PARTY CRIME (#11 in the Kat Makris series) is out now! There’s no offer for her to refuse …Kat Makris was a little girl when her father spun wild and outrageous bedtime stories about Baboulas, the Greek boogeyman, a lawless creature with a penchant for stealing gold and clashing with the gods. Now Kat is twenty-eight, single, a couch potato in a cube farm, when her father goes missing. Without … when her father goes missing. Without him, she’s alone in the world. Before the police can work their mojo, she herself is abducted by a couple of hoods with crooked noses, and she quickly discovers her father’s old stories were true—true crime, that is. Baboulas is an infamous mob boss in Greece, and Baboulas is the one who has Kat holed up in a private plane bound for Greece.
Now, to find her father, Kat must face the boogeyman …
Somewhere between Stephanie Plum and Michael Corleone you’ll find Kat Makris. DISORGANIZED CRIME is a humorous look at family—and Family.

unexpectedly funny. Anxious to get next in series
Disorganized is an understatement! Katerina is the daughter of a Greek crime family. She’s heard many stories in her years of growing up, but she had no evidence of that until now. She’s irreverent, brave beyond reason and slightly askew. She’s funny, crazy, and a couple of bricks short of a load, but determined to stay alive!
A fun book to read.
Although entertaining the humor was mostly an eye roll
Still worth the read
Could not finish this book, disappointing.
I really enjoyed the different character and different country.
Read the entire series, they are wonderful.
So good I bought the rest of the series!!! I think Alex King has the most wonderful sense of humor and the writing is interesting and fun to read. Can’t wait for Kat to hook-up.
This is an interesting and funny combination of The Soprano’s and the Janet Evanovich novels. I plan to read more books.
Fun read, I will look for more of these books
I laughed out loud the whole way through this book! You don’t want it to end so it’s good that there others in the series because you want to read these again whenever you need a pick me up from the Blahs.
The story is super funny and the dialogue is fantastic. I loved the book and plan on reading her next one, which is very unusual for me.
Loved this series. Very entertaining.
Moved too slow without an outcome. Parts of it were disgusting.
Wow, what a ride. I finished this book in a day. I didn’t bother with anything else. I chuckled. I laughed. I commiserated. The editing could have been a tiny bit better, but I am picky. But, with the characters that felt like real people and a main character making decisions that I could see myself making when I was young and thought I knew everything, a few little errors don’t matter as much. Looking forward to reading more from Alex A. King.
I loved all the laugh out loud moments in this book. I really enjoyed being inside the lead character’s mind and her funny self comments. Just wish the book wasn’t a cliffhanger to the next book.
If I read it, it was excellent !!!!! I READ IT. JAK, jr.
Hilarious!
Loved it!!
Lots of fun to read looking forward to the next installment.
