Logic tells you he’s dead because you killed him yourself, but here’s a note from him????

What did I like? Who wouldn’t love DI Tremayne? He’s like everyone’s grandpa, cantankerous, lovable, devoted, driven by the love of his job, and damn good at it! Then there’s Sergeant Clare Yarwood that rounds out the pair of sleuths. They fit together like a finely tuned motor. The two of them work to solve the murders and keep us properly entertained. Each book takes us deeper into their lives and we become old friends that we look forward to meeting again in the future with each of their adventures. I highly recommend all of this author’s books.
What will you like? Masterful writing with intriguing situations, captivating characters, an enthralling storyline with the two of the most unusual police team solving crimes with finesse and love of work. I’ve enjoyed every book in this series and look forward to the next one. I received this from the author as a member of the launch group for an honest review with no other compensation.

Death By a Dead Man’s Hand – a review by Rosemary
You remember the Bible story, don’t you? You know, the one about the two brothers, Cain and Abel – and Cain killing his brother? Of course you do! And what about the old saying, ‘No honour amongst thieves’? Well here’s a clever combination of both of these well known instances, by Master of Mystery and Imagination, Phillip Strang, intriguingly titled, Death By a Dead Man’s Hand. Starring DI Keith Tremayne and his partner and inamorata, Sergeant Clare Yarwood, who have to untangle the many twists, turns and red herrings, to get to the truth behind the Lazarus-like (Bible story no 2), supposed miraculous return to life, of a man presumed long dead, (at his brother’s hand) and buried, after a post-theft falling-out.
The plot, as they say, thickens…and don’t forget, blood is thicker than water!
Get your hands on this unique crime-thriller, that will keep you on the edge of your chair right up til Tremayne’s Columbo-like, grande denouement – who said that country life is idyllic?
Certainly nobody who’s read Phillip Strang’s DI Tremayne novel, Death By a Dead Man’s Hand!
