There are people who should never set foot in New Orleans ever again. Cassandra Clemens, part of a family of thieves and con artists, is very definitely one of those people. She crossed me, an underboss of La Cosa Nostra, the Sicilian Mob, seven years ago. Fooled me into thinking our relationship was real. That the feelings between us, the off-the-charts chemistry was authentic. And then after … authentic.
And then after eight months she left. Without a word. Without a goodbye. Without ever letting me know her real name.
So when I find out her family has given Cassandra to a sadistic Russian mobster to pay a debt, I know I should just leave her to her fate. But he’s chased and caught her here, in my city.
So I’ll save the woman I’ve never been able to get out of my mind from certain death. Even if it means revealing the one secret I’ve never told anyone, the one factor that can offset a debt like this.
Cassandra is my wife.
Time to come home, little wifey. You’ve got a debt to pay. And I’ve had seven years to think of all the ways to make you pay it with that delectable body of yours.

DOMINIC is a full-length stand-alone novel, part of the TRIPLE THREAT series. Hot, dark, and passionate. Meant for readers 18+ who aren’t afraid of an alpha male, some BDSM, and a happily-ever-after with no cheating.
TRIPLE THREAT – Triplet brothers Roman, Dominic & Lukas Rinaldi. Even mafia bad-boys deserve a happy ending.

I’m in love with the Rinaldi brothers
Dominic and Cassandra’s story is every bit as epic as Roman and Sarah’s. Poor Cass has overcome so much in her life, the least of it being emotional abuse, that she finds it hard to believe when the man she never forget rides to her rescue. What seems to be a fairytale reunion turns into a nightmare with one package and just the right leverage. Cass falls on her sword knowing the hot Rinaldi temper will mean the end of her fairytale. The way the author portrayed Cass is a true testament to victims of abuse and what they can overcome, even the love of their life crossing a line. Thank goodness she also gave them some excellent supporters who manage to talk Dom off the ledge and help him find his HEA. I can’t wait to read Lukas’ story.
This is the second book in the Triple Threat series and I enjoyed it even more than the first. It has the same intensity and drama as book one but this one has a couple of added twists and tugs at the heart strings a bit more.
Cassandra has really had a rough life being raised in family of con artists and thieves and has suffered severe emotional and physical abuse at their hands. They see her as useless and a means to an end when they get in trouble with the Russian mafia and hand her over to a sadistic mob boss to pay their debt and get rid of her at the same time. Cassandra gets wind of the news and flees quickly with the Russian mob on her tail. She has nothing and no one and without thought ends up in the one place she never thought she’d be again – New Orleans, with another threat looming if she’s found; a price on her head from Dominic, an underboss of La Cosa Nostra whom she betrayed seven years ago. She set him up as a mark, then fled after eight months taking something precious from him. He’s been looking for her ever since and she will pay if he finds her. When he gets word she’s in New Orleans and being held captive by the Russian mafia on his turf, everything changes. He’ll still get his revenge but first he wants answers. The only way he’s going to get them is if he can save her in time and the only way to do that without starting a war is to confess his secret than less than a handful of people know – Cass is his wife.
You can tell from the start these two still have deep feelings for each other. There are serious trust and honesty issues and a serious push/pull between the two. Though once Cass settles in with Dominic more is slowly revealed about her past and why she left. It’s so sad and heartbreaking and these two have a hard fight to find their way back to each other with a few rough detours along the way. It was a great read and I really loved the ending.
