My thoughts of how I’m going to survive this indefinite amount of time alone are interrupted by a notification from my Tinder app.
Yes, we’re on quarantine. Yes, I reactivated my account out of pure boredom. And, yes, Drew’s one profile photo is smoking hot.
I hit Reply.

It’s been a while since I’ve read a book from this lady.
A solo book, because I’ve read one perfect series that she co-written with another freaking awesome author.
One of those readings was one book that stole my heart, crushed it, and destroyed it.
It was one of the biggest ugly cries of my book life.
She has tried to redeem herself and succeeded but that book…
Lauren Runow has that effect on me. She knows what she’s doing…
Her writing is super appealing, sweet but also very hot and intense.
Day One is her latest release and explores the lives of Sharee and Drew.
Sharee is a six-grade teacher and adores her job. But being on lockdown almost drove her crazy but it was mandatory or she could get very sick.
While scrolling through social media she started changing messages with a guy and…
Sweet, perfect and so much more.
Superb plot, very well written, super engaging, and beautiful.
It was amazing to see this author grab a problem that we are currently living and then turn it into a story.
And what a story.
Each chapter was even more perfect than the latest, and it was hot.
Some scenes were freaking awesome.
And… Who would have thought that the main character was a fan of Lauren Runow’s books??
This name sounds familiar to me but I can’t figure out why???
This was the story that I was needing to light up my mood.
Thank you, Lauren and bravo. Another sweet book.
Although I have one complaint?
Why did it have to end so fast? I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
