Destroyed is the third and final book in the Omega’s Destruction Trilogy, a raw and thrilling Omegaverse tale. It is not a traditional romance, containing dark themes and complete power exchange. Scenes are not glossed over, which may be distressing for some readers.

We get a semblance of HEA but an Omega will never be free and clear, as they are a prized commodity. I gave it a 4 because this ending did not have as much edge as the previous books in the series; but, it still wallops a powerful plot into your hand.
LOVED IT!!!
After seeing the hardships Quinn had to go through and all misfortune she had to endure, one would think that she must already be only a shell of who she used to be, but this is where the real beauty of this series lays….both the author and the main characters continue to surprise us with every turn of the page. Quinn is not going to let her spirit be destroyed by the power-hungry world she was thrown into and Tobia will use everything he has at his disposal to keep his mate all to himself.
And we will see that in the end all their struggles were worth it because they now have each other and the beautiful family they have created together!
What an incredible ride it’s been!! Destroyed (Omega’s Destruction Book Three) concludes Tobias and Quinn’s journey…and….wow.
I feel worn out reading this series hehe. It’s been a ride of heartache, joy, fear, uncertainty… yeh just…wow. All of the feelz you could think of and Eva Dresden pretty much did it all in this amazing series!
Our story comes to a conclusion – Saved from her captors Quinn tries to get to grips with living again with her family, her kids and her overbearing Alpha.
But Quinn is very damaged, which is understandable – and together they have to find better ways to deal with their emotions because as much as Tobias loves and cares for Quinn, he is still an Alpha – a very powerful one and not used to this new situation of Quinn’s PTSD and fear.
He has to re-think his own behaviour, and Quinn is desperate to keep their distance – not wanting to understand her feelings but wants to hide from reality.
Through twists and turns, a character death that leaves them both in mourning – we finally find out what it is that is making Quinn so very very ill. And let me tell you, my jaw dropped at this sudden change! So well done to Eva for that – I had absolutely NO IDEA and NEVER saw that plot twist coming!!
In this third and last instalment – we def. get a better look at Tobias and also a better look into Quinn’s feelings. I really loved their scenes and I could not get enough.
Adam and Elise was just so cute and I loved Quinn’s protectiveness of them. Like a lioness really, and it fit perfectly in with what I like of tropes in the Omegaverse.
“I don’t think I’m an Alpha, Mama,” Elise said, spindly legs kicking in wide arcs as she admired her knuckles. “Robert Dawson said I smell pretty.” “Elise, sweetheart, this is very important.” Quinn cupped her daughter’s chin, tilting it up until pale gray could meet the deep green so like her father’s. “Do not, under any circumstances, tell your father that.”
“Why?”
“Because he’ll kill us all.”
“Oh, okay. Can I have a pudding?”
Because even as broken as Quinn is after book 2 – there is nothing in this world that will stop her if anyone should ever dear to threaten her young.
Quinn is such a strong female and absolutely perfect for Tobias. As her mind gets better – it is clear she is not going to let him just take control and walk all over her any more – naha – no. Quinn has a voice and Tobias better listen! 🙂
There is a bonus chapter epilogue when you subscribe to Eva’s newsletter – which I ofc. did because this series is so amazing and I def. want to follow her for her new releases.
The bonus chapter was so so wonderful and I hope that this isn’t the last we see of Tobias, Quinn and the kids. <3
I so love Omegaverse books and this last book in this series did not disappoint. Tobias and Quinn’s story was heartbreaking, heartwarming, violent, sexy and more. I literally could not put this book down! Sad that their story is ending, but their HEA so deserved!
This series by Eva Dresden were the first books of hers that I have read and they were so well written I’m sure they won’t be my last.
