Now that he’s escaped his prison, the dragons will pay…Eons ago, humanity punished Luc’s people by banishing them to another realm. The demons adapted to their new world, changed their violent ways, and ditched their monstrous alter egos. They lived in peace and prosperity until the dragon mages joined them in exile—and killed them to survive. Now there is only one demon left, and he’s ready for … and he’s ready for revenge.
Luc’s plans to rule the world don’t bother Elspeth in the least. A man should have a goal in life. As for his perpetual frown, she’s determined to turn it upside down. All he needs is a great big hug, and if she’s lucky he won’t break like the other boys do. He might even be strong enough to handle her in bed.
But first she’s got to convince her king not to lynch him because apparently someone’s been sucking the souls of dragons. If they’re right, and Luc is to blame, then she might be next.

There’s only one thing to do with a grumpy demon. Give him a great big hug, and if Elspeth is lucky he won’t break like the other boys do.
He wants to hate her. Really should kill her. Instead, he falls in love. This book was a freakin’ blast!!! Go get it!
Demons and dragons are such a great combo and this book was such fun!! I highly recommend this perfect blend of fun and action. And did I mention DRAGONS?!?! 🙂
Luc plans to make the dragons pay for what they’ve done. And then he meets her…
***** OMG, this book! If you guys haven’t read this series yet, you need to start!
Now that’s Luc has escaped his prison, he’s going to make the dragons pay for what they did.
The next exciting book in the Dragon Point series is almost here. You are going to love when Elspeth meets the very sexy and dangerous Luc, who also happens to be the last demon alive! If you are a fan of this world, you will not be disappointed. If you haven’t read the Dragon Point series, get book one now and catch up!
I think Luc, Elsie, and Babsi need to start their own detective agency, they were so much fun to see interacting with each other, they would definitely keep us entertained! Of course Luc and Elsbeth would have their mushy moments, because their HEA was really a beautiful thing. This book had me grinning and laughing as often as it had me rooting for someone to get a beat down. The characters were all operating at a discord to each other, but they still seemed to know what the other meant or what they were talking about. Not quite zany or mad capped, because there were some deeper parts, just moments that soothed the soul and made you bask in the sunlight that Elsbeth projected!
A fun and cute book that’s focused on revenge! Luc is the last living demon and he wants revenge on the dragons for causing that to be. Then he meets Elspath who is like a natural force on her own, but they meet, and all kinds of funny things start to happen. The plot is well developed, I didn’t want to put it down! The characters blend nicely, none of them seem all the way right in the head, but they’re fun. The twists are unexpected but devious and I loved every second of reading this book!
Demon Walking by Eve Langlais, blew my mind. I’ll admit, the beginning point of view freaked me out a little bit and had me wondering if I could actually handle a book that dark, but I—thank God—pushed through it and continued on. For a dark and ‘dangerous’ demon, Luc was so fudging adorable! Everything about him made me smile. From his innocence, to his lack of understanding in a modern and unfamiliar world. The poor sap was determined to harden his heart and ignore any spark of attraction he felt for Elsie, yet he ended up falling horns over heels in love with her anyway.
Elsie was a very unique character that I couldn’t help but love. She was funny and outrageously oblivious. Everything about her in this book made me crave one of her dangerous bear hugs. I think my favorite thing about her and Luc’s weird relationship was how curious and smitten he was with her. When Luc wasn’t busy plotting his revenge in the name of his people, he was busy wondering about Elsie and stressing over the ‘spell’ she put on him to have him so enraptured.
Other than the lovely characters, the author created an interesting world of dragons, humans, and a demon. Although I wished there was a little more action and talk of dragons, I think the author did a great job of balancing the fantasy aspect of the book with the romance. I think what also immediately drew me in was that the characters didn’t have an unnecessary amount of depth to them. We didn’t know their favorite colors or what type of shower gel they used every day. I was happy with that. Even if I didn’t get a whole lot of information about them, they still had their separate distinctions that made them, them.
This was my first time reading a book by this author, which still has me in disbelief. Why the heck did I wait so long to read one? I’ll definitely be starting the Dragon Point series from the beginning to get another taste of Eve’s juicy characters and entrancing story lines!
Imprisoned his entire life, Lucifer is released with not a word, and left to rule over a dead land. Fortunately he has enough of the knowledge imparted by his mother before she died, and from the translations he’s done for his jailors, for him to pass through the portal into a new world. However, he now has to learn about this world and how to live in it, so he can conquer and kill all the dragons. He has to – he promised mother!
Elspeth is a kind and loving dragon, missing the gene that makes her greedy and vicious. Her perpetually sunny outlook is an annoyance to all around her, but that doesn’t phase her (or even occur to her). She meets up with Luc and decides that she’ll be his friend.
Friends? Friends with a dragon? Lucifer would laugh, if he knew how. But sure enough, she works her way through his defenses, and he comes to (ack) care for her! When the king becomes aware of humans and dragons going missing in Ireland, he sends Babette and Elspeth to check it out. However, it may be that the perpetrator is the very person Elspeth has decided is her other BFF. Lucifer may be a demon, but he couldn’t drain all these bodies – could he? Would he?
Another fun romp in the Dragon Point series! The storyline is full of twists and turns, and you don’t know “who dun it” until the end. Is it Lucifer? Or is someone trying to pin this on him to get him out of the way? Read to find out!
It a good book.
Before I start my review you asked should you do one more? Heck Yes you should please oh please! I ain’t to proud to beg! Alright enough of me begging let’s get to the book shall we? Well well well we finally see Luc in this story and Elspeth. Oh Lord love a duck loved her. Luc has escaped the Hell world and landed on earth. He’s determined to kill every Dragon there to avenge his people. Elspeth is not your typical dragon. She’s a lovely girl who likes to help people and has manners. When Elspeth and Babette are sent in a mission to find missing human and dragon girls well it’s Babette so you no it’s gonna be an adventure. Luc doesn’t no what to think of Elspeth he wants her but he doesn’t want her lol. Elspeth has a secret one that she keeps from everyone and if she can’t get Luc to find himself she just my lose herself. I freaking love this series. Hands down one of the just have series of the year!!! Oh one more thing if you do write another one can it please be Babette’s story!!
A grumpy demon plus a bubbly dragoness, equals hot kisses and laugh out loud moments.
