy ending !! Pick up Dr. Neuro and enjoy the RIDE !!!
