For urban-legend hunter and television host Gabe Powers, it’s business—investigate the most notorious haunted places in Savannah. Then he meets his new sound engineer, a dewy Georgia peach who may just turn this gig into (im)pure pleasure. All it takes is one night for them to conjure floor-rattling, wall-banging moans…but they’re not from the ghosts.Blame the rippling abs, the cocky swagger, the … cocky swagger, the granite jawline, the whole muscle-bulging package, but Gabe is bringing out good-girl Lily Jameson’s dirty side. Damn her code-of-conduct contract—this isn’t just a molten-hot fling.
There’s just one kink in the relationship they’ve been avoiding: soon they’ll be going their separate ways. Lily’s home is in Savannah, and Gabe is a globe-trotter at heart. For them to be together, they’ll both have to upend their so-very-different worlds and face their fears in the process. And suddenly things don’t feel so Georgia peachy keen at all.

A quick entertaining read. The “ghost hunter” aspect intrigued me from the start. Loved Gabe. He and Lily made quite the pair.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC.
Do You Feel It Too? was simply amazeballs!! Nicole Rendell has brought many different story’s that have their own unique footprint. Every book that Nicola releases, I love them more and more. So everyone is already talking it, but I cannot “not” include it in my review. Gabe’s and Lily’s first encounter….PERFECTLY AWKWARD! These two hit it off and try to stay away. I love when there is that “magical pull” that kept bringing Lily and Gabe together. And the behind the door scene had my kindle screen melting! Nicole makes sexy even sexier if that can be possible.
Do You Feel It Too? was a fun read for me. I enjoyed the characters and the story line. I cannot wait to see what Nicola will bring her readers next!
Do You Feel It Too? was a great read! I loved it! I loved loved Gabe, he was sexy, swoony and all alpha!! Lily was sweet and sassy. Gabe and Lily had amazing chemistry from the start. The sexy scenes were scorching! I loved them together! The General was so funny! Definitely recommend this!
In the past, this author’s books have been a little hit or miss for me, but the whole “ghost hunter” angle of this one intrigued me. And, I enjoyed it. It was fairly low angst, insta-love read. The writing was well done. It was well paced. The plot was engaging. It had humor. It had little bits of interesting history sprinkled throughout. I would have liked a bit more sex, but the scenes we get were suitably hot. There was no OW or OM drama. Neither were virgins. It had some great secondary characters. The parrot was especially funny, and I hope Daisy and Ivan get an HEA of their own.
Gabe was pretty much a perfect hero. Maybe a bit TOO perfect as I found it a little hard to believe he would go from this guy whose whole life was traveling around (and him loving it) to him being perfectly happy staying in one place for the heroine after just ONE week of knowing each other. The author even implies this by having him be disappointed at missing out on chances to do some things he has always wanted to do. Hence why I loved Lily and totally got where she was coming from. Considering his brief look of disappointment about the Scotland trip, I would have had my doubts as well. Last, it was all wrapped up in an OK ending. It was sweet for sure but felt a little abrupt to me.
Love Will Change Their World
4.5Stars of totally explosive, undeniable chemistry and attraction! Gabe and Lily were meant to be!
She’s a small town girl. Everyone knows her and loves her. She has that southern charm and girl next door vibe. She works as a sound technician and lives in a shared house with her sister, nephew and her bird, The General.
The General is my absolute favorite pet of any story. OMG! Hilarious and just awesome!
Gabe is the host of his own show about uncovering monster myths like Loch Ness, Big Foot and also investigates claims of hauntings. He travels all over the world to visit and record experiences of haunted houses, which is how he finds himself in Savannah with the beautiful Lily.
Gabe is all alpha male and dirty talking irresistible sexiness. Lily is girl next door until you get her behind closed doors and her dirty girl unleashes! Gabe likes to push her boundaries and the results are EXPLOSIVE!
The two fell fast and hard. However, their lives are literally worlds apart. He’s a tv host, travels all over the world for his job and most eligible bachelor and she’s just a small town girl living job to job. These two will have to bridge their worlds to find their Happily Ever After. But when you find the other half of your soul, any sacrifice makes it worth it. And maybe you’ll just find where you were always meant to be.
