Jack Reacher: friend or enemy?
It’s been a while since we first met Lee Child’s Jack Reacher in . Fifteen years and sixteen novels later, Reacher still lives off the grid, until trouble finds him, and then he does whatever it takes, much to the delight of readers and the dismay of villains. Now someone big is looking for him. Who? And why? Hunting Jack Reacher is a dangerous business, as FBI … is a dangerous business, as FBI Special Agents Kim Otto and Carlos Gaspar are about to find out. Otto and Gaspar are by-the-book hunters who know when it’s necessary to break the rules, but they don’t know Jack. Reacher is a stone cold killer. Is he their friend or their enemy? Only the secrets hidden in Margrave, Georgia will tell them. Is Reacher a wanted man?

Love love Jack Reacher
This is truly terrible writing. Save your time and read something better, such as a milk carton.
No actual Jack Reacher in this book, but a good read, none the less.
I had to force myself to finish it.
Loved this book and look forward to reading the others in the series. The 2 main characters were fantastic, and strongly put together. The author had created very ’rounded out’ personalities for them so that they were very real and complete. (Many authors create cardboard cutouts that all ‘speak with the same voice as each other’. This book …
Not a bad start to a Jack Reacher spinoff.
I’m a sucker for anything remotely related to Lee Child’s work. This one will most likely be part of a series. I look forward to it.
Page turner
Excellent book. It is a take off of a Jack Reacher novel, very well written.
The story was sheathed in mystery from the beginning. The real object of the mystery was not revealed until very close to the end! It is an easy read and pulses with action.
Must read for Jack Reacher fans.
I have to wonder how the characters get by on pure adrenalin and so little sleep.
Having read many Reacher novels this was a very unique plot and perspective. It was so frustrating knowing Reacher’s character and the two FBI agents refusing to believe what everyone tells them. Just like cops trying to create the narrative to fit their version of the facts.
I really enjoy reading anything by Diane Capri, her “Hunting Jack Reacher” is number 1 for me. All other books by Diane are number 2. Excellent reads.
Great book for Reacher fans!
Enjoyed the book. I’ve read so much during the shut down that sometime the stories blend together. I liked the characters and found it to be intriguing and interesting.
Captivating. I finished it around 4AM. I look forward to reading more from this series.
Not enough action
