“Death Ship” is another suspense-filled thriller in the 45-year-long journey of the Danforth family. This fifth book in the Danforth Saga, which includes “Evil Deeds,” “Terror Cell,” “The Nostradamus Secret,” and “The Lone Wolf Agenda,” introduces Robbie Danforth, the 15-year-old son of Michael and Miriana Danforth, and the grandson of Bob and Liz Danforth.
A leisurely cruise in the Ionian Sea … Sea turns into a nightmare event when terrorists hijack a yacht with Bob, Liz, Miriana, and Robbie aboard. Although the boat’s crew, with Bob and Robbie’s help, eliminate the hijackers, there is evidence that something more significant may be in the works.
The CIA and the U.S. military must identify what that might be and who is behind the threat, and must operate within a politically-corrupt environment in Washington, D.C. At the same time, they must disrupt the terrorist’s financing mechanism, which involves trading in securities that are highly sensitive to terrorist events.
Michael Danforth and a team of DELTA operatives are deployed from Afghanistan to Greece to assist in identifying and thwarting the threat.
“Death Ship” is another roller coaster ride of action and suspense, where good and evil battle for supremacy and everyday heroes combat evil antagonists.

I have enjoyed reading the spy thriller, think tank save the world venture books.
His writing style keeps moving even in slow spots….which is good… how whimsical and corrupt leaders are sidelined ,even at the highest place of gov’t….
I kind of liked this book. It was full of interesting characters, had a satisfactory story line, and ended with me wanting more.
Non-stop action and intrigue kept me turning pages,
Good read fast.moving
A well done read
Thought provoking light read. Tone of voice way too light-hearted and clever from family members during times of crises. Needed much more character and plot detail and development. Many things just happened without adequate transition.
Very entertaining read.
Kindle format is all messed up have to read it back to front
I cannot rate this ebook. IT is produced backward on kindle. Page one is at the 395 page position and page 395 is at the starting point. This volume needs totally recreated and resent out. it is FUBAR at this point.
Run of the mill triller
A fun and mesmerizing read. Apocalyptic.
Should have ended earlier
This is Tom Clancey style writing, at its best. The first few intro chapters were pretty good, but it soon turned into a gripping, realistic ride through anti-terrorism. I look forward to reading more of his works. Truly an amazing piece of work.
Good read
This book takes you on an adventure that you will enjoy. Very realistic in the details provided by the author.
I appreciated the good action and being a clean story.
Fresh and creative storytelling
Excellent content, good flow, keeps you involved.
Great story that uses current world events to present a what would happen if terrorist tried to do a lot of damage.
I bought it, I read it, I can’t remember anything at all about the book. Forgettable.
