World champion snowmobile racer Mia Brooks sacrificed love in exchange for her dreams. Alongside her brother, Jacob, she now co-owns and manages the most successful outdoor adventure outfitter in Jackson, WY. Jacob schedules an excursion for a bachelor party the week before Christmas. But when he falls ill the night before, Mia must take over the adventure, and she is less than thrilled. Things … thrilled. Things only get worse when Mia finds that the groom-to-be is none other than the man who made her choose all those years ago.
Struggling to hold onto her heart, and her dignity, Mia must find a way to cope with the unfinished business of a first love; an only love. She thought she had moved on, but being in his presence proves more difficult than she could have imagined. The cold, snowy days in the woods lead Mia to make the ultimate choice – salvage the past, or move on to an entirely new future.

What a fun read! Mia gets stuck with being the guide to a group celebrating a bachelor party. She is surprised to find that the groom is her first love. I thought I knew where the book was going when it started and was happily surprised that it went a different path. I’m so glad it did! The characters felt real and familiar, like people I know. It was a fast fun read and I really recommend it. I would love to get more stories about the secondary characters in the future. I received an advance copy and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
This is a wonderful Christmas novella. It pulls you right in as you get to know the characters. They make you laugh, worry about them, and keep you on the edge of your seat. It is impossible to put down. Curl up with a warm blanket and enjoy!

Dear Santa, Define Good A Cabin Christmas Romance book #2 by Rie Anders is the first book I’ve read by this author and it won’t be the last. Even though this book is the second in this series it can very well be read as a standalone. Rie Anders writes a wonderful story which drew me right in, making me forget everything else and did not let me go until I turned the last page. Once you start this book you will not want to put it down so make sure you have a comfortable chair, yours snacks and get ready to hunker down for several hours. I could not keep turning the pages fast enough to see all the surprises, twists and turns. Great Holiday Romance! I can’t wait to read more from Rie Anders.
I started reading this book and I thought I knew what was going to happen. Readers, I am so glad I was wrong. I won’t leave any spoilers because a I hate when people do that. I will say you will laugh, cheer, and love while reading this book. I love Mia’s story and I can’t wait to read more from Rie Anders.

I love a romance with a strong, independent, and determined woman, Mia Brooks is all of that. The male characters are so pivotal to the story, but by the midway point I was rooting for the hero she actually ended up with.
Lots of unexpected plot twists which keep you engaged in the storyline. I read this in one sitting because it was so good and I couldn’t wait to see which male hero won Mia’s heart.
I loved this book! From the very start you start to wonder if it will be one of those reunions where the man and woman pledge their love and get back together.. This one had more of a twist. It was a sweet romance and had some comedy in it. I strongly recommend you read this.
Love story’s that reflect real life scenarios. Not just a feel good story but a story about hope , love , forgiveness, new chances. This lovely author hit all those in this sweet , some laugh out loud moments read.
Mia has two men after her in this book, her ex-boyfriend Cole and his goofy best friend John. Cole was a selfish trying to make her give up her racing to be with him when he was in pre-med school. And now he’s back as the doctor for a football team and he tries to control her and play with her emotions even though he’s engaged and his fiancé is pregnant. John was goofy from the start with his blow up doll and all his jokes. I wasn’t excited about either of them and wasn’t sure how I wanted this holiday romance to end. There were a lot of funny moments and it was pretty cool that Mia was a tough self-sufficient girl who knew her away around a snowmobile.