In my estimation, the entire Omega’s Destruction Series was riveting. Yes, it was darker than dark and came with a heavy helping of blood and gore. Yes, I cringed at some of the things that happened to Quinn. But, from the beginning, the author warned us we might get sucked into the inky blackness. And, secondly, this is the story of the inhabitants of a ruthless, brutal world; where life at all levels of their society is often dog-eat-dog, and most who live there must fight to survive. I do love the way the author brought this story to its conclusion in this 3rd book, Destroyed. After witnessing all the horror Quinn lived through, understanding her fear of succumbing to Tobias and losing herself totally, it was such a joy to watch her gradually blossom into the woman, wife, and mother who finally knew love, received it and gave it. Equally, I found it very satisfying to see Tobias genuinely realize Quinn’s truth, and finally give her the level of support she needed—although she certainly didn’t make it easy for him over most of the journey! The villain threatening Quinn, Tobias and their family wasn’t who I expected it to be, but it totally made sense to me plot-wise. The person I expected to be the villain turned out to be a hero, and I loved that. It twisted and turned me around! The author has indicated this is the end of Quinn and Tobias’ story. I’m sorry to hear that, I’d love to read more about them. Also, there are a couple of loose threads dangling. Namely, an evil Alpha from earlier in the series is not only alive but seems to be lurking around dangerously. And Tobias has acknowledged his territory’s borders are not as secure as they should be. Surely these points could be taken up in a 4th book? I’d vote for that! The author did give us a bonus ending, though, and it levered Tobias’ and Quinn’s HEA up another notch for me. Omegaverse stories always fascinate me. Most have the dystopian story setting I find compelling. I love the uber-dominant Alphas, and the petite, alluring—yet often feisty, strong—Omegas that were made for them. I love how devoted to and protective they are of their children. And of course, I want incredible, sizzling love scenes between an Alpha and his Omega. And, happily, the author built all of this so well into all three books of her series. I must give Book 3, Destroyed, 5 stars.
Oh my God!!! I don’t even know where to start!!! This book was amazing. We got our happily ever after for a strong Omega!! Quinn and tobais relationship is……(I’m sorry I don’t know the words) Quinn is an Omega with the heart of an alpha and tobais is an alphas alpha and wow do they clash!!!
This is the 3rd instalment and it starts with quinn being back home with tobais dealing with the after effects of her abduction, and the new effects of the fertility drugs. Tobais is trying to be full alpha and bring his “broken” Omega to heal.
This series completely broke me, damaged me and put me back together. I’m in love with Eva’s work and will definitely be rereading this series.
This series is amazing! Sexy, awesome action scenes(wink wink), heart wrenching. You wont be able to put it down!
If you have read the other titles in this series then you will understand what an emotional ride this has been. If you haven’t read any of them then you are missing out on one of the best Omegaverse stories on the market. None of the books have been happy feel good stories, so I wasn’t expecting this one to be any different. That assumption was correct, but it still blew me away with it’s beauty and the emotional aspect. I wasn’t sure how this one was going to end, but Ms. Dresden wrapped it all up in a bow. It might not have been a shiny bow, but it was a bow just the same.
Quinn and Tobias haven’t had an easy time, and their ending isn’t any different. It’s full of pain, sorrow, and mistrust, but there is also hope, passion, caring, and even love. The number of secrets and surprises didn’t stop until the last chapter and I was kept on the edge of my seat with guessing what was going to happen next. Parts of the story brought tears to my eyes, but there were some moments of dark humor that lightened it a little. Because the story reads like a continuous book I think the best way to enjoy them is one right after the other, which is what I plan on doing now that the series is complete.
Not all hearts stay broken !!!
This series has been a rollercoaster of emotions, albeit at times devastating I can happily say it ends with a well deserved HEA (phew).
This is the final book in a three part series, and follows on directly after Damaged. In Destroyed we are able to see more touching moments between the Quinn & Kahler, as they navigate between each others emotions due to a complete bond. Eva has managed to capture the complexity of an Alpha/Omega relationship dynamic whilst building on it and showing depth and maturity to Quinn & Kahler’s relationship in a way other authors who write this genre fail to.
If you have read both books then you are in for a treat…. first off it needs to be said that Destroyed is no where near as gut wrenching as Damaged. In Damaged Quinn suffered through ALOT of physical and emotional torment however Destroyed whilst having moments of torment were like I said only moments. To me Destroyed focuses mainly on repairing the emotional turmoil caused in Damaged and also the Quinn and Kahler’s feelings towards each other. I particularly enjoyed the moments when we as readers were able to see Kahler and Quinn exploring their new founded bond and also the scenes where we were able to see Quinn and Kahler come together as a couple within their relationship which allowed them to evolve into more of an equal partnership.
I have to admit I was overcome with emotion reading about how much Kahler was willing to sacrifice to keep Quinn and the children safe and also how much Quinn’s love for Kahler’s had grown. What I took away from destroyed is that sometimes you have to ruin love to make it worth having, take a step away from idealistic love and fight to for each other… Quinn and Kahler’s love isn’t perfect to all but it’s perfect to them!
