All books in the Quick and Dirty collection are stand-alone romances and can be independently.She’s his fantasy… Ava Jennings has spent her life dedicated to her family’s steel business. So when she catches her fiancé engaging in … her fiancé engaging in extracurricular activities under his desk with a coworker, Ava fires him on the spot. With her self-esteem at an all-time low, Ava throws caution to the wind and heads to a well-known, wild biker bar. She’s determined to prove she’s capable of the spontaneous, wicked-hot sex her fiancé was searching for outside their relationship. And she finds all that and more in a rugged, edgy motorcycle mechanic, the one man in the bar who eclipses all the others.
He’s her dirtiest little secret…

Ava doesn’t recognize him as the awkward kid who used to spend Sunday nights at her dinner table with their families, but she’s sure interested in the man she thinks he is now. She’s from the world he left behind, and he knows he should walk away—but it’s impossible to say no to the woman who starred in all his adolescent fantasies. All he wants is one night to get her out of his system. Because there was no way she could live up to his dreams.
But he’s wrong. One night will never be enough.

Awesome story. Loved the chemistry between Isaac and Ava. I wish the story was longer. Was a very nice weekend read.
I loved this story, Ava and Isaac had great chemistry from the get go. They were meant to be.
When you’re reading the blurb to decide if this is the read for you I’m always hesitant the story won’t be as good as the blurb but this delivered.
Isaac is a great male character, swoony and knows how to treat a woman. I hate female character that don’t have a backbone thankfully that is not Ava.
When shit goes down with her fiancé she dealt with it quickly, then more shit with her dad she did not hesitate to deal swiftly with him as well.
A really enjoyable read.
This story is a sexy morsel with a depth I didn’t expect until it smacked me over the head. Ava is engaged then walks in on her fiancé having sex with 2 employees which is beyond crappy. She boldly fires him and the other employees. She has worked hard for years to prove herself at the family business, getting ready for her father’s retirement. The world she envisioned has shifted which leads her to a biker bar for a bit of fun. Isaac, oh so sexy, motorcycle mechanic, business owner, Isaac. He turned away from his family’s business following a tragedy but his family is still a huge anchor as he moves forward with his life. He has built a successful garage restoring and fixing motorcycles. When he sees Ava at the bar, well, he knows 2 things, he has to save her from one of his biker friends and two, he needs to have her for himself. Ava and Isaac grew up as neighbors but weren’t close so it’s not surprising when Ava doesn’t recognize him. Their first encounter is off-the-charts electric and erotic, just the escape Ava needed. What was intended as a one-night thing doesn’t leave either of their minds. Ava seeks out Isaac and something stellar begins but is Ava just using Isaac to hide from her life? After the damage her ex-fiancé did, will she be willing to embrace a new relationship. Ava shows her true grit when her family let’s her down which pushes her to truly reevaluate her life and what she wants. I will just say that what her family did was horrible to me and I was so proud of how Ava reacted. I was already a fan of Ava but in that one moment, well, she truly made a believer out of me.
Issac My Latest Book Boyfriend
A quick, sexy, steamy, afternoon escape kind of book. Another strong female lead by this author. Ava is at a crossroads and decides to step outside her comfort zone. She and Issac have great chemistry and excellent banter from the start. But that dirty talk, wow!
Issac has already come to terms with what makes him happy, and he has his secrets. Will those secrets put a wedge in their relationship?

I loved everything about this book! It’s the story of Ava, a young executive working for her family’s corporation while she gets over her boyfriend betrayal and finds what she needs with Isaac, a man she flirts with in a biker bar and turns out to be more than she expected.
This story had the perfect length, not too long and definitely not very short. For this length the details of the characters and the actions were perfectly portioned, nothing was too much or too little. I couldn’t connect much with the characters which was great, I just wanted to enjoy their story.
These pages were suuper heated, quite dirty, but there was also intimacy and a lot of affections the characters developed. Only the villain, the ex boyfriend and her father had terrible moments, while all the other characters were pretty lovely. Isaac was a great hero, with his loving and caring ways and Ava was strong and independent, yet vulnerable and beautiful in her worries and anxieties.
What I loved the most about this book was the writing, how perfectly balanced everything was. And how touching, sensorial and engaging the story was, how quickly it swept you away into the world it created.
I received a copy of this in exchange for my honest opinion.
Rich girl Katie, meets motorcycle mechanic Issac, in this scorching hot story. Issac and Katie are easy to like and together, they share a lot of passion and fire. Even though Issac and Katie are so different from each other, they fit together and make each other happy. I enjoyed reading Dirtiest Little Secret and easily connected with the characters. This story is short, full of heat and the air combusts whenever Issac and Katie are together.

