Dare Me Tonight is book 3 in The Knight Brothers Series but as with all the books n this series it can be read as a stand-alone but my recommendation is one click all the books in this great series.
This is Ethan Knight and Sienna Dare’s story and it ticked all my boxes, I love the characters, I love the story, I love the author’s style of writing, I guess you can say I love everything about this book.
Ethan Knight has been asked to show Senna Dare around New York and he had no idea that doing a favour for a friend would turn his life upside down, he never expected a night of passion and he certainly never expected the feelings he suddenly had for the youngest Dare sibling.
Sienna Dare may be the youngest in her family, she may have had a difficult childhood but that doesn’t mean she has to pass on one night with the extremely hot Ethan Knight but what will happen when her siblings get wind of the situation….
One night of passion will change this couple’s life forever…
This book has it all, it may be a quick read but it has all the feels you want in a great read, wonderful characters who have sizzling chemistry as well as some friendly banter and the perfect mix of romance and passion. Was I sad to see this series come to an end hell yes but this story was the perfect ending and I’m sure I will go back and re-read to get fix of the loveable Knight Brothers.
***5 Stars***
I devoured this baby.
I was already all kinds of excited to see just what kind of woman would be able to pull Ethan’s head out of his arse, but once I dove in, I couldn’t put it down. I needed to see how everything would play out with Ethan and Sienna and I was not disappointed (obviously). It was all kinds of fun, sweet and smexy and with just the right amount of drama and eye roll inducing situations to keep things interesting and keep me turning the pages until there were no more words to read.
Ethan and Sienna were a lot of fun and I ended up adoring the two of them. My heart hurt for Ethan and all that had been thrown at him in a very short time, but even I knew that he didn’t deserve to live behind the walls he’d constructed around him. So watching as they started to crumble and the sweet, charming, alpha male ~ who does stick his foot in mouth a few times ~ come out to play was a lot of fun. Sienna was so much fun. What I loved about her was her openness about everything from admitting to being uncertain about her future to her capacity to forgive. And while she was all kinds of sweet, she had a back bone made of steel and had no problem sticking up for herself when she needed to.
To say that their journey to their HEA was all kinds of crazy is an understatement with all the things that decided to rock their worlds, but it was a fun one. From the moment Ethan and Sienna collided the sparks flew. They just clicked and had a flow to them that had me rooting for them to get their issues handled, stop hiding their true feelings and truly make their HEA come true. Of course their respective families meddle a bit *smirk* but in certain situations it did give them both the kick in the arse that they needed and I loved where they ended up with everything was said and done.
This was a fun, quick read with just enough drama to keep things interesting without it getting into the angsty realm. I loved catching up with the Knight siblings and the Dare clan and seeing how they were all doing. And I definitely cannot wait to get my hands on Jason’s book!

I Loved this book. Carly Phillips did not disappoint. What’s better than having a character from the best series to come into a new series. I have always wanted to know what happened to Sienna from Dare to Love books and this did not disappoint. You got to hear what is going on with the rest of the family and Ethan is great. These two are great as a couple and proves that age doesn’t matter and sometimes you don’t plan to fal in love and it just happens at the most oppertiune time. I love this series and cant wait for the nest release from Carly Phillips
Another fantastic read and amazing couple in this series! I absolutely love that Carly Phillips blended these two families together, the Dares and the Knights, for this last book in the Knight brothers series. And what a perfect couple to put together, Ethan Knight and Sienna Dare, two wonderful people who have crazy chemistry and balance each other out. They are perfect for each other. I’m so happy Ethan finally got everything he deserved after being hurt so badly. Ethan’s life was shattered a year ago with the death of his wife, who he found out was not only cheating in him but embezzling from his company as well. Talk about a one-two punch that could definitely keep you down for some time. In fact it kept him down until he meets Sienna. I loved their story from beginning to end!!
Dare Me Tonight is sexy and full of family, but also for all the contemporary lovers it has all the feels.
Sienna Dare is the baby of the family, weighing her options on whether she wants to attend a prestigious Master’s program in New York or just begin living her life. Upon meeting Ethan Knight, the CEO of Knight Time Technology, she only knew one thing for certain, she wanted to spend the night with him while she was visiting New York City. If there was anything for certain that Sienna knew it was that life was too short and she didn’t want to regret a thing. Not spending it with Ethan would be something she would regret that was certain.
Ethan Knight hadn’t been the same since his wife had passed. Not that he was still grieving her. He was still bitter, annoyed, and angry at himself for missing the signs that his wife had been stealing from his company and cheating on him while also being a drug addict. He missed a lot of things and truthfully now that everything was out in the open, his wife was not one of them and that also weighed heavy on him. For that alone, he’s been alone, that is until he meets Sienna Dare. She’s the first person to stir something in him in a very long time.
Ian Dare, Sienna’s brother, has hired Knight Time Technology for a huge project and with a big project on the line can either one afford the possibility of messing that up? After their one night together they wish each other well, but that one night has later consequences. Will Knight and Dare be able to work things out that involves a happy ending for everyone involved? Read the book to see how everything turns out for this couple and their ever evolving family.
