He’s the arrogant Manhattan realtor with billboards advertising his six-pack more than his expertise in negotiations.I’m the competing broker who stupidly moved across the hall from his office. From day one, I’ve been his sworn enemy. Okay, so I might have accidentally stolen one of his clients. Well, is it stealing if the client comes to me?Even our vicious banter and loathing gazes can’t hide … loathing gazes can’t hide the chemistry between us. Who can blame me? He has enough charisma to make every hot-blooded woman in the city melt with a single word.
Just when I think a mutual respect could be born between us, the biggest developer in the city offers us an opportunity that pits us against each other.
Time to forget Carmelo Mancini’s dreamy eyes and tight abs.
Game on.

Piper Rayne has the ability to make me fall in love with their characters within a chapter, this book wasn’t the exception boy did I love Carm and Wren.. right up my enemies to lovers alley!! I can’t wait to see what else this gang has in store.
I did enjoy this one overall. I’m giving this 4 out of 5 stars. This review is for an ARC, and reflects my honest opinion.
I loved Bella! I didn’t even realize, but my friend Jessica said she was a lot like me…and she was right. There were some differences between us, but personality/life wise, we were almost twins. I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about Carm after what we saw in the first book (he was funny, but kind of a dbag). I ended up liking him. He wasn’t a perfect guy by any stretch of the imagination, but he was perfect for Bella. So far I liked Enzo the best out of the brothers, but we still have to wait for Dom’s book.
Once again, I was expecting to see more of the Italian family, but I don’t think we saw any of them except maybe once? The ending of this definitely made me want the final book in the trilogy ASAP; I can’t wait to see what happens next. I thought the romance was believable, but I wanted it to happen faster; that was just my preference though since I’ve been reading a ton of slow burns lately.
This book was a little deeper/darker in aspects than the previous one. I won’t say why, but there might be some triggering events/conversations, so read with some slight caution. I enjoyed this book, and I can’t wait to see if Dom will be my favorite brother!
4 Stars
Dirty Flirty Enemy is the second title in the White Collar Brothers series, a sweet and sexy enemies to lovers romance featuring Carm and Bella.
This pair dislike each other on principal, before they even meet. Both are incredibly driven, dedicated, focussed and competitive when it comes to brokering a sale!
Bella is sassy, strong, resilient and endearing, and likes nothing more than to ignore and provoke Carm at every opportunity.
Carm is a contradiction, whilst quite egotistical and cocky he’s also quite vulnerable and worries what other’s think of him. He’s quite loyal, sweet, kind and caring.
Their banter is fun, flirty and engaging. Although their relationship is a sow burn, their chemistry is undeniable and the love scenes are hot and steamy.
I adored the interactions with Enzo, Annie and Dom and cannot wait to see more of these characters in the next addition in the series!
4.5 Stars
This is the second book in the White Collar Brothers series. I really enjoyed this one. I was hooked right from the beginning. It’s enemies to lovers story. I loved Carmelo. He surprised me in a good way. He’s cocky arrogant attitude gives you one impression, but once you see under those layers you see the true guy beneath. Carmelo and Bella have great chemistry. Bella is a strong character and she’s the perfect woman for Carmelo to take the plunge for. They both don;t labels and just have some fun, but they never counted on feelings playing a part. I loved the set up for Dom’s book. Boy is it going to be a good one.
Every time I read one of these books I’m always so happy going in and I settle in for what is sure to be a great story. I have yet to be disappointed.
This time I fell in love with Carm. Now don’t get me wrong, Piper Rayne writes great leading ladies, but lately there has just been something about her leading men.
Carm was a player who didn’t deny what he was because he was always honest and upfront about what he wanted. Even when he was fighting how much he wanted Bella. He knew he wanted her, but knew he couldn’t have her so fought it. But this was such a funny, steamy, well written fight between these two.
I really hope Piper Rayne continues writing these fantastic family centered stories. I love the camaraderie and just the depth of love I always get along with the romance with these stories. And of course the visit from Mauro and Maddie didn’t hurt.
This is the second book in the White Collar Brothers series. Don’t worry, they are complete stand alones. But the previous book, and the Blue Collar Brothers are all awesome reads.
This is Carmelo, or Carm’s book. He’s the baby of the Mancino Brothers.
This is a great enemies to lovers read.
Carm and Bella are competitors in real estate. They will have you laughing through out the book.
I love how Bella called Carm out on his shit and she didn’t fall for the “Carm Charm” right away. She made him work for it.
I do wish we would have seen Carm’s Ma meeting Bella and an update on Bella’s mom.
I couldn’t put this down.
Carm and Bella had such a back and forth, will they won’t they, slow burn relationship.
Bella is trying to build up her business in the FSBO world, but she hasn’t been very successful.
