Welcome to Shadow Valley where the Dirty Angels MC rules. Get ready to get Down & Dirty because this is Jag’s story… like the plague. Instead, she gravitates toward the complete opposite: geeks and nerds. Something Jag will never be.
Smart and always independent, Ivy wants to be the property of no man. Growing up in the club, she knows firsthand how they treat women. She regrets the mistake she made by dragging Jag upstairs to his room at the club one drunken night. Ever since then, she’s been doing her best to keep him at arm’s length, though it’s proven difficult. Especially when she finds out his secret, which only endears her to him even more.
Between secrets, lies, and a violent tangle with a rival club, can the passionate, but headstrong pair find the love and solace they’re looking for in each other’s arms? Or will everything just tumble down around them?
Note: This book can be read as a standalone. It includes lots of steamy scenes, biker slang, cursing, some violence and, of course, an HEA. If you like alpha males who like to take charge, this book is for you.

Great Job on their story, I’m giving this book 5 stars and I would definitely recommend this MC SERIES to anyone.
This book was great I could not put it down. Jag only wanted one thing beside’s his bike is Ivy. Ivy does not want to be the property of no man. When Ivy gets drunk she drags Jag up to his room in the clubhouse. After that night Ivy has been trying to keep her self away from Jay but it has not worked like she wanted it to…. Now is the time to buy the book it is worth it. I will be getting more for this author
Jag has wanted Ivy forever and Ivy has avoided dating bikers forever. Jag & Ivy’s connection, chemistry and push-pull is entertaining to read. It kept me glued to the pages. This MC is full of lovers and fighters that have strong personalities. Things are getting crazy for DAMC…rival clubs want their territory and DAMC is preparing for war. I don’t know which has me more excited about the coming war or the romance that comes with each book.
4 Jag & Ivy Stars
Jag is book two of the DAMC Series by Jeanne St. James.
Ivy has been raised in the club and is true Dirty Angels MC. Jag has had a thing for Ivy since they were kids but not matter how he plays it he can’t seem to get her attention. Then on drunken night she drags him to bed and he lets her. Since that night he can’t get her out of his mind but she seems to want to forget it ever happened.
Wires crossed and not much communication between the two have some tense moments. Also Ivy could act like a moody teenager at times. But the two where HOT and I loved their story.
“Right now, don’t care what you call me. Call me Mick, call me Jag, call me asshole. Just call me yours.”
I’m enjoying the underlying storyline of the Warriors MC war that is flowing throughout the series and seems to go from book to book with each storyline. My big enjoyment is the many secondary characters that make this book and this MC world a really enjoyable and great read.
The one thing I’m not crazy about within this series is the need for the MC men to call the woman bitches. I understand they are MC men but I don’t thinks is really needed. Again I do want to stress that I am loving this series other than that.
Loved this story. You can read this as a standalone but it’s so much better following the first book in the series. Awesome energy to this book. Some comedy. Some feisty romance. Great friendship. Overall, an amazing mc story.
Jag and Ivy are club kids, born and raised in the club environment. They’re not teenagers, they’re late twenties. He’s always loved her and, to be honest, I couldn’t tell if she’s always loved him. I don’t think so. He really grovels. That’s not to say he’s done anything wrong to grovel for. Yes, he had sex with a club ho before they committed but she had a steady stream of guys (non-bikers) in and out of her bed. He pursues her until he really lost all of his self respect. She came across as a spoiled princess who repeatedly claimed she didn’t want to be DASM property but she never made an effort to disassociate herself from the club. Over half of the book was angry, combative sex where Ivy just wanted Jag to f**k her, not make love to her but just do the dirtiest sex he could and then get up and leave and don’t come back until I call you. Yeah, she was one strong ass heroine but not really likable. There were some likable parts of this book but overall it didn’t do it for me.
Ivy and Jag fight hard against being a couple. These two are made for each other. This can be read as a standalone, but the story does continue to build with the conflict between the Dirty Angels and the Warriors. Can’t wait to read the rest of the series.
I loved Jag and Ivy’s story! Jag has loved Ivy for so long and she just seems to keep pushing her away. But once they get together – WOW! Great read. Couldn’t put it down.
I absolutely loved Jag and Ivy. I seriously wanted to crawl into this book and make Jag mine. He is just yummy. Ivy is a strong stubborn woman who doesnt want to become another old lady. But the heart wants what the heart wants. Jag will do whatever is needed including scare every single guy away from Ivy to get what he wants. These two together are just yummy. The things that these two go through to get to the happy ending is just amazing. I loved the character chemistry and these two together. I will say that I had to stop and shed a tear when his bike was destroyed. That was a very sad moment for me. But this book was well written from the beginning to the end. I absolutely love this MC and cannot wait to read more from these guys. Jeanne did an amazing job with this love. Highly recommend. Absolutely loved.
First one in a series. I tried it because it was free. Now I’m hooked! On to the next one!!
5 star review of Down & Dirty: Jag Dirty Angels MC #2 by Jeanne St James
From start to finish Jeanne St John and the narrators Ava Lucas and C J Mission
drew me in and kept my attention. I really love Ms. St James’s style of writing, she packs such a punch into her characters.
Jag and Ivy are so meant to be together. Jag has wanted her forever and is frustrated when she refuses to commit to him. All she wants is a physical relationship. I loved how Ivy was feisty and wasn’t afraid to stand up for her beliefs but she put herself in danger. Will Ivy be strong enough and finally take a leap of faith or will she run? I absolutely adore her but it is Jag who captured my attention and heart.
This story flowed well and was full of drama, humour and some mighty fine chemistry between Jag and Ivy that absolutely blew me away.
Jag is book two of the DAMC….I enjoyed this story; main characters were interesting and their storyline was perfect. Ivy is stubborn, demanding and listens to know one. Jag has loved Ivory for years and he finally steps up to make his claim. Ivy will fight him every step but she cant seem to resist his charms.
Things are getting crazy for DAMC…rival clubs want their territory and DAMC is preparing for war.
Overall if you haven’t read Down & Dirty…Jag I suggest you get on it but start with Zak and follow from there.. this can be read as a standalone but you might miss information regarding the main storyline the author is building from book to book. Happy Reading!!
Another great addition to the series. Jag and Ivy were hot. One downside to this book was I didn’t always like how Ivy acted. She was a brat at times and it got a little annoying. I couldn’t understand why she was fighting Jag. He treated her well and obviously loved her. It definitely didn’t deter me from finishing. The book had a great ending and also great cameos from the supporting characters. Also the plot was great!!
