I really enjoyed this book. When I finished it, I had to get the next one in the series.
I didn’t realize this was part of a trilogy, but regardless, I don’t think that I’ll read on to the other books at this point.
BUT, the story was entertaining and a fairly quick read. It was actually a sad story of betrayal and burnt out love and a cliché idea that men can’t keep it in their pants and are driven not by their promises, but by lust at all costs. Meh.
The story was great, but the writing was not. I basically skipped over paragraphs just to know how the story ended.
Couldn’t finish
You won’t stop reading it
This book really has a lot of twists and really leads up to the next one in the series (which of course I will have to read). 🙂
An okay book. I felt that in some instances, characters were immature and almost juvenile.
fast paced. believable intrigue. quick read
Really liked the book. It was twisty and suspensful. I didn’t care for the ending; it was a way too obvious attempt to buy the next book. It felt manipulative and could have been more subtle. I won’t go out of my way to get the sequel.
This is a really good read but I didn’t know it was a trilogy. So it didn’t really end.
I love this book series! Now reading # 3
I enjoyed this book, main characters seemed real and there was some humor.
Did not like ending.
The author does a fantastic job of building the suspense; even though you know all these people are going to die, you keep counting up to see who might be next. It is definitely a thriller. I really loved it.
Interesting turn of events – kept you reading on.
Too much back pedaling. Totally awful ending. Story line good otherwise
Easy read, hard to put down! So many interesting characters and so many twists!
Read all 3
Intriguing, twisted and left me wanting more!
Don’t Tell Meg, was a very interesting read. I experienced many different emotons as I read it. Appauld, at the lack of emotional expense by the narrator and, yet, at times there was so much. It is a fast read, giving one much to think about.