Carm is one of the best realtors in the area, and he doesn’t want anyone trying to cut down on his business.
These two instantly have a connection. They are always trying to seek each other out, even if it to argue over a potential client, the competition, or just to get a chance to interact with one another.
The way the story is plays out allows these two to truly develop a friendship before anything. This was so perfect for them because they both needed that reassurance that this relationship was different than anything in the past. Even though their thoughts on relationships were completely different, they were able to bond and develop an understanding to try and protect both of their feelings.
I am loving these brothers just as much as their cousins. I am so excited about Dom’s book because he is so secretive. In this book he was always on his phone or running off without telling anyone where he was going. I have a feeling his story is going to be just as amazing!
– An Arc was generously provided in exchange for an honest review.-
Loved it!! Carm was a bit of a playboy hotshot with a cocky attitude. She was more reserved but could definitely hold her own! Didn’t take much for Carm to get bitten by the love bug. Add in some extra drama and I loved this book! Definitely looking forward to Doms book. He seems the hardest to tame out of the bunch.
I LOVE Piper Rayne books, that is the truth! I am usually the one that falls for book boyfriend number 1, they just melt my heart and make me fall in love and the number 2 guy usually is great, but I always fall back to number 1.
Piper Rayne shakes it up with this series because Carmelo Mancini is delectable. He is debonair, he smacks you in the gut and heart and wraps you up in his need for Bella. In essence making number 2 my favorite of the White Collar Brothers.
There is more to his arrogance, so much more. The attraction to Bella is like a magnet pulling him to her at every part of the book and I just loved it. To desire a woman with that much intensity is overwhelmingly joyful. And Bella’s ability to ward of Carmelo is epic. That woman should get a medal for locking down her desire! I believe that is what makes this book magnificent because at every corner you find yourself wanting them to come together and yet there is more that needs to happen for them to be united.
I didn’t want to put the book down because I was so caught up in their antics and steamy encounters. That kismet that will eventually win out is magical!
These White Collar Brothers are Alphas who are being tamed by women who stand up for themselves and are brilliant. And that is why Piper Rayne will always have my heart because they deliver the funny, the witty, the love, the passion and the heat!
OH. EM. GOODNESS. I love Carm!! He’s such a d-bag at the start of the book. I mean I wasn’t sure if I liked him or not, but as the book goes on and he begins to accept his attraction to Bella, he becomes a swoon-worthy H.
I have to say that I’m loving how Piper & Rayne are tackling these tough topics. I don’t want to give any spoilers, but I’ll say that they get you all up in your feels and make the HEA so much sweeter!! I can’t wait until Dom’s book!!
Where can I get me a Mancini man <3
I loved this enemies-to-lovers romance, it thoroughly entertained me, made me swoon and pulled at my heartstrings. This book had a bit of everything.
After getting some hints on Carm and his redheaded arch nemesis in his brother Enzo's book I was excited to see how this evil temptress would knock the great Carm on his ass.
Soon as you see Carm and Bella together the chemistry is simply electric and steam was coming off my kindle in waves. I will be honest and say that it took longer then I though for Bella to give in (well longer then I would have) to his advances but when she did OMG!!!!!
This book was highly entertaining and I devoured in one sitting. I loved all the secondary characters too they were hilarious with the banter and one-liners.
I am honestly desperate for Dom's story now, I sssssooooo want to know who will capture the last Mancini
Well done Piper Rayne on yet another great read
Dirty Flirty Enemy is the perfect title for Carm and Bella’s enemies-to-lovers story. It’s dirty (in the best way), they’re flirty (especially Carm the charmer), and they are definitely enemies (at least when it comes to work). This was an engaging read- fun and sexy, but as they did with Sexy Filthy Boss, Piper Rayne added in a back/side story that was a bit heavier than what we’re typically used to from them. I like how they’ve incorporated these issues, they bring a little more depth to the stories and characters. It makes me wonder if we’re going to get something like this in Dom’s book.
As workforce competitors, Carm and Bella’s relationship definitely starts off on the wrong foot. But before too long things between them begin to heat up and even as they try to keep things on a professional level, it soon becomes apparent that there’s more than just a simple attraction developing. It’s always fun to see the guy who never planned on being in a relationship fall in love, and Carm was no exception.
I thought Carm’s story was the one I was most looking forward to out of these three brothers, but oh no…I have a feeling Dom’s story is going to be the biggest surprise of the bunch!
I love the White Collar Brothers series by Piper Rayne. So much drama with a love/hate relationship that we have going on with Dirty Flirty Enemy. The chaotic and passion that brews between the two main characters will have you reeling into their story! I love the brothers and dying for more! This is a recommended read friends! You will get lost in their book world!
Carm & Bella are totally opposite characters, ‚enemies‘ in the beginning, but due to certain circumstances they get to know each other and slowly fall in love with each other!
