Tabloid reporter Sierra McIntyre wants a scoop when she interviews Ghost Hunter Guild boss John Fontana about the disappearances of retired, homeless hunters. She doesn’t want to trust the physically and psychically powerful man, but her intuition—and her dust bunny companion—give her the green light. To uncover the conspiracy within his own organization, Fontana proposes…marriage. And though … it’s purely a business arrangement, there’s nothing pure about the attraction that sizzles between them.

If this genre is interesting to you, I highly recommend checking out this series.
I like how the characters are relatable and down to earth. Dust bunnies are my favorite pet! Love this series.
I’m not reading these in order, but thoroughly enjoy the alternative world Castle has created in this series. Loved these characters, the sexual tension, and the story!
If you like paranormal books then this book should be on your reading list.
This is just plain fun. Wonderful characters are woven into an interesting landscape. It’s not heavy duty sci-fi, it’s a flight of fancy with just enough angst, just enough romance/sex, just enough humor.
I love these characters, especially the dust bunnies. Once I started reading I couldn’t put it down. Romantic and exciting at the same time.
love these paranormal romance reads
I have enjoyed all of her Gast hunetr books.Love the dust bunnies.
Like this author under any name she write under. Always a good story
I love this series and am always ready to read the next installment!!!!
This is part of a series and the whole series is great.the world she created is new, fun, and exciting.
I love the Harmony books. Jayne Castle is awesome and I highly recommend these books. You don’t have to read them in order. I didn’t and still loved them.
I read this book and fell further in love with Jayne’s writing and imagination. This one is part of one of her series… I recommend the entire series and would class them all as 5 star. You’ll get caught up and carried along as soon as you open it and start to read.
Enjoyed reading it. I like all of the Jayne Castle books.
She is one of the best and I know I wont waste my time or money I can count on it
Jayne Castle did a whole series on a different planet. The plots follow a constant theme throughout each book, but can be read as individual stories. Some elements reflect Earth but many residents have abilities on the metaphysical level. The plots always show off these abilities and are very satisfying to experience!
My go to author regardless of name or genre.
This was better than I thought it would be given the vintage 80s or 90s style cover. I was a decent read.
Sierra is an investigative reporter. She works for a tabloid, The Curtain. And her point of interest has been to find fault with the Guilds. When she is called to the office of, Fontana, the new leader of the Guild, she is not sure what to expect.
This is part of a terrific series of fantasy from Jayne Castle, who is also Jayne Ann Krentz and Amanda Quick. A rose by any other name writes just as beautifully.
In this series, we are in an entirely new world. It is populated by humans. But, they are living in a world which once held the lives of another race. The previous occupants are “aliens”. Those aliens had secrets and mysteries which the humans have never solved.
And there are dust bunnies. They are the best part of this world. They are predators who look like the lint that you get out of a dryer. They are small but mighty. And the star dust bunny in this story is Elvis. He wears a white rhinestone cape and sun glasses. He is a coffee junkie and he will eat nearly anything. Donuts are one of his favorites.
Fontana wants to clean up the crime within his Guild. He wants Sierra to help him find the corruption. He has read her articles and with his own investigation, he knows there are dark secrets hidden within the guild.
From the very first, they are both in danger. The villains want both of them dead. There seems to be nothing that will not done to reach that goal.
This is a fantasy. Normally I am not a fan. But, I have enjoyed Ms Castle’s stories since the first one I read.
Sierra and Fontana and the other characters are very well developed. The plot moves along at a good pace with no slow spots.
There is absolutely nothing I did not like about this book. It is an adventure for the imagination. And I am honest enough to tell you that I can see the fog, the green light and feel the psi energy.
If a reader is looking for a story that will take you into another world, this is the book for you.
This is a great book and the author does a great job of world building.
