I’VE OFFICIALLY SCREWED THE POOCH. Not literally, because that would be disgusting. But I did break one of the cardinal rules of Bro Code, which is equally appalling. You see, I fell for my best friend’s sister, after he explicitly forbid me to go near her. As if that weren’t bad enough, I went ahead and married her while sh*tfaced in Vegas. I know that I should get an annulment and forget the … annulment and forget the whole thing ever happened, despite the fact that our wedding night was the hottest thing I’ve ever experienced.
The last thing I should do is go back for seconds.
Or thirds.
Or…you get the point.
And what I definitely shouldn’t do, is say f*ck the consequences and give this marriage a real shot.
But here’s the problem with that: I’m pretty sure that Charlotte Harris is the one. And if that’s the case, nothing is going to keep me away from her. Not even her brother.
*Deal Makers is a brother’s best friend/firefighter/ best friend’s sister romance filled with lots of laughs, drunken shenanigans, and hot sexy times. It is the third installment in the Dealing With Love series but each one can be read as a standalone.

Best friend’s sister. Drunken accidental wedding… what could go wrong, right?
This book is full of funny, sexy, and angst. Just the equation for a nice, quick, enjoyable read. And that was what this was for me. Enjoyable. Fast, but not too fast. Funny and sexy.
This book is technically book three in a series, however, one would have no problems reading it all on its own. You do miss the backstory of the other characters and how they got together, but you don’t really miss a lot when it concerns these two in the previous books. I have read all three, and am telling you with full confidence, you can start with this if you please, but to remember this happens after the previous two books.
I really did enjoy this one. The characters and plot had me giggling and fanning myself quite a bit. Getting the full story of how things happened and what happens after was a fun ride.
Honesty: This could have been a five star read for me. Could have. If you follow my reviews, then you know I am not a fan of a lot of sex. For me, there was a bit too much sex in this one. I get it. They were highly sexually attracted to one another. Aside from the first drunken night, given the circumstances, I wish some of the beginning (after the drunken night) would have been more angsty build up to later scenes. Not just for less sex, but for a more emotional impact when other things happened.
Overall, I really enjoyed this story. I know many others are going to enjoy it as well. If you are reading this, and you haven’t picked up this series, I do recommend giving it a shot!

WARNING
THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS!
Having read about Drew in the previous books I was hoping he would find his “magic pussy” and this was his story.
Much like the previous books this one is hilarious and hot as all hell.
I was getting funny looks from laughing but how can you not when you read something like this?
“My panties are so fucking wet right now, they could probably moonlight as a Slip-n-Slide.”
The sex. This point NEEDS to be made because it is a big part of the book.
It was soooo hot. It was in secret, it was in forbidden places, it was um…. freaking amazing. Seriously, these characters are always going at it
There were moments that had me pulling my hair out (because Charlee is so stubborn), moments that made me angry (because Brody is still a man-child) and moments that punched me right in the chest:
“Love is not always rational so stop trying to force it into some carefully constructed box.”
This, in particular really hit home, as it is so true.
I really do love the little tangents the characters go off on, when they are directly speaking to the reader, they add an extra something special to the stories and are always informative and funny – and in fact, that is how Drew and Charles’s story ends:
“Last, but certainly not least, life is short. Don’t be a douche.”
Lol! Best ending EVER! Thanks Laura Lee another great read