Gabe was mesmerized by Lily’s beauty from the moment he saw her at the park. As the fireworks exploded in the sky during the 4th of July celebration, he knew that fate and luck had sent her to him and that she was the woman he had been searching for all of his life. He was thankful that he had come to Savannah to shoot new episodes of his adventure/travel show and he hoped that Lily would be willing to show him around.
Lily was born and raised in Savannah and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Her life, job and family are here and that was enough for her. Until Gabe steamrolled into her life leaving her panting with want and daydreaming about his sexy smile and hot body. He was a world traveler who lived out of a backpack and she was a homebody who never went anywhere.
Lily needs to decide if Gabe means enough to her to change her life and take a chance on love. They have more in common than she realized and love is more important than any differences they may have. Gabe had traveled the world and met many people but in beautiful and sultry Savannah, he had found his home. Lily always dreamed of traveling but it took Gabe and his devotion to her to make her realize that he would keep her safe on their journey together.
I loved everything about this book. The sexiness of Gabe and the playful shyness of Lily is a volatile combination. They are a hot and romantic couple who I couldn’t get enough of and I wanted their story to go on forever. This is the first time I have read a book by Nicola Rendell and it most definitely will not be my last. It deserves more than five stars and I am confident that everyone will love it!!
Nicola Rendell’s stories are pure magic. Magic, magic, magic! Each new, gorgeous story she dreams up and oh so skillfully writes, makes me wish I could transform myself into her heroines and be wooed by her hunky heroes.
Nicola invites her readers into a world that at first appears ordinary—the kind of life you or I might lead, the kind of life we can relate to. But the little twists, turns, and surprises that transcend that world and the characters’ lives … genius. The deeper you venture into the story the more wonderful it becomes.
Lily … what a sweetheart! She’s simply a lovely human being inside and out. I loved everything about her, including her honesty. None of that annoying hiding secrets about herself that will inevitably come back to bite her in the butt.
Gabe … he’s a sweetheart too! This man is all about letting loose his growly attraction to Lily in the hottest ways, not afraid to talk feelings, and such a romantic! Sigh.
The General … best secondary character ever. Hilarious and crazy shenanigans.
Lily and Gabe happened fast, but their chemistry was instantaneous, smoking hot, and real-life believable. Everything about this book—the writing, the characters, the banter, the setting—is charming, entertaining, fun, and sexy. Do You Feel It Too? is one of my top reads for the year.
Since I finished reading this INCREDIBLE GEM of a book, I’ve been sitting, thinking about what I could possibly say about it! First, I have to say that THIS book is Ms. Rendell’s VERY BEST BOOK YET!!! I have read them ALL and there’s just something about this one that resonated with me, I was hooked from the start and I soooooooo did NOT want it to end!
Not ONLY did I fall EXTREMELY hard for the SINFULLY SEXY Mr. Gabe Powers, but I have a HUGE girl-crush on Ms. Lily Jameson, as well! He’s the EPITOME of the Hollywood heartthrob (minus the ego and the attitude) and SHE’S the sassy, sweetly Southern girl-next-door (and this sweet Georgia peach definitely has a spicy side) with a few quirks that make her even MORE lovable…and to put the cherry on top, there’s The General! I have NEVER laughed-til-I-cried so hard as I did with this INSANELY funny side character who ABSOLUTELY STOLE THE SHOW!!! You will just have to read the book to find out exactly WHO The General is….
I loved EVERYTHING about this sweet and swoony, FUNNY and SEXY romp that’s landed on my BEST of 2018 List!!!
This was fun and entertaining! Gabe is doing some light ghost busting for his show in Lily’s hometown. Lily meets Gabe for the first time by bashing his face with a mic stand. Oops. You know, it’s your average everyday meet-cute. Boy did the sparks ever fly between these two. Super smoking hot sparks. So hot. *fans face* Lily has a parrot called the General and he’s so fantastic. I loved every scene with that bird. Oh! Gabe takes care of Lily’s 9 month old nephew…omg It’s pretty much the best thing ever. Seriously, this man is book boyfriend material. Great guy and he treats Lily so well. There’s so many light hearted shenanigans between them that I had an awesome time reading their story.
