This is a Fabulous book! It’s a sequel/continuation of the Resurrection Chronicles. I loved it every bit as much as the original 3 books, with it being a close tie for Drav (from the first 3 books) over Ghua (from this book), as my favorite book boyfriend. Eden is every bit as strong as Mya for a heroine, really love their attitudes. This flowed fast & is a “can’t put it down until your done” kind of book. I love Ghua & Eden’s story, & yes, this book ends with a HEA for the couple. There are teaser snippets towards the end involving Mya & Drav & some of the other original characters, not very much, but enough to give room for speculation of what’s next for the group, too. I laughed out loud a whole lot thru this, the humor is fantastic. OMG, Ghua is such a character & he has a huge personality! Ghua & Eden are hilarious together, & are the perfect pairing IMO! There is a lot of twists & turns in this story that I didn’t see coming too. I can’t wait to read about more of the Fey men finding their women! I just can’t get enough of those Demon/Fey men! I would love to hear how Mya’s brother Ryan is doing, too. Fantastic series, I highly recommend it!
Great addition to the series. Love Eden and Ghua, they are super sweet. I like that he didn’t rush her even though he wanted to take care of her before he even met her. Totally got so many kicks out of this story and these characters. Love this new series. Good story with lots of laughs as well as difficulties to overcome. I recommend reading this book.
I loved the original trilogy so I am gobbling up each new book. But I do have a few announcements issues that I don’t think have anything to do that one of the two original authors didn’t help write this book.
1. Seriously are we as a culture, mainly women, nothing but prudes? I understand certain words can be construed as vulgar but if flipping out cause a being who doesn’t know humans called a woman’s private area something…sheesh. Grow up. At least “mom” isn’t such a prude.
2. The fey are new to our world but them meeting a woman of interest and suddenly they love them…insta love towards the human. It feels emotionless in this book. The fey have a childish innocence.
A positive is the fey protect the women at all cost but are willing to let them go. As for the women they are strong.
On to the next book. oh, I forgot, lots and lots of steam.
Eden and Ghua. I couldn’t believe it! I didn’t think it was possible to like these two individuals as much as i liked Mya and Drav ( first 3 books which i highly recommend) . Eden is a strong female trying to survive this zombie apocalypse and cruel human world now. Everyday is survival because either zombies or hounds can kill you or the humans can. Shes been kept hostage by some cruel humans males that make her and others work in exchange of shelter. Each day its gets worse because the males want more from her not just work. Eden will rather fight then give them what they want so in the end she makes a run for it. And thats when she meets Ghua. Ghua who is the “fey” . Grey looking man…with reptile looking eyes, who she try’s to avoid but cant because the fey are desperate to save humans especially cute girls like eden! we get to catch up on Mya and Drav and where they are now! Cant wait for more stories from the resurrection chronicles!
This author and series is always an automatic one click/pre-order buy for me! I never want this series to end lol. Every single one of these male feys are so strong, loyal, protective and endearing! I totally recommend this book and while series to anyone!