I was granted an ARC of Laura Lee’s “Deal Makers: A Brother’s Best Friend Romance (Dealing With Love Book 3)” via Booksprout; I recommend this book to others based upon its own merits. All opinions expressed within this review are uniquely my own & freely given!
Until next time… Happy Reading!
He broke the “Bro Code”and dated his best friend’s sister after a drunken night in Vegas but oh know he kept going back. This is a hilarious story with two individuals you will love to get behind because the characters are so deserving of each other. Will Drew and Charlee have their happily ever after?
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Absolutely love the chemistry between these two and the love and craziness they share. I love a woman who has no filter and says what’s on her mind, and sadly I can relate to Charlee as I’ve been told some of things she has in the past, guess that’s why I really liked her and the spunkiness she has.
Deal Makers is the 3rd book in the Dealing with Love series. IMO, it’s the best book out of the series. It’s a Rom-Com with a best friends sister/forbidden trope and if you don’t mind cussing with lots of F bombs with constant witty, bickering, hot, steamy sex and interconnecting characters then this book is for you. Don’t know how Laura Lee pulls off the males mental process so well but she’s freaking great at it! This is told in an alternating POV of the MCs and in no way does this distract from the story, if anything it’s the glue that binds it…
Drew Summers is a firefighter, a hound dog and a hulk of a man. He meets his exact match when he is introduced to his best friends sister, Charlee Harris. Drew is warned to stay away from Charlee because of a Bro Code but she makes it hard when every time they are together she comes on to him and makes it known she wants to take him to bed to do the tango.
Drew and Charlee are thrown together when they are both part of their friends wedding party and head to Vegas for a short trip. They proceed to party, drink to much, and end up married.
Back home, they sneak around with each other until an annulment can be filed. Drew is eat up with guilt and wants to stay married. How can he keep the girl of his dreams and his best friend in his life? He’s ready to Make a Deal…
Drew is loyal friend and oh does he try his best to be one to the end. But his best friends sister she’s the one he knows it!
This is my favorite I love a good brothers best friend story. And what could be better then waking up in Vegas married to said brothers best friend?
Well maybe having your friends approval, maybing having a relationship with Charlee before marrying her.
But why sweat the small stuff right, when you know something is right you can just work through it. Or at least that’s what Drew is hoping.
This is another great one for Laura Lee, with the same great romance, steamy energy and laugh out loud fun.
I loved Drew and Charlee.
I really liked Charlee she was a fiery ball of sass, sarcasm and no filter those things reminded me a lot of myself. I understood her deeply as I too have been “too much” for some people but I have also learned that one person’s “too much” can be another person’s “just right”.
I was already half way in love with Drew since meeting him in Deal Breakers but Deal Makers had me falling head over heels for the hot firefighter with a mouth that could spout dirty words then in the next breath make you laugh and swoon.
Charlee and Drew shared undeniable chemistry and entertaining banter there were moments that tugged at my heartstrings and steam.
Book three in the Dealing With Love series wraps everything up into a nice and neat bow essentially linking all three of the couples together as more than just best friends and I couldn’t be more pleased.
This was another drunken married in Vegas story but I had so much fun with it. I loved that there were flash backs to the Vegas trip in between chapters of current time. I loved how the author put this one all together, between flashbacks and current time, I found it fun and refreshing. Drew and Charlie were so much fun. I loved how Charlie pushed all of Drew’s buttons at the beginning. I wanted to throat punch Drew for fighting it all. But then oh how the mighty fall and the tables turn. Then it became Charlie worried about her brother’s feelings and Drew knowing in his heart that Brody can suck it. This book was a fun and enjoyable read – I had a smile on my face through the majority of this story. I think it was the perfect end to this series. If you love over the top hilarity, chemistry and steam then I highly recommend this series.
Loved this whole series, great stories and well written
Vegas is about scoring big right? So, let’s make a Deal! Screw the bro code and stay married or annul your funny and hot as hell marriage night with the one who may be your one shot at real love. Drunk Vegas is awesome to read about and Charlee (Charlotte) and Drew (Andrew) are no exception. I think they may be my favorite Vegas story so far. This is book three in the Dealing with Love series and can be read as a standalone. This is my first read by this author and in this series and I’m glad that I picked this up to read instead of waiting to read.
Charlee and Drew are a no, no as Drew is the BF to her brother, Brody. What happens in Vegas doesn’t always remain in Vegas as much you as would like it to! Waking up married is one of them. Do you explore where this can lead to or do you jump ship and walk away without seeing if it was the right decision after all? You won’t always agree with Charlee’s actions, but on one hand you can see she was trying to do the right thing for the wrong reasons. Drew may not have an easy decision either, but if Brody can’t see what others can see then he doesn’t value his friendship or sister enough is my opinion.
I loved the pull and tug between these two, you will laugh at sober and drunk moments and you will feel the hardest decision they will have to make. Deal or no deal is the question? I would like to go back and read the other two books in the series to get the stories on the secondary characters more in depth than what we saw in this book. I look forward to reading more by this author.
He knew he should never mess with his friend sister but he got drunk and married her. the night was so hot, he should stop it but he keeps going back for more. is he in love? Will he fight to be with her? See if he will

A fantastic well written brother’s best friend forbidden romance. This engaging storyline had me addicted from the first page with the funny yet emotional journey. There is plenty of steam from undeniable chemistry, there is great witty banter, lots of laughs, angst, and a whilwind of emotions having me shed more than a few tears or giggles as I followed the journey of the drunken accidental wedding. I loved the well developed interesting characters as well as following characters from the rest of the series in this amazing must read standalone. I voluntarily reviewed this ARC.

