It was a good story, but not written very well.
Thoroughly enjoyed every page. Well written and a good look into the rich back when
Not for adults; better for middle schoolers.
It’s not that it’s bad. I wouldn’t have finished it then. It’s just not written well. It’s a quick simple read.
Horribly written.
Read the series it was part mystery part historical romance.
Good read, good plot
Stilted, unnatural dialogue. Predictable formula storyline. Don’t know why I finished it except that I kept hoping for some redeemable factor that never showed up.
Good story but not as well written as I would have liked.
I enjoyed the author’s descriptive narrative, I like to be able see what I am reading, and I was able to do that.
I couldn’t get into the writing style of the author. Was not easy for me to read.
Just couldn’t catch my interest.
This is the second time I have read it and it is still a good read.
Very nice book to read.
creepy
