He can’t deny his need to claim her as his… says she’s just the house-sitter and he pulled her into bed when she was trying to wake him up. He says he’s just found his future wife.
She’s off-limits—too young, too sweet, too innocent and a student at his university. But he’s one naughty professor who doesn’t care what the world says. She belongs with him.
Author Confession: This story goes back to my filthy, sweet roots readers have been asking for. Insta-love, a heaping dose of immediate OTT attraction, a wildly implausible (yet completely romantic) scenario, and enough alphamallow goodness to singe your eReader. Pick up this guilty indulgence about love so wrong it’s right. You know it’s got the tropes you love—older man/younger woman, bad professor, possessive hero, nerdy heroine, small-town romance, and what’s a Brazen Bay book without a cameo from Stella?

Nick an archeology professor returns home to his house after being away for 10 months. He left his brother at the house as a house sitter bit comes home to an empty house. Katie walks into the house after a long day of school and work to climb int to bed. Devon had to go out of town and asked her to move I. And hoisesit for him
She goes to climb int and end to realize that there is someone in the bed. She is greatly surprised to see that it is the hot professor from college that everyone wants who is totally naked. This is a short, steamy, taboo novel with a HEA.

Whoa baby! This was so dirty, hot, and oh so funny. I was laughing and fanning myself at the same time. I can’t get enough of the people of Brazen Bay and Nick and Katie were just the icing on the cake. I love insta-love, especially with a dirty alpha-male who knows what he wants from the beginning and doesn’t wait to get what he wants. You will not be disappointed.

An insta love read between a Professor, Nick, and a college student, Katie. She’s house sitting for Devon, Nick’s brother and doesn’t realize the house is actually Nick’s. When he comes home from a dig, he surprises her when he climbs into his bed only to be awoken by Katie….
An insta love, short steamy read, with no mess and no fuss, with an alphamalllow that I want to bite into. I LOVE the no drama between them and how easily these two fit perfectly. I also loved how there was more going on and how the two worked through it together.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. I really loved the continuation of this series. Unfortunately it was too short. Katie is house sitting for Devon. She comes home late from work and notices that someone is in the house and asleep in her bed. Nick is dreaming of a beautiful women and grabs her and pulls her under him. Dream finally becomes reality when this woman is pushing him off her. He is shocked when she asks what he is doing in her bed. He sets her in her place explaining that this his house and his bed. He left his brother Devon house sitting. This is when all the hotness begins and you as they Reader starts to melt.
Talk about insta-love lol. I really enjoyed Nick and Katie’s story, just as much as the rest of this series. Yes, they were quite dirty but I was certainly not complaining lol. Ms. Harper gives us what we all love with her books … insta-love, a sweet yet protective alpha, a strong yet sassy woman and a wonderful bit of drama. Well done!
Buckle up for this sexy, speedy romance!
“We passed slow ten seconds after we met.”
I adore insta-love romances, and this one is pure perfection. Nick and Katie have one of the hottest meet-cutes I’ve ever read, and even when they step back to talk things through, there’s no let-up on the magnetic pull between them. Super fast-paced, it’s the quickest “meet”-to-“in love” that I’ve ever read, but the character development is so precise, so on-point that it works perfectly and feels authentic and natural. One can’t doubt Nick’s assertion that he’s fallen in love twice in twelve hours, because we readers have, too.
The side story with Nick’s niece was a brilliant way for these two to really get to know each other in the best kind of speed-dating setting, yet it was resolved in a completely unique and unexpected manner. Even the HEA and epilogue surprised me on this point.
While the heartstopping pace of this book is a departure from the rest of this series, it never veers off into over-the-top territory. I really enjoyed the update on all the other couples, too. I about died laughing when Stella told Nash about the hedgehog! It’s a beautiful story, and I loved every smoldering, steamy, sexy bit of it. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
