I really enjoyed this series about Lord and Lady Hetheridge of Scotland Yard, with its interesting mysteries, romance, and great cast of characters.
I read these three in a row in two nights, and I can’t wait to read the fourth. It gives a true picture of the power of the aristocracy and of true love conquering it. Also, some great mysteries to untangle.
Love the UK books!
Good British detective novels.
I like the Lord and Lady Hetheridge books. I like the characters and the relationships with each other.
Enjoyable read
Not completely believable but definitely entertaining
Liked all three.
Loved it! Going to start book 4 as soon as I catch up on some other reading. I really like English police procedurals.
I enjoyed the series. Characters are great… would make a great BBC series like a Hart to Hart some day. Ha ha. I liked the “family issues” Kate has but still wonder if someone like her boss/then husband really exists… but then money solves a lot of problems, maybe.
I HAVE READ ALL SIX OF THE SERIES AND WAIT FOR THE 7TH TO APPEAR. TERRIFIC
STORY TELLER IS EMMA JAMESON!
I love these books. Great series.
There is a wonderful eclectic group of characters that become more interesting as the series go on. Can’t wait foe the next installment.
I enjoyed the story and it held my attention. I like a book that holds my attention.
After reading one, I wanted to be sure to read them all.
This was fine. But a little predictable. Ultimately I found the characters a little two-dimensional and the relationships a bit implausible.
This is an excelled police detective series. The characters are superb and leave you wanting more.
Enjoyed this author, plan to purchase and read #4, need to know what happens to Kate and Tony.
If you like a little romance but not graphic sex with your mystery’s then this is the series to read.
Very enjoyable, hero older, good action, good romance, mixed characters all believable.
