A romance with a twist- Emily unsure about her father and what will happen in the future has just met someone special. Who is the bad guy? What lengths will they go to get what they want? These questions and more made this a very entertaining read. Action and romance combine into a well-written story and I loved the ending a super good book. Wow, what a story! I loved it. It was full of twists and turns leaving me reading it in one day as, I could not put it down. Not only was the heroine interesting but all the characters surrounding her as well. Also, it turned out to be a lot more than just a romance, it was a thriller as well.

Diamonds of the Marquess is a suspenseful Regency story. Someone is after the Hatherley diamonds. It seems this villain is determined to acquire the diamonds at any cost – breaking and entering, inflicting personal injury, shooting, etc. There is a lot of action in this Regency romance. Lady Emily flees to Lady Millington for protection. Emily chafes at remaining unseen. She becomes a companion to a young lady at a house party to gain some freedom. This story has interesting characters and a few plot twists to keep the reader entertained. I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a Regency adventure.
