Centuries ago, a terrible battle wiped away countless souls, both human and chimeras. The time of the reckoning has finally arrived, and I will pay the price for their suffering. As an Unblessed Terran, I never gave much thought to the idea of being a mother. It was never an option for me. And then, I was kidnapped by a sexy alien, and now here I am, stuck in a mess I don’t know how to solve. … how to solve. Motherhood is not just an option—it’s my future, and not something I’m prepared for.
All of a sudden, I feel like body and my mind are turning against me. I’ve always wanted to help people with my powers, but the child growing inside me has other ideas. I can no longer control the gifts the gods have granted me.
My only hope lies with my lovers—the same men I’ve turned away from. I can’t fully forgive Jared for forcing me into this situation and I’m still not over the death and destruction Brendan, Knox, August, and Pollux left behind among my people. But they’re the only ones who can help me, the only one who can truly answer the questions that bubble deep inside my heart.
Who am I really? Why was I blessed by Gaia and Tartarus? Why was I chosen by Helios?
The answer might just be my worst nightmare. And as my hopes, dreams, and duties come crashing down like a castle of cards, as tragedy spirals around me once again, the only thing I have left is my final vow.
I will become steel. I will become tungsten. I will become diamond, flesh, and fire, and, no matter what, I will fulfill my destiny.
Destinies of Diamond is 90k words sci fi novel and the final book in the reverse harem trilogy Chimera Academy. Inside, you will find plenty of steamy action between the heroes and the heroine, a cyborg teacher who’s suddenly become very interested in his female student, spiced up with an enemy-to-lovers m/m romance. But be advised. This isn’t a story for the faint of heart. There are dark themes ahead, so tread lightly.

Destinies of Diamond: A Reverse Harem Sci Fi Bully Romance by Eva Brandt is such an amazing story that I have had the privilege to read. This is book number three in this amazing series and I loved reading it. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about Sci-Fi, erotic and dark romances.

A great series premise, not a stand-alone.
I love the premise of this series. This was the first book in the series I picked up to read. I found it difficult to orient myself in the story at times when I was missing critical backstory from the previous books in the series. Even with the missing backstory, however, I found the writing compelling and the story enjoyable enough to warrant further reads by the author.
This was a fab ending to this series! Questions answered though there are still surprises and twists and turns as well as plenty of action and some hot and steamy scenes! Though not as gripping as the previous two books this is still worth a read!
Rated 3.5. I don’t like to write low rating on reviews, but i promised myself to leave honest reviews of my readings and sadly this was not my favorite book of this series. I was so looking to read this conclusion. I love Ms. Brandt work and the story is well written like usual but i will admit that i skipped some pages till the end. I think what happened for my lack or more lost of interest in this last book is the lost of chemistry between Selene and her lovers, i didn’t feel their connection like in the previous books. But you should still give it a try and make your own mind.

I’m not going to lie, I called into this last book with a lot of mixed feelings. The last book had changed the dynamics of not only the character group but also the characters themselves so much that I felt like maybe those plot was going into a direction that I wasn’t interested in pursuing with the author. When this book came out though, I really did feel like I want to know.
The ARC as a whole, from beginning to end took a direction a never would have expected from the start of this series. Selene became a character I would have expect from the beginning of the series. She really went from a “family”oriented character at the begging of the series to very self-sacrificing and cold. She became a character I really didn’t care for at all.
The only premise of this series that I enjoyed was the Chimera aspect. I felt like this series was just trying to push they RH theme and the romance by book two and by this book, I was so detached from Selene that by the time the pace picked up I no longer cared or wasn’t interested in her love interests. The chemistry and relationships were just there. It’s sad really because they had some potential in book one.

I normally really love books by this author I read the previous two in this series but the last book this one was just I don’t know less balanced maybe the characters chemistry was off granted they have all evolved Brendon, Pollux, Knox and August he has his own demons then there’s Selene our strong female lead she was more indifferent in this book maybe it was motherhood and the whole situation with the Helios. And yes In the last book there was a kidnapping and betrail but I just wasn’t as fond of Selene this time. That said this book is still worth a read and will leave you shocked by the end so yes read the book there are still plenty of twist and turns to keep you reading it.
I was allowed to receive and advance copy of this book via Booksprout and this is my honest review.
Well I am sad to see this series end. I really really enjoyed this series. I can even put in words of how I see Selene. I mean she is strong, resilient, loving and forgiving. The list can go on and on about her character. Which that is what I love about her. Even though she has been through so much, she did not whine nor did she throw fits about it. She wanted to figure out what was really the problem. Then you have her men, Polluck, Augustus, Brendon and Knox who realized that they really did care for her. That their emotions had changed towards her. So when they get her back from Jared, and lets say I am still not fond of him, they become extra protective of her. With this book there are more characters in this book, but if you pay attention to the previous you will understand some of the underline meanings. NOW, let us talk about that ending. OMG was that epic or what. I DID NOT SEE THAT ENDING COMING! I was like floored and was like oh noooooo, this can’t be good. I do wish that there were more babies at the end but I guess it could still happen right? Needless to say Selene, you are one tough chick. I will miss you.

This last book in the series is breathtaking, and I would recommend it to anyone.
The writing is superb, the characters are interesting and easy to relate to and the world building is fantastic.
This author always brings it but I think she outbid herself with this series.
Wow, what an amazing read. I could not put it down and proceeded to finish it in one sitting. It moves along at a great pace, making for an easy read. The characters seem so real, that you feel as though you have known them forever and you want to see them succeed. The story will grab you and keep you turning pages to see what happens next. This is a must read, no doubt about it.
It was a good ending to the series until the epilogue. To me the epilogue left me feeling like there should be more to this story. I was left with more questions then I had before the epilogue. It was overall my favorite book in the series.