When I read the novella, Take The Bride, and saw a brief glimpse of Ethan Knight, I was curious about his story. Not only about his past, but even more so about the woman who would bring Ethan out of his saddened state into a better future. Since Take The Bride was the first Knight book I read and I had yet to jump into the Dare world I figured what better way than to jump in feet first with both families than by reading Dare Me Tonight in this wonderful blended novel.
If this is also your first time jumping into a Carly Phillips books, don’t worry, I had no problem keeping up. Carly does a fantastic job of throwing just the right mix of family time in while keeping the plot moving right along. You”ll love reading about both families and getting taste of each world. This is a great book!!
5 star review Dare Me Tonight
Although the 4th book in the series, this can be read as a stand alone but I highly recommend you one click then all. I believe you may get more enjoyment if you read the previous books first but that is just my opinion.
I am really loving this latest series from Carly Phillips. There is something about her style of writing that I love. The Knight Brothers series ticks all the boxes for me, from Alpha males, to feisty heroines and family love and support.
In this latest addition to the series, not only do we have the Knight family but we also have the Dare’s so for me that was a win/win as I love them both.
This is Ethan Knight and Sienna Dare’s story and though not a particularly long read, it was highly entertaining and ai was captivated from the first to the last page.
Ethan had no idea that doing a favour for a friend would turn his life upside down and throw his plans out the window. Fighting and losing his rigid control Ethan throws caution to the wind for a night of passion with Sienna. Who knew that it only takes one night to change the course of their lives?
The chemistry and attraction between Ethan and Sienna is scorching and intense.
What will happen when Sienna’s brother learns of their night together? Both Ethan and Sienna have survived more than most people and their painful pasts have left them vulnerable.
Will Ethan be able to convince the much younger Sierra to take a chance on him?
I loved how Ethan embraced his feelings and focused on what he wanted. Sierra really didn’t stand a chance once Ethan set his sights on her.
Dare Me Tonight was an emotional, totally hot and altogether great read which I didn’t want to end knowing that this concludes The Knight Brothers series.

Carly saved the best for last in her Knight Brothers Series. I absolutely LOVED Ethan and Sienna’s story. I thought this was the perfect ending to this series and I loved how she kind of wrapped things up with the Dare Siblings as well.
I was intrigued to find out she was writing a story to combine her Knight Brothers and her Dare series. I thought she blended the two series perfectly.
Dare Me Tonight is the final book in the Knight Brothers Series and can be read as a standalone novel. What I love about Carly’s books is that they can all be read as standalones and in any order. She does a wonderful job filling in where the reader might have questions. So NO you don’t have to read any of the Dare Series or the other books in the Knight Brothers series to enjoy this story. This story is told in Dual POV in the third person. I thought the flow and pace of this story worked well.
In this story we follow Ethan Knight and Sienna Dare. Ethan is the oldest sibling in the Knight family and is the CEO of their family business. He is kind of a shell of a man after some serious turmoil he went through with his late wife. So when his client Ian Dare calls and asks if he can escort his younger half sister Sienna to a business function she is attending in NY, he wasn’t to thrilled. But knowing Ian is an important client he agrees. Little did he know that, that one night would change his life for good. Sienna Dare is a 20 something woman who is trying to decide what to do with her life. After a heath scare as a child, she has always been babied by her siblings. Now that she is older, she wants to spread her wings and really go after what she wants. And after meeting Ethan, she realizes it is him she wants 😉 Can these two make a go of it?? Can Ethan lower his walls to finally let another woman in?? Find out what happens when a one night stand turns into something so much more in this story.
I will say I wasn’t sure how Ethan was going to be likable in this book. He came off really kind of gruff and angry in the other books in this series. With a good reason, but I didn’t know if I would like him. I am happy to say I absolutely LOVED Ethan. Yes he was rough around the edges in the beginning of this book, but I loved watching him grow and learning to open up and trust again. I thought Sienna was perfect for him!!!
I loved seeing all of the Dare siblings and the Knight siblings in this book. I do wish we would’ve gotten more of Ethan’s siblings in this story, but it was still nice seeing how they were all getting along after getting their HEA’s.
I would recommend this book/series to all romance readers out there. If you haven’t read a Carly Phillips book, you are really missing out. You need to experience her writing!!!
The Dare to Love series continues with this wonderful standalone story Dare Me Tonight by Carly Phillips. The book has several great characters that just jump off the page at you. From Miami to New York city out to Colorado, Dare Me Tonight is a story about love and romance and some very overprotective siblings that can’t help but get in the way. Beautifully written and very entertaining, Dare Me Tonight by Carly Phillips is a 5-star read. The next book in the standalone series Sexy Dare is due out very soon, don’t miss it!
Sienna Dare comes from a large complicated blended family and they have all finally started getting along. Sienna needs to go to NYC for possible school admissions and her big brother Ian sets her up to be escorted by one of his business colleagues Ethan Knight. Ethan isn’t ready for the beautiful, lively twenty-three-year-old but once he spends time with Sienna, he knows he’s done for. One secret night together was all it was supposed to be; Sienna had found the man she wanted to lose her V-card to and it couldn’t have been better, except now Sienna has to work with Ethan and no one can know what happened between them. Her feelings, his contract with her brother, their baby? Ethan knows now what happens when you take a Dare, but he has no idea what will happen next.
