When they realize the danger is far greater than they expected, they must embark on a perilous journey out of the city.

makes me wonder “Just what would I do in his case”
Really enjoyed this book.
This book was readable. Liked the characters, believed the story. Would probably buy the second to continue following them.
Very interesting premise and storyline. Scary how easy the story could really happen.
Entertaining but a little unrealistic. It could have ended a little sooner.
It’s part of a series, and I didn’t enjoy it enough to buy the second book. It jumped from character to character which, I guess, was necessary to introduce all of them. It was easier to read once they all got together which was early on in the story. It was well-written and had a viable story line.
This story tells it like it is, people will do anything to insure their survival. Total confusion when the electricity fails and a group of people who get together to stay alive. Lots of tragic deaths in the process and sad as to what humanity can sink to to stay alive, but then it’s not happening to me, what would i do? Sad
Makes you think about how our daily life would change if the United States was hit by an EMP!!
I do not watch soap operas so why would I want to read one. If you are going to write a book finish it so we don’t have to continue reading the same book for days. It was a great book till I got to the end of the book but not the end of the story.