Finally a massive hats off to Eva for writing such an amazing trilogy as she has kept her readers entangled in her books. I for one kept coming back for more although there were times I was questioning what I was coming back to. However I can say I am more than satisfied about the ending of this trilogy as I enjoyed every moment of reading these books and also reading how Quinn & Kahler’s story played out and how they developed as characters. I have not been disappointed and I hope to read more from Eva this coming year as she is definitely an author to watch in 2020 !!!!!
Wow, this trilogy wrung me out. I don’t want to give anything away because the book is just too good to spoil and Quinn’s story is so well told. If you’re looking for a neat, cookie cutter romance, keep looking. This story is gritty, dark, rough, filled with angst and you will not be able to put it down. After all Quinn has endured, she finally gets her HEA minus a few pieces that were either Broken, Damaged or Destroyed along the way.
Once again Eva Dresden has exceeded my expectations when it comes to her writing. This was such a satisfying (yet gut wrenching!) ending to Quinn’s and Tobias’ story. It seemed that the world was bound and determined to rip these two apart. I loathed some of these characters, cheered on their demise, and even shed a few tears. I hate when authors play with my emotions (I secretly really love it)! BE WARNED: this is still a very dark tale filled with violence, dubious consent, and heartache. If you want a fluffy fairytale ending, read something else.
Wow! I really enjoyed this series. The 3rd book brings all of the loose ends together in a nice (if debauched) bow. I am still struggling to embrace the absolute rightness of Tobias and Quinn’s relationship. Eva manages to overload your senses as you are destroyed and re-made, right alongside Quinn. We discover the depths of Tobias’ love for his mate as we are made privy to the destructive rage he pours out on the threat he discovers in his own house. But Quinn’s ability to change her circumstance in the face of all odds is what really made me stand up and cheer. I look forward to reading more from this very talented author.
I knew it!!!!
Quinn finally gets a ray of light to break through her world of darkness!
If you are here I’m going to assume you read the first two books in this series – if you haven’t then you need to back up and start from the beginning. Just trust me
In the first two books I really really disliked Tobias – the way he treated Quinn. His lack of empathy. His borderline psychotic ( fine he was well passed borderline) behavior. His sense of self-entitlement.
I could go on
I wasn’t sure how the author could get me to see him any different
After a bit of snapping bone, a little torn flesh and a whole lot of ash scent Everything flipped
Quinn found her spine – her hope – her light
Things clicked
I still have some questions and I may still hold a little animosity towards Tobias but I see now that his inconsiderate caveman behavior might just be masculine stupidity (sorry Adam, I know not a nice word)
Their story came to a close in this release but the author left an opening for more
I want more… Just saying
Quinn and Tobias…
Destroyed is the third book in Eva Dresden’s dig into the heart and soul trilogy.
These books, and this author, will tear at every imaginable feeling you may hold dear. They are intense! But incredibly well written, with the creativity of a master storyteller.
Do not underestimate just what passion and pain can be drawn out of your soul, as Eva will search deep to find it!
Like a phoenix who rises again after the ashes, Tobias fights to bring Quinn back from all that she has endured. Even if he was the one responsible for failing to protect her, she belongs to him and he won’t give up on her. Quinn continues to battle for her freedom to just be who she is, to have a choice in things. Yet everything is not as it seems and she must make Tobias realize that before it’s too late.
This is the final book in this dark and tragic Omegaverse. Tobias somehow manages to redeem himself in Quinn’s eyes, but it’s a hard fought battle. Watch their tug of war, give and take, and the enemies laying in wait for them to drop their guard. This was one emotional ride but well worth it. Of course, not for the faint of heart and those who are new to the Omegaverse universe. If you don’t understand what the genre is, it may be offensive to you. However, if you are familiar, this series is a highly recommended one!
I am so happy Quinn finally gets to be happy! Of course this is still an Eva Dresden book so Quinn still has a battle to get that happy ending. That battle is a crazy one too!
I loved Tobias in the second book and I love him even more in this last book. He is all alpha but he will do anything to keep Quinn. But at the same time he wants her to be happy with him. I like that even tho Kahler has rescued Quinn she doesn’t just rollover and think he is the best, because it wouldn’t have fit how strong of character Quinn is and Kahler wouldn’t have respected Quinn as much as he ends up respecting her. I just loved this series and I also love that you get to see Devin from a previous book the author wrote. And you find out how things are going for her as well.
