I’m a cop, so when I see a damsel in distress, I jump into action.
But the crook isn’t who I want to handcuff…
It’s Valerie, the sweetheart I just saved.
I’m ready to tie her up and make her mine.
Problem is she’s my little sister’s best friend…and she thinks I’m just the nice guy.
But I want to be her guy. Now and forever.
When I take her to the local diner to talk some sense into her, I order … order eggs and hashbrowns, praying I won’t get a side of her bacon my heart.
Dear Reader,
Vance is a good cop who wants to play dirty.
Grab a pan, baby, let’s fry up something nice and hot.
He’s ready for this short & filthy breakfast date…are you?
xo, frankie

Fun and super short. Okay read for when your short on time.
So far this one has been my least favorite out of this series. It was lacking the spice. The characters were okay just couldn’t connect with them.
The overall series is seriously making me smile with the cheesy lines and puns.
A light hearted read for a very heavy time.
Reading Frankies books give me that downtime I so desperately need everyday to get away from the insanity outside.
They remind me that I can still smile.
I would highly recommend this and all of the other wonderful Frankie Love books.
Happy reading!

Vance is a cop who wants what he thinks he shouldn’t want, and her name is Valerie. Since Valerie is his sister’s friend he knows he should keep his distance, however, nobody told Valerie that. I enjoyed this short read full of laughter and passion, worth reading this series!

I recieved this book for Free to Give My True & Honest Review
Here we see police officer Vance decide to be honest & go forward to tell Valerie his sister’s best friend.
Both Valerie & Vance have had deep feelings for the other without letting anyone know well that’s what they thought & things move so fast in their first date is the life changer for them first.
I’m sure some readers out there will think that wouldn’t happen, though you never know maybe it has…
This story was fabulous and I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a quick read that takes them out of the ordinary and into book heaven for a couple of hours. This author never disappoints and always has me coming back for more. Bring on the next book please. Happy reading everyone!!
Frankie Love is rocking it with this series. Bacon my heart is a fast read that will have you smiling the entire time.
Vance is hot sexy cop and Valerie is determined young woman. They have known each other for a while, but only takes one to admit their feelings before their relationship takes off.
Each of these stories a delight with their own flare.

I love Frankie Love and her The Way to a Man’s Heart series. In Don’t Go Bacon My Heart, Vance is a cop who has watched his friends find their “one” and fall in love. Vance knows he has already found his one, Valerie. Valerie is Vance’s younger sister’s best friend. Valerie works at a local diner she would love to buy from the owner but doesn’t have the funds to buy it. One morning after his workout, Vance is on his way to the diner when he comes across Valerie being robbed in the alley behind the diner. Vance subdues the robber. After statements are taken, Valerie insists on working her shift and offers to get breakfast for Vance as a thank you. Knowing things can happen at any moment, Vance decides to tell Valerie how he feels about her. Valerie doesn’t react how he expects, so Vance leaves. As Vance is walking down the street, he remembers his sister telling him that Valerie pushes people away when they try to get closer to her as a way to protect herself. Vance stops and buys flowers for Valerie and heads back to the diner with the intention of getting the girl of his dreams. Will Valerie agree to go out on a date with Vance? How will Vance’s sister react to Vance and Valerie’s date? Will Vance’s big gesture convince Valerie that her future is with Vance? Don’t Go Bacon My Heart by Frankie Love is a fantastic book with great characters. The chemistry between Vance and Valerie is scorching hot. I would highly recommend getting Don’t Go Bacon My Heart or any of the other books in The Way to a Man’s Heart series by Frankie Love. I also purchased the book after receiving a free copy of the book.

Book 4 in the Way to a Man’s Heart series and I loved it. I am loving the titles for this series and this one was my favorite because I love bacon, lol. Vance and Valerie were so good together. They had great chemistry and the attraction between them was so good. I can’t wait to read more of this series.

This sexy, steamy, short follows Valerie, a sweetheart that’s down on her luck, and her best friend’s brother, Vance. When a morning turns potentially deadly, it makes each focus on what they really want. Each other!! Full of steamy moments, grand gestures, and plenty of silly fun puns, you won’t want to stop reading this delicious story. It was a great way to spend an afternoon. What a delight!
Love thy punny titles of this series of books. Each story is a different couple but you do get the same and more characters to read. Vance has loved Valerie since he saw her, Valerie has loved Vance as he made her feel safe. Now you have to read the book to see what happens. I am looking forward to the next book and the next characters. Although I want to find out why Vance’s sister is being so shady.
An absolutely fantastic engaging book four in The Way to a Man’s Heart series! An engaging page turner that is sweet, passionate, steamy, funny, and emotionally deep; it will draw you in from the first page and keep you captivated until the end! The characters are endearing; the chemistry between them is HOT! Definitely recommended!

I wasn’t sure what I signed up for when I saw the front cover, but I am thankful I gave the book a shot. This is not the first Frankie Love book I have read, so I did know that I would be in for a filthy, yet sweet story. In what is the fourth installment of the The Way To A Man’s Heart series, the reader is introduced to Vance and Valerie. Vance is a smoking hot cop and Valerie just so happens to be his little sister’s best friend. The story line was well thought out and the chemistry was well written. I look forward to going back and reading the first three books in this series.

Vance finally gets up the nerve to tell Valerie how he feels and I felt bad for him when he first confesses but I am glad he doesn’t give up. This moves fast but knowing their history and why they didn’t do it sooner, makes sense. It’s sexy, short, and sweet. It also leaves you wondering about the other characters and what they’re up to.

Vance, a cop, has been in love with Valerie since the moment they met and little did he know she felt the same way. This is a cute, insta love story with likable characters. I have to say I am loving the titles to all of the books in The Way To A Man’s Heart series. Great writing and a perfect HEA make this a must read.
Bacon the key to every man’s heart, this was such a cute whirlwind romance story. I liked how it all falls into place so effortlessly, these are the type of storylines, that are just OTT romantic but simple feel good reads. Fun extended epilogues that bring this series some interesting new characters with possibly new novellas.

This is a story about loving someone from the first time you see them. Vance has loved Valerie from the first day he saw her. Valerie has loved Vance from the first time she saw him. This love is known only in each other’s heart, never spoken. Vance is a police officer who arrests a man who is robbing Valerie. Valerie is a waitress at a little diner that one day she would like to own. She is alone and scared and panicked by the robbery. Once it is over Vance decides to make his move and ask her out on a date. Will they be able to express how they feel? Can they be more than friends? Can they not “bacon” each other’s heart? It is funny, entertaining, fairytale like story with romance. How can you not enjoy it!

This love story between Vance, a cop, and Valerie, his sister roommate and best friend, has been brooding for years and when they finally have the courage to open their hearts they fall fast and hard! I loved this modern knight and his damsel in distress.

This is sweet and fun and full of naughtiness that only Frankie can give. Vance and Valerie are super sweet from start to finish and the epilogues are just right! This book is like a great breakfast with lots of Bacon puns!
