He’s the wildest guy in his band, but falling for a virgin groupie-in-disguise might be his craziest move yet.Keyboardist West Reynolds’s idea of commitment? Going out for breakfast with a woman after a night of bed-breaking action. The only thing he gets serious about is Warning Sign, the band he formed with his two best friends. Then he meets a woman being hauled off by security, and she’s … by security, and she’s fascinated by him.
To her, he’s a subject to study. Like a bug under a microscope with a big…head.
Lauren Bryant is a student of psychology, and now she’s going in depth on rockstars. Specifically, fans. What makes a woman turn into a lust-driven groupie?
Is it the music?
The fame?
The men?
She isn’t sure, but she never expected to get her own night with a rockstar. One where he’s on top, doing some studying of his own…
She isn’t sure, but she never expected to get her own night with a rockstar. And she just figured out the ultimate way to get inside a subject is to let the subject inside you…

Love it. And all the rest of the books in this series. Rock star romance.
I loved Loren, so out spoken and honest and West turned out to be a great guy. As did the other band members. Love everything I have read by Cari Quinn. This and the Oblivion series is really good.
Fabulous Story & Narration Sweet & Spicy
Dirty Duet
Found in Oblivion Series, Book 3
By: Cari Quinn, Taryn Elliott
Narrated by: Kai Kennicott, Wen Ross
Wow, Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott deliver another amazing story set in the Oblivion word and I loved every word of it. This series features the band members of “Warning Sign” a new up and coming rock band who is the opener for Oblivion. This third book is West Reynold and Lauren Bryant’s story. West is the bands keyboardist and Lauren is a geeky posing as a groupie for research purposes. She was busted trying to get backstage at one of their shows and was banned from future shows. But that does not stop her and when West surfs into the audience and he notices her and is intrigued. He brings her on stage and she impresses him with her skills. I love how these two clicked, her honesty and ability to speak her mind was admirable, they were perfect together and for each other. I also loved how everything plays out, there story is well plotted and there is never a dull moment, with plenty of drama, emotional and heartfelt moments, a touch of angst and some hot loving and romance. Thank you Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott for another fantastic book!!
I listened to the Audible edition, Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross are talented narrators and voice artists. Their duet performance continues to rock this series, bringing the characters and their stories to life. They do an awesome job portraying each of the characters, grasping their persona to a tee, sounding just as I picture them to sound. Wen Ross’ take on West was perfection, as was Kai Kennicott’s Lauren. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another fabulous listen
Another fun book in the Found in Oblivion series. As crazy as the basic plot of a sexy romance between a Rock Star and a Virgin seems, the writing is so good, it is believable and fun, seriously steamy and romantic. Heroine Lauren is scattered and flighty, but the story is so well written that I found her and their relationship charming. We saw West in earlier books, but got real insight into his heart and I liked him and loved their romance. Favourite scene in the book was with West and Michael in a hospital chapel – it was touching and I had to grab for a handful of tissues at my heartfelt sniffle. This Series just keeps getting better.
All sex, no real story. She is a virgin looking to lose it after being raised strictly. He is a rock star. Yama, yada
Great fun to read.
Loved how sweet and caring he was. That’s not normal for a “Rockstar “ book. It made it enjoyable and entertaining. Loved how goofy she was and how he loved it. Really enjoyed. I am bummed I can’t get the rest of the series on Barnes and Noble. Really enjoyed the books.
Be forewarned: This should be listened to with headphones if in public!
Dirty Duet is book 3 in the Found in Oblivion Series but can be as a stand alone. This is such a fun read and the narration is spectacular (no one does a steamy scene like Kennicott and Ross!). The story has both emotional highs and lows as well as truly laugh out loud moments. I loved Lo, our quirky heroine and West, as a caring but troubled hero. The story is well written and wonderfully narrated.
(Review is based partially on the audio version)
Lauren had botched her term paper so she had to rewrite it. The only way to get a good grade was to get involved with the subject or subjects. Her research took her far more than she ever expected. Her subject was a band and it’s groupies. The story entails her journey with the band and West which she has taken a special interest in. On this journey they discover things about each other and themselves.
Surprised to say that I heartily recommend this book. It’s pretty well-written and very funny in spots. I enjoyed it.
Did not like. Disturbing.
I am collecting this whole series.
I love their Oblivion series and the spin-offs.
Love the books in the series. It’s great that you don’t have to read them in order and that they are standalone.
I just couldn’t get into this book. I tried reading this book 2 different times. Both times my mind couldn’t stay i to it.
Great plot and characters
Good read.
Dirty Duet is so sexy and sweet, I think it’s my favorite of their rockstar romances.
The wild rockstar and the virgin make for an interesting, sexy couple. West is so sweet, and dirty, but he’s got issues that will make a long term relationship hard. When he meets Lauren, he doesn’t know what hits him. She’s smart, a little awkward, has a loose hold on her filter, and has a spark that he can’t help but be intrigued by. The relationship that they find themselves falling into is steamy and sweet, the perfect rockstar love story. I can’t wait for the next one!
