In Debbie Macomber’s heart-wrenching novel, now available for the first time as an eBook, two wounded hearts give in to the healing power of love—and learn to trust again. Letty Ellison left her small town and her high-school sweetheart behind to chase her dreams—but music never worked out. When she returns nine years later, nothing’s changed in Red Springs, Wyoming, except for her. Letty’s a … for her. Letty’s a little more humble, she’s a single mom to a beautiful daughter, and she has a secret: she needs surgery for a potentially fatal heart condition. On top of everything, seeing Chase Brown again makes her realize that what she really wants may have been right here all along.
After Letty moved away, Chase poured his hurt and anger into fixing up his family’s ranch. Now that she’s back, he vows to stay as far away from her as possible, and yet he can’t ignore the rush of emotions he feels every time their paths cross. He may be risking heartbreak, but Chase has to face the past to build what he really wants: a future, and a family, with Letty.

Good read
Love, love, love!
This book was an okay easy-to-read book. The characters got a bit annoying once a while.
It is Debbie Macomber – all her books are great. Light, entertaining and positive!
I enjoy the light, entertaining, relaxing, clean books by Debbie macomber. Her characters come to life in her writings. And there is usually a good life moral to her stories.
Who doesn’t love Debbie Macomber? She’s a marvelous author with original, but easy identify with characters. I try to read them all.
I loved this book it was just sweet hated when it was over wanted it to keep going
The two best friends on neighboring ranches and back comes the little sister who left! Interesting set up, delightful characters. I enjoy the ‘on the ranch’ stories. Happy ending as we expect with a little twist of a medical condition to go with it.
Debbie Macomber always delivers, even on this earlier book by her. She can take what promises to be a simple plot and add just enough twists that things are more complex than originally expected. A quick, feel good read.
I have been selecting many deep serious books lately. This book was an easy read perfect for the holiday season. I love this author’s books.
At the end of the book Debbie Macomber thanks readers for reading one of her classic books just released as an e-book. She says that the classic books are some of her oldest books. Sorry Debbie. You have grown and matured and improved so much as an author that the classics should remain in the past, almost like a rough draft. Denim and Diamonds was too simple, too trite and too predictable to be thoroughly enjoyed. I’ll stick to your later works and keep them coming,
Pretty dated
I’m new to this author, but I’ll keep reading her work. Really enjoyed the book.
A fun read
Always enjoy Debbie Macomber.
Easy read feel good stories
I’m a fan of Debbie Macomber and enjoy her books. This one was good but not one of her better books. The story was predictable but still entertaining.
Classic Macomber’s story with down to earth characters and HEA ending. Easy and enjoyable to read.
