The setting was great. The characters were different And reflected the scenery. Especially funny was the introduction of the main character and the termination of her marriage.
Maggie and her aunt Noreen and the rest of the characters are fun, entertaining and captivating! I enjoyed this book so much I finished in and purchased the next one in the series and kept on reading.

Good beach book.
I enjoyed this book. Several times I thought I had figured out who was the culprit, but I was wrong. This book is easy reading and quite entertaining.
First time with this Author and thoroughly enjoyed her. Look forward to future books. The Movie Theatre cafe idea is a very clever idea!
I didn’t want to put it down because wanted to know who done it. Very good!
An across the ocean page turner that you won’t soon forget. A good old American cop in English islands solves the mystery despite the lackadaisical view of the “local.”
An interesting read for a mystery novel. Characters were quirky. Enjoyable.
I read for escape and entertainment and this book was an easy, entertaining read. I’ve already started the next book in her series. If you love the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich, you will love this.
I enjoyed all of the books in this series.
Enjoyable read. Nice way of introducing the townspeople and developing the plot line.
A fun read – informative and witty descriptions of place (an island off the Irish coast) and multi-generational characters.
I enjoyed this mystery and did not figure out the murderer until it was revealed.
