Conspiracies. Collusion. Plots. Secrets within secrets and plans within plans. Thanks to Gemma and the nanomites’ timely intervention, President Jackson survives Vice President Harmon’s attempt to assassinate him and seize the presidency. Back in Albuquerque, Gemma makes a difficult decision: She allows the explosion that killed her identical twin sister to serve as the cover-up for her own … cover-up for her own “death.”
Half a year later, Gemma emerges from hiding as Jayda Locke. Soon after, the President’s sole contact within the NSA, an old and trusted friend, vanishes. Did the President’s friend learn the identities of Harmon’s co-conspirators in his plot to assassinate the President? Was the President’s friend found out and eliminated because of what he uncovered?
The President calls upon Jayda (now married to Zander Cruz) to infiltrate the NSA and, with the nanomites’ assistance, identify the remaining traitors. But is the sedition within the government more widespread than either Jayda or the President believed? More importantly, will Harmon’s confederates stage another coup, a second attempt upon the President’s life?
As Jayda and the nanomites breach the NSA’s security and begin to untangle the web of treachery, no one can conceive how deep the corruption runs—or how close it stands to the President himself.

Fabulous series! Scary how fiction can mirror truth. Totally in love with the Nano’s. Will miss them!
I absolutely loved this! It kept me reading way past bedtime.
A fabulous fast paced and well written story, with a subtle Christian message.
The characterisation was brilliant. I loved the growing relationship between Gemma and the Nanomites. The humour had me laughing out loud, which I appreciated as the drama of the story was intense at times. Sooooo exciting.
I can’t wait to go and purchase book three, the final in this series. Boo hoo!! What am I going to do, I’m bereft at the thought of no more Gemma and Nanomites.
This is a later book in the series and I’ve enjoyed all of them. I still like the first one best but they’ve all held my interest well. It’s not my usual genre, but it’s a fun creative sci-fi of sorts and I would definitely recommend the series in sequence. Kestell is a good writer with clear creativity and a surprise or two here and there.
I read this whole series, bought one right after the other and read until I just had to sleep. I found myself looking for any minutes of the day I could find to read. I won’t tell you a thing about this book other than don’t miss out reading it (and all the others, from first to last)
Now that Gemma (make that Jayda) and Zander are both super-powered and married, they’re all set to save the president’s life (again). Tasked with rooting out the conspiracy that did not end with the death of the vice president, Jayda will go undercover in the NSA. Will she and Zander be able to root out the corruption and get out of the espionage business?
I struggled with this book quite a bit early on. I almost gave up on it after the first few chapters. But I stuck with it, and when the storyline about the conspiracy involving the president got going, the story picked up. In the end, though, this was the weakest book in the series, in my opinion.
This book has the odd distinction of being a bit too religious for me, and yet having some things that made me uncomfortable, especially in a Christian book. I’m not against Christianity in a book by any means. But in a book of this type, it’s much better off being spread out, rather than shoved at the reader all at once, which is how the beginning of the book felt. But even while that was happening, there were discussions of and references to the newlyweds’ “nap times” that were just too much for me–both near the beginning, and later in the book too (nothing graphic, just uncomfortable). And throughout the book, there was a lot of “bleeped” cussing. I know that Christian authors have to decide how to handle real-world language in their books, and Kestell’s approach isn’t a bad one, but there was a lot of it. And my mind does fill in the missing words, so I got a point where I was irritated by the amount of cuss words the book was putting into my head.
I don’t mean to imply that the book was bad, though. It provided more resolution to the rest of the series than I expected. There was a reveal later in the book that I thought was going to turn out to be anti-climactic, but was pretty interesting. And going into this book, I was really worried about the way the 2 clouds of nanomites behaved at the end of the previous book–almost like a form of sibling rivalry, and I was happy to see that that was largely downplayed in this book. Like with the previous book, the main plot was engaging, and I really liked the way Jayda and Zander utilized the nanomites.
One more thing–like with the previous book, this one is written in mixed perspectives. Most of it is 1st-person from Jayda’s point of view, with some 3rd-person if the author wanted to show things happening with other characters. For as strange as it was in the previous book, it was even more strange in this one, as more than once, Jayda herself was referenced in one of the 3rd-person sections, and it took me out of the story, since she’s the character whose eyes we view most of the story through. The writing style in general really isn’t for me.
Looking back at the series as a whole, it has its pros and cons. The story itself was good–I really liked the premise, especially the initial accidental invisibility, and Gemma learning to work with the mites. The author’s style and insertion of religion detracted from the series overall, but I think many other Christians wouldn’t be so bothered by the things that bothered me. Be sure to check out other reviews if you’re interested, as there are many positive ones for this series.
I can’t believe this ride is over. It was so goooood! Jada and Sander going undercover to save the President and Amercian’s Constitutional rights of the United States. Evil was lurking in plain sight for decades finally seeing their evil plans at arms reach. Just a few more moves and socialism would destroy America as it has done all other nations. I cried at the realization of how close this book was to our circumstances in America right now. The author kept me on the edge of my seat, and the narrator played each part with intrigue and aww. I highly recommend this book and the entire series to everyone.
Read entire series – once I read the first book. Vikki made the story interesting & believable even, knowing though I knew it wasn’t. My kind of book. Thanks Vikki Kestell
This is one of the best books I have ever read. Be sure to read the whole series. Amazing!
I was eagerly anticipating the conclusion of this series, however, the whole first half of the book was just endless details and explanations. I had a very hard time getting through it. Once the ACTION started, I could hardly put it down! The plot twists were completely unpredictable, and it was riveting! However, the whole first half of the book could have been summarized in about two or three chapters to get to the exciting action. The best part of the story was the takeaway that there will ALWAYS be evil in the world, even someone with “superpowers” can’t eliminate evil, only Jesus Christ can truly conquer evil and protect His children.
I wanted something new to read—a new adventure. I found it in this book about nanotechnology. I had read nothing about this technology and found it fascinating. I read the first two books and will eventually read them all.
Christian Science Fiction: Absolutely entertaining and action-packed. You will love the “nannomites.”
Please write another nano book – I just cant stand that its over!!!!!
Bonus points for an author who remains genuine and not preachy with the Gospel inside a fun, funny, romantic, action-packed story filled with intrigue and techno-superpowers.
Great! Loved it! Love her ability to develop such characters youre drawn to.
I have bought and borrowed several other books by this author. I decided to give her sci-fi a try. I am so glad I did. It is my favorite genre, though I don’t read it often as it is hard to find out if a book is clean beforehand.
Thank you so much for the Nano Stealth series!!!
Awesome!!! Number four was incredible!!! I was counting down the days for it to come out. Intense, moving, and inspiring all rolled into one. Thank you for including solid Christian concepts that ministered to me!
