Very nice, believable characters
It wasn’t bad it wasn’t good. I finished it which I can’t do when it is a really lousy book. It was kind of bland.
kept you guessing
It was a little shallow, but a decent light read. Sometimes the names are mixed up that took some enjoyment from it.
Fast paced great fun
Not very realistic but good mindless read
Good book
I quit reading this book. Too trite.
Anna was a great lead character who is an archaeologist. Anna seemed like an authentic, relatable heroine. I know she was described as kind of a nerdy, bookwormy type, but to me she just seemed normal. Her struggles with the grief of losing her dad and boyfriend rang true to me, and some of the issues.Tall, dark, sexy, tattooed, funny, dangerous. Everything I want in a man. But he’s hiding something. He acts strangely in the moonlight. He won’t tell me anything about his life. And I caught him trying to destroy an important find. My body aches for him, but my heart tells me I’m not ready to make myself vulnerable again
I had a hard time getting into this book at the beginning but about half way through it picked up. I really enjoyed the characters and the story line. It was a good shifter romance with a bit of a mystery, suspense and drama thrown in. Well worth the read and very entertaining.
Anna and Luke! What a great start to the series!!