OMG I adored this short love story so much! This is a new author to me, but one I’m going to be checking out!

This story is funny, sexy and hot hot hot! But the characters are really interesting and well developed. I enjoyed the dialogs between them a lot. They are sincere and meaningful. With Isaac, Ava feels treasured and sexy.
It´s an easy lovely reading and I totally recommended it.

Dirtiest Little Secret by Skye Jordan
A Quick and Dirty Romance #
What a fun way to spend the afternoon…or a day on the beach…or perhaps locked in a winter cabin due to too much snow. This story put a smile on my face and had me WISHING I was in Ava’s place…at least with Isaac!
What I liked:
* Ava Jennings: wealthy, educated, in her family’s steel business, confronted with big choices ~ I like where she ended up at the end.
* Isaac Banks: good family, engineer, mechanic, business owner, loves his family, more than meets the eye at first glance ~ I like where he ended up at the end.
* That the H/h were equals without realizing it, at least at first
* The fantasy aspect of the beginning
* How what could have been a nightmare for Ava when she stepped on the wild side turned out just the opposite
* That Isaac loved his family as he did
* Isaac’s family – didn’t see much of them but thought they were “good people”
* The way Ava caught and dealt with her despicable fiancé
* The growth in the relationship between Ava & Isaac in the first part
* Ava’s friends stepping in to help her see the “truth”
* The resolution of the expected breakup at the end
* The steamy bits…wow…just…WOW…
* Reading a story that made me care
* Stepping into a few worlds I will never venture into
* Reading a new to me author I will look for again
* Thinking about “what if” & “What would *I* do?”
* The writing, plot, predictability, and happy ending
What I didn’t like:
* The pain both H/h felt at times in their life journeys
* Ava’s family…BIG TIME
Did I enjoy this book? Yes
Would I read more by this author? Definitely
Is it predictable and formulaic? Perhaps BUT…here are a few things I scribbled down while reading:
* Hot
* Steamy
* Sexy
* Secrets
* Fun
* Whip-smart
* Smile on my face
Thank you to NetGalley and the author for the ARC – This is my honest review.
5 Stars
Wow what a super hot book about two people from rich family businesses who find they’re similarly disenchanted with Manhattan. They by chance cross paths, Ava not realizing the hot biker is a childhood neighbor. He on the other hand quickly discovers who she is and determines to keep her safe while she explores the wild side. I love Skye’s writing because she gets into the heart of her characters and shows us how they can heal.
Ava Jennings has been striving her whole life to make her Dad proud and be an family business equal to her brothers. Her Dad is about to retire from Jennings Steel and she is looking at taking the COO position. When she catches her fiancée Matthew having sex in his office with 2 co-workers she fires him and breaks off the engagement. He Dad doesn’t agree seeing it as an over emotional response. She and her best friend take some time to get drunk and maybe find a hook-up. When motorcycle mechanic Isaac Banks walks in he quickly figures out who Ava is and decides to scare her home. When Ava doesn’t scare they share a really hot night. Ava tracks him down a week or so later looking for more. They start a steamy affair and learn they come from similar backgrounds and share disappointments. It comes to a head when her Dad decides to give her COO position to Matthew, whom he’s hired back. That’s also when Ava discovers Isaac knew who she was and lied to her. You’ll have to read to find out how they found their HEA.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
The lies. The hidden truths. The omissions. Ava and Isaac are both guilty of two of these and Isaac is guilty of all three. Ava wants a walk on the wild side but can’t stay away from the man she met. She just doesn’t realize that Isaac remembers her from long ago. Will they be able to straighten it all out before it blows up in their faces? Or, rather, in Isaac’s face? And when the explosion comes, can everything be fixed?
I adored Ava. She was trying so hard to do the right thing for so many people, yet no one had her back in return. The only one she thought did withheld very important truths, so she has to decide if she wants to live half a life or the life she desperately wants.
As for Isaac, I get it. I get why he hid things. But he did also sort of show Ava who he was all along, if she had paid attention to the hints. But he’s still got his work cut out for him when it comes to proving to Ava that he’s the man for her.
This was a quick, hot, enjoyable read and I only wish we’d had more of Ava and Isaac when it was over. But that’s okay because I’m pretty sure they’ve got a bright future ahead of them….together.
