The king’s order is final.I’ve screwed up big time. Now, I’m facing the damning consequences. The walls are closing in as I balance duty to grandmother’s memory with my impossible feelings for Kyros. Then there’s the freakin’ human-vampire hybrid thing to deal with. The problem is, I’m no longer willing to lose the person I’ve gambled against from the start. Our fates hinge on a single roll of the … start.
Our fates hinge on a single roll of the dice, and one wrong move could collapse the tower of cards I’ve painstakingly built.
If that happens, I’ll lose more than I ever bargained for.

In Blood Trial, we were enthralled. Vampire Debt led us to the crossroads of heaven and hell. In Death Game, Kelly St. Clare strides onto the field she already dominated, owning it like the bad ass she is, ready to do battle. And that battle, it’s brilliant.
Death Game opens where Vampire Debt left us, broken hearted. Basilia and Kyros are as far apart as they’ve ever been, neither knowing how to back down, neither knowing how to reach the other, both in pain and uncertain and unsure. Understanding something must happen to get beyond the impasse, and never one to sit idly by; Basi takes a leap of faith. And the edge of your seat suspense never backs down from there on out.
St. Clair has written a finale worthy of this fabulous series. It would be easy to just leave it at that, but this series is just so much more. Yes, it’s exciting, but more so, it’s about trust, betrayal and forgiveness. It’s about the absolute sweetness of a lifelong friendship. And mostly, it’s about love-a love that grows despite all the obstacles that stand in its way. And damn, it’s just so good.
Personally, this book, this entire series, these characters, they have all taken up residence in my heart. Why? It’s the great writing, which is a given. We can say that it’s unique, a new take on the Vampire genre. We can say that it’s absolutely the best heroine and hero I’ve come across in a long while. All true. But I’m going to go with Basi’s own words here and call it Vissimo Voodoo. This trilogy is magical, mystical and just so, so right.
Just a little warning; prepare to cry tears into your pillow only to turn the page to fall into rip snorting, thigh slapping laughter. Kelly St. Clare is playing the full field here. Tissues and oxygen aren’t included. Best get comfortable for this one.
I’m so in love with the series!
What a magnificent finale!
Basi is such an amazing character! She’s so smart, caring and strong. I loved how, even despite her mistakes and everyone turning their backs on her, she manages to right all wrongs. And she does it in such a magnificent way! She’s one badass female and I adore her!
Throughout the story, Kyros became one of my favorite male characters. He’s strong, determined and protective. But he’s capable of great forgiveness and acceptance and I loved him for that.
Their relationship is so great – they had their ups and downs but in the end, after everything they went through, they absolutely deserved their HEA.
The story is filled with suspense, secrets, emotions, action, drama, redemption, humor and it’s so deliciously steamy.
I loved it so much!
I can’t believe this series is over. I absolutely loved it!!
Basilia is one tough cookie and I can’t help but thank her grandmother. I absolutely love how strong and smart Basilia is. I enjoyed the complexity of the characters. The games that the siblings enjoyed playing with Basilia as well. It was funny!
I felt like I came to understand Kyros better. As the series continued we saw character growth in many of the characters and I can only hope this isn’t the end of this series. I’m secretly hoping that there will be a spin off. I have come to love Tommy as well. Everyone deserves a friend like Tommy.
I would recommend this series, to mature readers and to anyone who loves vampires and a fast paced series. This series literally kept me glued. I didn’t want to miss a thing!! Give it a try. I’m sure you will love Basilia.
I highly recommend the audiobook. It is fantastic. The narrator does a wonderful job portraying all of the characters and it’s easy to follow along and distinguish the characters voices. The narrator brought the book to another level.
obsessed! Great, relatable FMC and perfect frustrating alpha.
Reaching this last volume of the serie makes me already misses it. Yet the idea of knowing what would happen to Basi and Kyros was stronger and I completely devoured this book. So many turnovers, breathtaking moments, so fantastically written. Surely one of the best trilogies I’ve read. Thanks Kelly St Claire.
Absolutely Gripping & Wonderful Storytelling!!

Death Game: Supernatural Battle (Vampire Towers #3)
I was completely absorbed by the final book in this trilogy.
Basi continues to try & play the ‘Game’ on two fronts even knowing she betrayed Kyros, his Family & Clan, to save Tommy!! She has to come clean but desperately wants to repair the damage first! Time is running out, fast.
She’s convinced herself all along that her feelings for Kyros are all down to the blood exchanges & the bonds they’ve caused but when things go terribly wrong between them can she hide the truth from herself any longer?
What lengths will she go to to save them all? Will she dare risk & face betraying her Grandmother’s memory, by not following her plan? dare she face telling her beloved ‘Oldies’ the truth about her relationship? Will she risk it all?? And will will she still be able to save all of the Indebted that have trusted her so far??
I genuinely loved the world this story was set in, it was so clever & unique! Its a fabulous storyline & this a wonderful ending to this trilogy!!

