***A note from the author: I am so happy to be able to share Daughter of Time with you. I created Footsteps in Time and Prince of Time first, and only wrote Daughter of Time after so many readers wanted to know how the story began. Meg’s journey is continued in Footsteps in Time and Winds of Time. Happy reading!
“Sarah Woodbury is my new favorite author. Daughter of Time reminds me of Outlander and 1632, with a fresh twist. I read all the books in the After Cilmeri series in four days! Long after I finished the last book, the stories and characters stayed in my mind, and I kept wishing I could return the world Sarah so skillfully created. I can’t wait for the next book and the next …” — Debra Holland, New York Times bestselling author of the Montana Sky Series.

Learned some history of Wales thru story. Liked characters very much.
Never finished it.
The style is a little sparse, as though written by an amateur. But it’s an easy read.
I liked this and will probably read the rest of the series
If you liked OUTLANDER, you will love this book. It does not waste time getting you involved in the story and you will like characters immediately. The heroine is a woman from another time and she adapts more easily than you would imagine because the life is filled with the caring and raw emotion. The other characters with smaller parts are …
Wonderful book and terrific series!
It was OK. If you have read the Outlander series, you will find this falling short in every category.
very very imaginative story, great characters, enjoyed this very much, has quite a different twist
Decent writing about a period and location I knew little about. Characters are not original, but do come to life.
Excellent balance of character building vs setting descriptions. Storyline is engaging, such that I’m breaking my hardfast rule about buying the rest of a series. Reminiscent of Outlander series.
Ok
I like time travel romance stories. Outlandish is one of my favorite series.
Very frustrated the way the author had the heroine go back to her time. Really – get up and go to the bathroom then pop you’re back in you own time and you’re pregnant with your husband’s child from the past. Ugh….
I enjoyed this book did not see the ending coming thou. Loved the characters enjoyable
Loved it, read the whole series!
Great read. Can’t wait to get the rest in the series!
Fans of Outlander will love this time travel story that gives you a picture of Wales in the 13th century. The whole series is wonderful.
I usually enjoy time-travel novels, but this was just plain corny.
good but not good enough to buy the next in the series. Historic details were pretty accurate and some original twists.
Fantastic read…the last pages left me looking for more chapters of these characters lives
