Interesting reading, highlighting the sexual tension between people who think they despise each other; rather a surprise ending.
Not great
This was definitely a page turner; was a good mystery with some humor. I would recommend it for light reading and it’s mystery value but I did think it was a bit long. It could have ended a chapter or two before it did!
This book was far too long for the actual content.
I have already written a review on this cozy mystery. It was either a 4 1/2 or 5 star. The story line was/is different from the norm and for a change, the cover came close to resembling part of the story. It was an easy and fun read.
too much Interior Design ‘stuff’
Did not hold my attention. Found it boring and silly
Loved the story–lots of twists and turns to keep you guessing. My only complaint was that there are a lot of typos, which I find distracting and irritating when I read. Still worth it, though!
Mystery
I’ll definitely read other books by this author.
Good book, lots of characters to keep straight. A Who Done It with a What Is the Real Truth mix
Interesting characters with unexpected ending.
Good read.
The book was well written, easy to read and immensely entertaining.
Entertaining. I enjoyed the characters and look forward to reading the next book to find out what happens to them in the next episode.
The first in this series was good read. She got a little complicated in her plot but I enjoyed reading it.
I tried for a few pages, but inferior writing and editing was not possible to slog through.
It was an enjoyable read, with characters that you’d like to get to know. The plot twisted a lot, so that it kept getting more complicated. The main characters had some good development, and a bit of a romance starting. I would read more of this series.
Not a hard-core mystery but a little more depth than many ‘cosy’ mysteries. A possible romance is introduced but no fall-into-bed instant-passion storyline (there is a real plot).
This was a very interesting book.
