It was kind of slow moving
I read and listened to Darker.. whispersync yay!!! it was a good book, i love that we got to see many of the scenes that we like on Christian’s mind, his thoughts and also the conversations he had .. like the dialogs between Christian and Elena or Christian and Leila .. also how annoyed he was with Elena, we get to read his struggle while Ana is touching him, or when he thinks she is going to leave him again, his memories when he was just a child.. his memories of the bad men in his mothers life.. so many key scenes are written here in his POV and i love how we understand him more.
I love how dirty and sexual he is when he is having sex with Ana or when he is around her.. he always has sex on his mind and is thinking how much he wants her.. we can also see how much he needs her.. he is a true gentleman, always protecting her and making sure she is always safe..
at some point i got annoyed that his internal dialog, was way TOO much i mean i know is a POV but sometimes it was too much.. it was a long book 18 freaking hours lol yea…but it was good..
can’t wait for the last book !!!
I was super excited to be reading this book. I mean who wouldn’t be I loved the idea of being in Christian Grey head. Even though I didn’t hate this book I didn’t loved it either. I was expecting we were going to get more in depth of Christian feelings or what he was really thinking. Compared to Grey this one fell flat!!! Christian being such a complex man, his inner thoughts are rather simplistic. There’s very little introspection like there was in the first book. Overall entertaining read and just because it wasn’t what I expected it to be I’m still looking forward to reading the next book from Christian POV
Nice to hear his point of view and understand the way his mind was working.
waste of money—–same as the others, nothing new.
It was a good book, not as good as the Fifty Shades Darker, but it was a interesting to see Christians side of the story. I would definitely recommend this book to others and will read it again.
Now bear with me please. I have read all of the 50 Shades of Gray, not once not twice, heck I lost the count of how many times I have read them.
Now the books are out from Gray’s point of view, and I have to say, I like them even more then I did the other ones. Now I can see why he is the way he is, and I can totally emphasize with him, and it warms my heart to see him try so hard to become or change what he is. We now see him pursue Ana and we even see when he finally acknowledges that he loves her.
He has a lot of fighting to do, Ana’s boss Jack. Grrrr Gray hates him, well that is too strong he does not trust him and he also has to let Ana see what a man Jack is. Gray finally tells Ana what he is since he is so afraid to loose her, he feels that she will run when she finds out.
To his surprise despite everything that has happened Ana is still by his side. Great book loved it very much.