Another winner by Skye Jordan! I read this in one sitting – I couldn’t put it down. Dirtiest Little Secret lives up to it’s billing as a quick and dirty read! The heat level is smokin’! Despite the shorter length, there’s still good depth of character development and plot to keep the reader interested in the story – more so than in a typical novella. Can’t wait for the next one!
Oooh, Ms. Jordan’s getting a little dirty on us with her newest release, and it’s no secret I’m loving it! Sexy, sweet, and oh so steamy, Dirtiest Little Secret is a captivating read about two extremely likable characters who are more similar than first appearances would lead you to believe. With more depth than I expected, Ava and Isaac’s story kept me engaged from the first page to the last, and left me wanting just a little bit more.
When Ava’s personal life implodes she sets out to find herself a little diversion. What she wasn’t expecting to find was someone she couldn’t keep off of her mind, or out of her heart.
Isaac wasn’t planning to fall for the girl using him as a distraction- the girl he knew from long ago, the one who’s turned out to be strong, determined, and more beautiful than he could have imagined.
Neither Isaac nor Ava anticipated that things between them would become so serious in such a short amount of time. It’s not bad enough that Ava’s personal life is crashing down around her, her professional life is as well. As everything is falling down around her, she finds she feels freer than she ever has when she’s with Isaac. But Isaac is keeping a secret from her that threatens to bring their blossoming relationship to a halt.
With Dirtiest Little Secret, Ms. Jordan brings us a story and characters full of heat and heart. At times it had me fanning myself from the sexiness, boiling over with anger and frustration at Ava’s family, and just smiling with sheer joy from the connection between Ava and Isaac. While this may be considered a novella by page count, there’s no shortage to the emotions and feelings it will bring about.
4 1/2 stars
I’ve yet to read a Skye Jordan book that didn’t grab me from the get go and hold on tight for the entire read. Dirtiest Little Secret is no different. Ava Jennings is a strong, smart and confident female lead. She refuses to bow down for the long haul when something is amiss. We see this early on when she not only dumps her future husband, but also fires him – along with the employees that he is caught in a compromising position with. While attempting to regain some sexual self confidence, she ends up in a biker bar with her bestie for a night of wild fun. It’s there that she meets Isaac – or rather sees him again as an adult. She sparks no past memory of him. Isaac remembers her almost instantly. BUT, he doesn’t let her in on that tidbit of knowledge. They go on to have a scorching night together. Neither seem to be able to shake the memory and one finally searches out the other. What transpires is a near instant relationship that both are in denial about.
I loved the way this was written, and the sexy times were drool worthy and practically in your living room rather than on the written page. Despite this being a relatively short book, there is enough character development for a trilogy. That takes real talent as there was no information that felt either forced or rushed. It was easy to both love and empathize with each of their situations and what transpired to get them where they were. They each managed to find themselves without sacrificing themselves for each other. It was wonderful to see and a bit of fresh air for this reader.
The only reason for 4 1/2 rather than 5 stars is that I wanted a little more closure in regards to her family and ex. There were also a couple places where there seemed to be a jump in time. While that was expected I felt like I might have missed something important in their developing relationship.
I received an advanced reader copy of this book for a voluntary and completely honest review.
Great quick read!q Ava and Isaac chemistry between them is off the charts! Can’t wait for more from Skye Jordan!
Get ready for a fun, surprisingly deep, smexy read that has its characters dealing with some heavy issues. Ava Jennings starts the story with the most horrendous day. While I was cheering her on, we get to read about the “other” things going on in her life. She has and has had a tough go of it with her family and her work. Enter Isaac Banks. Man, does he enter the story! Ava doesn’t recognize him, when she meets him (again) but that’s when the heat really picks up. These two will break your heart and then repair it again. I was pulling for them through the entire story. Really liked it. It is hawt so be warned. There IS much heart and soul in it, though.
