Demolished is a sexy little tale. Summer’s on the run from her ex, and she’s back in her hometown. She hasn’t been there in years, but her father sent her there in a roundabout way. When she sees her childhood crush, Sean, again, she instantly feels safe with him. Sean was the town’s bad boy, but to her, he was her protector and rescuer. It seems his protective genes haven’t disappeared, because he’s instantly protective toward Summer, and he recognizes her right away. Summer doesn’t realize he recognizes her, gives him a fake name, and Sean goes along with it to see where she’s going with it.
What is meant to be a ONS, quickly becomes more as Sean and Summer’s chemistry explodes. But, can they make a relationship work when Summer isn’t sure how long she’s in town for? And when she’s running from an evil ex? Throw in some action and suspense and a fast pace and Demolished is a well-rounded, sexy read. Of course there’s miscommunication, or in Summer’s case, no communication, and it messes things up for them, but it’s quickly fixed and we’re given a sweet ending.
I can always count on Cathryn Fox for sexy, sweet stories, and Demolished is certainly no exception. Sean is a hero to be admired – sexy, protective alpha. Summer is less likable for me, but Sean more than makes up for anything she lacks. I can’t wait for more from the Blue Bay Crew!

This is a wonderful and explosive start to a new series by this author and I cannot wait to see what comes next or should I say who. Which Owen brother will fall in the next one?

She needs some renovations done to her families summer cottage, and maybe a little reno on her heart too, and Sean is the man she wants for the job!
Once again I am left dazzled by Ms. Fox’s words, the moment I cracked the cover on this one I was hooked, I just could not put this one down, I had to see if these two could find some common ground and maybe find love too. And I am happy to report that I found lots of good things between the pages of this one, it was mesmerizing, erotic, and oh so addictive! The instant these two waltzed back into each other’s worlds, you could feel the sparks bouncing around between them, and as much as they tried to just keep things platonic, they just couldn’t fight the sparks. What started just as a strings free thing, quickly became something else, something that they both needed, and never expected to find! I thoroughly enjoyed my time with these two and look forward to getting up close and personal with more of the Owens brother’s very soon!! Highly recommend this one, it’s sure to take you on an truly enjoyable literary escape!
