I love this series!I love the characters in this one and the way they connect and fall in love!
I miss traveling right now and I loved slipping between the pages to explore a ritzy resort in Puerto Rico, followed by a dreamy cruise in the Caribbean. This story had me wanting to swing in a hammock while drinking a virgin tropical delight with the ocean waves setting turned up loud on my sound machine.
Joshua is a man on a mission and I loved the ways he went incognito to investigate a mysterious embezzlement with his company. Each facet of his personality were illustrated in the characters he portrayed and it was such a fun way for Jade to get to know him, even if it wasn’t exactly honest. I loved Jade’s playful and adventurous spirit, especially as she pushed herself to try new things and allowed herself to truly feel.
While this book is full of attraction from the very first time eyes were laid on one another, the tension burned as hot as the noon-day sun in summertime, and the elements of mystery (with undertones of danger) were a perfect companion to the romance and true to this author’s style. What a fun escape!
Content: mild moments of peril/danger; very mild religion; mild+ romance (innuendo, kissing)

Good start to a clean series and continuity from the Strong family series. I highly recommend it.
Great start
To this series. Dani brings together a story that makes you think and fall for the characters. This one shows that you have to learn to trust.
This book’s storyline was okay. The characters were okay. The ending was okay. This story wasn’t one of my favorites by Ms. Checketts.
I enjoy Cami Checketts writing style and her stories. This one plays with the alliterative names and the characters play along. Unbelievable at times to thing Jade doesn’t know the man she is kissing but for the sake of an enjoyable story I went along for the ride. Thanks Cami for another pleasurable read.
This book was such a great escape from the problems and worries of life right now. I loved being able to virtually take a trip to Puerto Rico and all the stops on Jade’s cruise. It’s a quick read that left me wanting more!
Jade seems like the girl next door. On the very first page she’s accused of embezzling. The reader, and Jade, spend the whole rest of the book wondering if she’s going to be charged. Even though she’s innocent. One thing that I really loved about Jade was the way she was always looking for nicknames for people using alliteration. I might have laughed at them several times.
Then there’s Jesse/Joshua. I don’t even know what to call him. I loved the way he was able to get Jade thinking about other things, other than embezzlement. But the way he took so long to tell her who he was was a bit excessive. That caused big problems between the two, not surprisingly.
The way it ended though was sweet, and just perfect for the book.
I was sent an e-copy of Do Marry Your Billionaire Boss as a gift from the author. All opinions are my own.