I loved the dynamics, also in and with all side characters.
Great book, great story, great characters! Totally recommend this series, in which all books are stand alones, but it’s better to read in order!
I’m excited about Dom‘s book, as he’s so secretive!!!
I kindly received an arc for an honest review
Carmelo is the youngest of the Mancini brothers and irresistible to women. He uses his sex appeal on his real estate billboards. Bella is a FSBO agent and is in direct competition with Carmelo plus having their offices on the same floor. She’s trying to resist Carmelo and he can’t stand it. They finally decide to have a sexual relationship that isn’t defined since neither one wants a real relationship. But as time goes by, Carmelo and Bella begin to have feelings for each other — enemies to lovers situation but neither one wants to admit it. Piper Rayne knows just how to pull at the heartstrings with the story lines. Carmelo is second Mancini brother story and I can’t wait for Dom’s story!
Carm and Bella have that chemistry that is so undeniably explosive it will captivate you. It makes you care and love the characters that much more. This is a classic enemies to lovers romance that is absolutely fantastic! It’s funny, sexy and witty all rolled into one! I absolutely loved it and I can’t wait for the next book in the series! I am voluntarily leaving my honest review after reading this arc, but I loved it so much I purchased a copy.
Sorry Enzo and Dom, I might have to crown Carm as my favorite Mancini (and yes, I understand that I haven’t read Dom’s story yet, so this may be a little premature).
Oh, this man. Carm is all over the place. Sometimes you don’t want to like him, but you can’t help it. He’s addictive. He says some bonehead things from time to time and he borders on cocky and arrogant. He certainly doesn’t lack any confidence. But underneath all that ego is an amazing man that you’ll fall hard for. He’s sweet, charming, funny, and oozes sex appeal.
Bella is great. She’s smart, sassy, and independent. It’s fun to watch her interact with Carm because I don’t think he’s ever met a woman that wasn’t willing to fawn all over him. But even her resistance isn’t enough to keep Carm at bay for long. Still, she always keeps him on his toes.
I’m hardcore in love with this book. I’m a sucker for enemies-to-lovers stories and this one fits the bill. There’s so much push and pull between Carm and Bella, and their attraction sizzles from the start. But it’s not only these two you’ll fall in love with. All the supporting cast is fantastic. Plus it’s hard not to be addicted to these Mancini boys. And if hot, sexy Italian guys are your thing, you should meet their cousins too (the Bianco brothers already have their stories out now).
Grab this one ASAP!
These ladies really brought it with this one LOL I mean sparks were flying like it was the 4th of July with these two! Strong 4.5 Stars
Bella has serious feelings about Carmelo. They are the best opposites you could put to paper. Every moment was fueled by something. Banter ran amok with this one and it was glorious LOL This plot would not have worked any other way and I really enjoyed that the phrases love to hate you and hate to love you were intertwined in the entire plot from beginning to end. They were sexy and fun to read. My favorite combination! And as individuals, neither was OTT. Bella was just strong enough without being off-putting and Carmelo was just alpha enough with being full of himself. They really are a great couple to read. I’ve had so much fun so far with these brothers, I know when their series comes to a close it will be an easy binge to come back to when I need fun, flirty and sexy in my read time!!
This review is for an ARC and is my unbiased, honest opinion.
I couldn’t wait for Carmelo Manicini’s story while reading book one in this trilogy. He’s this cocky guy with confidence for days. I could tell he had some type of commitment issue based on never wanting a relationship longer than one night. I just knew there was more to Carm than we could see at the time.
I loved getting to know Carm more and more and seeing why he acted the way he did. There was more to him than the cocky jerk who was always down for a one night stand. Deep down he was the sweetest guy. His ma would be proud lol.
Bella Scott was one tough cookie. I could also tell throughout reading the story that she had gone through a lot in her life. I looked forward to getting her backstory. I will say these two were both headstrong individuals so this made for a slow burn romance. Slow burns KILL me. I kept wanting them to get together but the authors made me wait for it.
Overall this was a great story. It mentioned the previous book’s couple a lot which I really appreciated. It also had a ton of great relationships throughout the story with friends as well as the brothers. I can’t wait to read Dom’s book coming up next.
This is the second book of the White Collar Brothers and Carmello Mancini is one of the best book heroes!
Bella and Carmello begin the story as competitors in the real estate business. He is fierce, workaholic and totally committed to his job. Bella is trying something new and carries a secret that makes her change her life. Together they are a total combustion and both are afraid of what it could mean to their lives. It is a slow burn book but it shows the characters in an unique way. Pipper Rayne brings Bella and Carmello to another dimension and her story is so sad. Only a strong and compassionate partner as Carmello could really understand her and help her to get together.
I just loved how they are strong together.
A lovely book and I just loved it!
