Hadley Beckett’s quest for wedded bliss perseveres.
A dare. My intrepid sportscaster boyfriend, Finn Wilder, keeps me guessing and on edge, especially when it comes to jumping off bridges or marrying me. Infamously anti-marriage, he promised me he’d consider taking me to the altar if I give him more time. Done. We’re in our thirties, and the sand is running out of the hourglass. My clock is … the hourglass. My clock is blaring. Diving headfirst and setting marriage aside for the moment, I try a different angle, and I shove my persuasion skills into overdrive to convince Finn to at least have a baby with me. Little did I know his issues run deeper than I ever imagined.
It’s an uphill climb ahead, but I can’t back down. I have too much to lose, and executing my plan will be a leap of faith or folly. Still, I’m determined to triumph, but so is Finn Wilder. No matter what it takes.

Couldn’t put it down. I had to read the books as they came out, but she has all 5 in series done now. Great story of two people, so in love, but damaged and trying to find their way to make a future together.
This is Book 2 in the “Wild Sparks” series and Finn and Hadley kept me totally engaged throughout the entire book! Wonderfully written storyline and well defined characters made this book a very enjoyable read!
This is the 1st book I’ve read written by Ren Alexander; she has done a great job at writing a good book; I can’t wait to read more of her books.
The story line caught my attention at the very beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book.
I loved the chemistry between the characters.

This is book two in the series and it is not a standalone. This is the continues story of Hadley and Finn. Hadley and Finn are still trying to make their relationship work as you can see the love they have for each other but at the same time, they have such different views and goals it breaks your heart to see them struggle. Finn makes the comment to Hadley that he can see himself at the alter with her some day and she runs so far so fast with it that she may blow everything up and be left in pieces. We also learn more of Finn and his family when he and Hadley go for a.visit at Easter. In short as I dont want to spoil anything, this book moves Hadley and Finn’s relationship forward but it also finds a few setbacks. Just like any real like relationship it’s one step forward with two steps back. I cannot wait for book three to see what happens next. As always the appearance and contributions of Morgan and Rod just enhance the story and make you laugh as well as cringe at their advice. Lol

Excellent reading. Highly enjoyable entertainment. The story is well written, easy to read and very engaging. This is more than a romance, there are multiple plot twists, intriguing and some malicious, action and adventure abound. This is book two in the series. The angst level and drama have ramped up exponentially. The characterizations are fantastic and you can really feel the changes in some of the characters actively involved in the main story line.
Highly Recommended reading. Well worth the time even though there are a few books to the series.

Book 2 in this amazing series by Ren Alexander.
As always a no spoiler review.
I’ve read this book many times, each time falling deeper in love with not only the story but the characters. Finn and Hadley continue their love(?!?) story. While Rod and Morgan gives us some epic comic relief. Intense, emotional, hilarious and engaging.
I dare you to One Click this book, the entire series really. You won’t be disappointed. if I could give this book 10 stars they would be there! Now onto Igniting the Wild Sparks 🙂
The follow up to Chasing the Wild Sparks is equally as engaging as the first book. Daring the Wild Sparks is another can’t put down read from Ren Alexander. I love the characters of Hadley and Finn. They are so in love with each other, but their ultimate dreams are not the same. Both of them desperately want to spend the rest of their lives together. The huge roadblock for them is the word marriage. This book continues their rollercoaster relationship. Never once, does the reader doubt how much they love each other. Even when they are arguing, the love and emotions show through. There are some very heartwarming moments. One of the best parts of the book is when Finn takes Hadley back to his high school. He gives her his class ring and letter jacket, if the reader isn’t in totally in love with Finn before that scene, that’s the clincher. This was another book that I just could not put down. The ending is left up in the air, but these two characters belong together, they are truly soul mates.