If you like your romance dark (and I mean dark!), but with a HEA, I HIGHLY recommend this series!
I’m simultaneous floating though empty space, devoid of all sensation and standing in the middle of a riotous explosion of colour and emotion.
If you’ve got this far, in the trilogy, then you know just what to expect … or do you? This is written with the same unique voice that characterised both Broken and Damaged. Eva Dresden’s writing is akin to a complex symphony, one where the full orchestra is playing a multitude of notes that blend into one harmonious tune. However to experience the subtle nuances of tone and texture that each individual instrument brings you have to listen carefully. You have to focus and tease apart the various sounds until you identify the core of the music. And in the same way I found myself re-reading some paragraphs and phrases in order to truly appreciate and value the depth and meaning of them.
“She felt alive. On fire and alight in the night dark sky, another star among the heavens. Soaring through a tempest raging around her.”
I’m normally a quick reader, more concerned with taking in the overall shape and look of the masterpiece, but that isn’t possible with this book. That would lead to me missing the delicate touches of colour, the subtle shades and tones, the careful brushstrokes that build layer upon layer in order to create an image so powerful that it leaves one speechless. To fully appreciate the sophisticated and intricate imagery created by the author’s powerful writing, I found myself having to slow myself down and concentrate, and yet not once did I feel irritated by having to do this. At no point did I feel aggrieved that I had to read a sentence again, the reason being that it wasn’t due to poor writing. In fact, quite the opposite is true. The writing is so wondrous that it deserves, nay demands, attention be paid to it.
I loved that neither character ‘lost’ anything of who they truly were, whilst at the same time managing to both grew and adapted. To our eyes Tobias’ treatment of Quinn was horrendous when he first took her, and it only got worse. However not only was it part of how their world works, but he did eventually earn his forgiveness. Quinn stayed strong in her fight to retain a sense of self, though she did hover on the edge of weakness on other matters.
“She believed what he said. Knew that he would rip this city apart if anything should happen to them. There was something to that, an emotion she didn’t want to give close inspection. It was hot, volatile … comforting.”
Tobias, pig-headed alpha male that he is, thought burning the world to the ground should have been enough for Quinn to understand her place, her importance, in his life. However, to Quinn, all it made her feel like was a possession not a person. All she desired was to be listened to. Tobias tries his best to show Quinn how he feels but, in a society where an Alpha’s feelings are a weakness to be exploited, it isn’t always as easy as it sounds.
” “Then you cry for me, Quinn. You let it out where I can’t.”
Holding her all the tighter, Tobias tucked the blankets closer and smoothed his palme over her har.
Cradling her as she sobbed his sorrow out for him.”
As a ruling Alpha, Tobias’, and therefore his family’s, lives are constantly at risk. However the true source of that peril came from an unexpected quarter. It wasn’t a total surprise, since the author heavily foreshadows the culprit, but I was surprised that we didn’t see the return of a more familiar face. I liked that some loose ends were left to our own imaginations to complete, that reasons and explanations for past events weren’t always interlinked, that there were many enemies, not just one.
I loved that Tobias didn’t change how he did business, or what business he did. His position and power did not allow him to become some soft, caring do-gooder. To keep Quinn, Adam and Elise safe he HAD to be the bad guy, there was no choice in his continuing to rule with violence and terror. I loved that Quinn loved him despite this, and that with Quinn, he could be the man she needed and deserved.
There is still tension between Tobias and Quinn. Meanwhile Quinn is so very sick and doesn’t know why. Making it hard to take care of the kids that she desperately loves. She almost dies but they find out what is ailing her. She’s being poisoned. Who wants to see Quinn die? Things are happening around them that are not right. Secrets and the past catches up with Tobias. So much happens that you have to read this book. Great conclusion to the trilogy!
What an absolute intense ride. The last book in this series totally delivers for the reader. The scenes have been set, the pain, heartache, danger come full circle. For Quinn being tied is not to her liking, but as usual nothing is as easy as it seems. For her and Tobias the path to an end is not smooth sailing.
I would highly advise that the series is read in order to get the total backstory and sense of the characters the author has created. Another winner in the omegaverse in my eyes.
An amazing and satisfying conclusion to this trilogy. I have to admit, with the first two book, I wasn’t sure where the story was headed but I’m glad I stuck with it. I think this would have been much better in one book than a trilogy but that’s just IMHO.