Through everything Basilia has went through she still wants to play this game. Her mind is twisted on how to go about keeping everything together while losing everything she loves. My heart bleed with hers. I felt her emotions. Kyros is a handful to deal with along with his family. I know they are true mates by the end of this book.
Not to leave out the game. After all this time it is time for it to end. It is a power play to the end. Everyone has something to lose at this point. It all depends on how Basilia plays her final hand. She will see to it this game ends one way or another.
This book was covered in emotions. I laughed more then I should have. I cried over happy times and sad ones. This is a great vampire story I wasn’t expecting. If you want to try something totally different then anything you have read before these books are it.
Loved this end of the series book. Basi showed her guts and really socked it to the vampires. Also, I loved all the moral (and otherwise) support she received from family and friends, a guaranteed tearjerker of a scene. The finale Is the kind of stuff you might see at the end of a great feel good movie where you want to jump up, pump your hand in the air, and say “yes, yes, yes!” Indeed.
Wow! I am not ready for it to end this whole series has been an amazing roller coaster ride and I definitely didn’t want to get off. I’m definitely rereading this series again soon!
What an amazing series. I can’t believe that it’s over. This book has it all, and I absolutely love Kyros and Basi they are one of my favorite couples ever. This series is highly addictive and once you start reading it you will not be able to stop. I don’t want to give away spoilers except to say that answers will be had. You really need to read this
Fantastic Story! It was so exciting to read and hung on everything Basi and Kyros were up too. Strength is an understatement in both characters and love over shines and adds to their strength. I hate to see it end. I want to see more of their life together of Tommy’s and Laural’s. Do Basi and Kyros have children and if so what are they like. This is how good the story is and keeps you wanting more.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I was captured in the many twists and turns. The story is filled with beautiful as well as harrowing moments. The world of Basi & Kyros is exciting and addictive. All of the characters are so interesting. It’s a little sad that this was the end of the series.
The sweet dedication to the author’s nan in the acknowledgments was also very heartwarming.
The long-awaited ending to this trilogy was not what I expected. And that’s pretty much all I’m giving you. Basi and Kyros go through some difficult changes as they make even more difficult decisions that could have far-reaching effects. Right when you think you have it figured out, the tables turn, and it’s a whole new game. There’s really no way of telling who will win until the last second, and it’s a nail-biting, hair-pulling, stomach-turning wait. Basi’s got secrets, but she’s not the only one. And it’s going to take a lot of strength of mind to pull her through.
This entire series was phenomenal and kept me on pins and needles. I hated to see it end because I want to know what happens to these characters. Even the minor characters played some major parts and filled the pages with excitement and danger. It was so much more than I might have guessed it would be, and I love that the author kept us guessing throughout. I’m on the edge of my seat, waiting to see what she writes next.
I received this book as an ARC for an honest review. One of the best series I’ve read in a long time! It is a freaking roller coaster ride! It made you laugh, cry and get pissed all in just one chapter! Bittersweet because this is the last book in the series. Kelly St. Clare you are now in the company of Kresley Cole, J.R. Ward, Karen Marie Moning etc.!! I could not put this book down! I’m serious! I was reading it in my car for God sake because I didn’t want to stop!! I literally was sitting in my garage because I couldn’t stop!! Please do yourself a favor and READ THIS SERIES!!!
Wow, wow wow.
I could not put this book down no matter what needed to be done. This book will grab you and keep you reading until the very last page is read and then when it is you are needing more. This book moves along at a great pace making for an enjoyable read. It has amazing characters that you want to see succeed no matter what they need to do in order to achieve it. This has to be on your list for reading. Once you start you cannot stop. I cannot wait to read more from this amazing author.
This story was so amazing and this final novel in the trilogy was pure magic. I have never read about 2 characters that fight as hard for each other as Basi and Kyros. Through all the trials, their perseverance, intelligence, and strength shine. They both make their fair share of mistakes, but they both make amends in the best ways. Through the twists and turns that made the writing so wonderful and intriguing, Death Game had me laughing and crying at the drop of a hat. A perfect ending to an incredible series.
I totally went into book 1 of this series thinking that it was going to be on the lighter, more fluffy and entertaining side. And it started out that way. But just like any story with growth and substance, these characters were pushed to their limits and had a lot of self reflection. The were basically shoved in a meat grinder, then tossed into a tornado, and finally being dipped into lava to refine them. I laughed, I cried (a lot), and completely fell in love with the entire cast. I found myself drawn heavily to the side characters, and you know the author is doing something right if you love the whole cast. I’m so sad this series is over, and it will be one I find myself rereading for a long time to come.
Such an awesome ending to such a great trilogy! There’s so many twists and turns and I was laughing, crying, or yelling at my book through the whole thing. And how could I not? Kelly has a way of writing this amazing set of characters that lets you feel everything that they’re feeling. Let’s you feel like you’re a part of their world. I loved it!!
Absolute and utter perfection!I’m still holding out hope our brilliant author might do a spin-off series as I truly don’t want to say goodbye forever to these characters! Basi truly shines in this conclusion to the series. Oh so many emotional ups and downs. I have no doubt her beloved grandmother was beaming from the afterlife in the genius moves she played. Though it’s not without cost. Get ready for a wonderful ride filled with greed, lust, joy, pain and every other emotion under the moon and Sun.