This was my first time reading a book by this author and definitely won’t be my last. I absolutely loved this book, it was steamy, funny and just so good. Brothers best friend books are my fave and that’s what caught my attention with this book. I was hooked from the first page until the last and definitely didn’t want to see this one end. I wanted so much more. I loved all of the characters so much and can’t wait to read the other stories in this series. I hope one day the author decides to give the next generation their own stories. I’ve found a new favorite author.
Laura Lee has set the bar high for 2019. I could not of asked for a book better than this one, to start this year with. I am absolutely, positively in LOVE with Drew and Charlee’s story. This Interconnected standalone was better than I could have imagined. Laura Lee completely captivates me with her writing. It is flawless, and so easy to read. Deal Makers is that book that hooks you from the very first page, and keeps you held hostage; willingly to the very last word that is on the page. I will be the first to admit, many authors are going to have a tough time topping this one, Laura Lee is easily becoming one of my favorite authors, and I can not wait to see what 2019 brings us from her.
Charlee. I am just going to put it out there, that I love her name. Like seriously, love it. She is as beautiful on the outside as the inside. She is witty, pig headed, and needs to come with a sign saying, ” NO FILTER. ” In a sense she also thinks like a man, which makes her super unique. Her personality is epic. It is legit going down in the history books.
Drew is a 6 foot 5 inch man, that is all muscle. With a body to die for and a career as a firefighter, he ticks off every box on a womans wish list. He is playful, but honest. Perverted, but in a good way. A sense of humor that reminds me of a comedian, and a great friend.
I loved this book so hard. Charlee and Drew’s chemistry was off the charts, even I started breathing heavy, throw in Vegas and some things are bound to happen. Just enjoy the ride, because it is a great one.
I 100% RECOMMEND THIS BOOK!

So I think Drew has become my new favorite Dealing with Love male!!! He captured my attention, and heart, quickly. Laura writes SUCH fantastic rom-coms. There aren’t many books I’ve picked up that make me laugh out loud, but she succeeds at getting that response. Plus, she also gives you your swoon moments, happy moments, and HEA moments all intertwined to make this book an overall FUN and AMAZING romantic comedy read. Laura has done it again!
This book started me on a massive reading binge!! It was so good that I had to read the other two right away, I read all three books in two days!! I cannot get over how much I FLOVED this book!! Charlee and Drew are such a great couple and I love how outspoken and crazy she is!! Drew accepts Charlee for all her craziness and breaks bro code to be with her. Drew definitely deserves a spot in my harem!!
This is the third in the series but can be read as a standalone. If you want to read the series in order the order is Deal Breakers, Deal Takers and Deal Makers. No matter how you read them, they’re freaking excellent!!
Charlee has wanted Drew since they first met, but her brother Brody makes it difficult since he has already warned Drew off. Fighting temptation, Drew feels the same about Charlee and knows nothing can come of their being together since he values his friendship with Brody. Until one night in Vegas, the two are left alone together after the couples in their group decide on their own alone time. Their lives are forever changed when they take their relationship to a new level, and the following morning proves that deeper feelings accounted for rapid changes much more than the alcohol consumed. The two have to figure out how to fix their situation while deciding how best to tell Brody. Worthy!

This is the third book in the Dealing With Love series, and they are said to be interconnected stand-alones. Now, I went ahead and read books one and two, I never trust anyone that says stand-alone and series in the same breath, and IMO reading the other two made book three the amazing read that it was. We have watched Drew for the past two books, and know just what kind of man whore he really his. In book two we meet Charlee and see that she and Drew have a chemistry thing, but the one thing that stops them from going any further is the Bro Code. One of the rules of said Bro Code is: sisters are off limits. Between the code and Brody flat out telling Drew to not go there, the two try to stay out of each others way, but that is starting to become impossible since they all hang out together. When in Vegas for the bachelor/bachelorette weekend, they wake up the next morning married and not much recollection of how they got that way. Now, the two have to figure out the next move, do they hurry up and annul the marriage or do they take advantage of the situation?
This was such a hot read!! I loved everything about this series, and book three was the best one yet. With laugh out loud moments, drama, and some really hot naughty bits, I give this 5 stars.
4.5 Stars
The thing I loved most about this book was the humor. I was laughing from beginning to end. This book left me in a good mood when I finished it. The characters are great and very entertaining. Plus we get to see how the couples from the previous books are doing. I so love that so much. Add in it’s a brother’s best fined troupe I was sold. Drew and Charlee are such a great fit, but Drew lives by the “bro code” which means Charlee is off limits. That doesn’t stop the pull whenever he is near her. Soon a trip to Vegas will change everything. If you’re looking for a funny, laugh out loud, feel good book then I highly recommend this one or any in this series. I gobbled this one up so fast.