Oh my this book was so freaking good! I’ve been patiently waiting for Ethan’s story and Carly definitely didn’t disappoint! Ethan has been through so much turmoil since his wife’s overdose. He has stayed away from women, mainly because he doesn’t trust them…..until Sienna. Sienna has had her life turned upside down with family drama and she’s just ready to live her life she’s just not sure what she wants to do. Ethan and Sienna are explosive, sexy and so much fun to read I never wanted it to end. If you love the Knight family and the Dare family then you can’t go wrong with this combination!
I think this is my favorite Knight Brothers Book (so far!)
This one is about Ethan, the moody, bossy, older brother. He has every right to be a bitter man, as his marriage ended in deceit & tragedy which affected him both personally & professionally. As head of the family business (KTT – Knight Time Technology), he works long hours and doesn’t seem to want to do anything outside of the office. After landing a big security job for a brand new football stadium in Miami, Ethan is willing to do just about anything to keep his client happy, even if that includes escorting his client’s sister (Sienna) to a Business School Social so she can decide if she wants to accept their offer to attend or not.
Ethan sends a car to pick up Sienna and because she’s changed her hair color from the picture he found of her on Google, Ethan doesn’t recognize her when she first walks up to him. Sparks fly as they first meet, and Sienna decides she wants something else from her weekend in New York and it has nothing to do with a Graduate Program at Columbia!
What happens after that is the start of Ethan & Sienna’s story. I really enjoyed this book. It has a great storyline, with some added family drama thrown in as well. I think this is a great read and would definitely recommend it!
A quick, unforgettable romance story with a great storyline and characters. Dare Me Tonight offers betrayal, tragedy, great banter, an instant connection, explosive chemistry, lots of emotions, and so much more.
I volunteered to review an advance review copy of this book.
Ethan Knight, basically head of the Knight empire, is now dealing with Ian Dare on his new hockey arena. Upon Ian’s request that he show his sister Sienna a good time in New York, he finds himself attracted to her. Knowing he can’t do anything about it and risk losing the contract with Ian, he puts on his happy face and proceeds to try. When Sienna finally meets Ethan at a party, she’s instantly attracted, but knows the risks of getting involved with him due to her overbearing brother. When the night comes to a close, Sienna can’t help it, she finally has found someone she wants to be with and is determined to have Ethan. Ethan’s plan….one night and know one knows. With their hot night behind them, can they move on? If Ian finds out, will their deal be off? This is another one of Carly’s have to read books. Her characters are absolutely great, the storyline is wonderful and basically you won’t want to put this one down until it’s finished. A must read!!!!!!

I loved this story so much! Tropes galore, and it was so fun seeing our old favorite Dare family in this Knight family series-ender.
Ethan Knight is the oldest of 4 siblings, and CEO of his family’s technology company, but he has had a terrible year. A year ago his wife died of an accidental overdose. Apparently she was an opioid addict, after becoming addicted to pills after surgery. She was also embezzling money from his family’s business, as well as cheating on him. And he didn’t know any of it until she was already dead. She had been handling a huge project for the company out in California, and he was in NYC, so they had been distant before she passed, but that didn’t lessen the shock at all. He’s been in a perpetual sour mood ever since, which his family understands, but are finally starting to lose their patience with. He’s been working hard to rectify the mess she made in California, while keeping all his other important projects running smoothly. He needs something to get his head back on straight, or he’s going to drive everyone he loves insane. Enter a most unexpected surprise.
Sienna Dare is the baby of her family, of both her full, and half siblings. She survived childhood leukemia 15 years ago, thanks to a bone marrow donation from her half-sister Avery. But that whole episode blew up both their families, as their liar of a father was exposed for having 2 families, and everyone was left devastated. She’s just graduated college, and is debating going to get her MBA in NYC. Her oldest half-brother, Ian Dare, calls in a business connection to be Sienna’s escort for the weekend in New York, to explore the school, attend a reception there, and see if she’s interested in living in the city. She expects it to be an informative weekend, and hopes it will make her decision about whether or not to continue with school easier for her. But, she doesn’t count on Ethan Knight.
Sienna and Ethan had a strong connection from the first glance of each other, though neither of them were what the other was expecting. I loved their banter, and their easy discussions while they got to know one another. Both knew that they could only have one night together, regardless of what they each wanted. Ethan has a huge contract with her brother Ian, and he can’t let anything derail it. Also, they live in different states, and Sienna still doesn’t have her life or future figured out at all. But, of course, best laid plans often go awry, and they created something that will link them together for a long time to come.
Sienna was the first virgin heroine this author has written, to my knowledge, and I loved how believable it was that she still would be at 23, after the way her family was, and her childhood illness. She wanted to find the right guy who made her feel she was ready, and after spending the evening with Ethan, she knew he was the guy she wanted to be with for the first time. Their attraction was hot, and I loved watching them connect in a deeper way than they expected. Of course, there was a surprise baby, which was so fun, and I loved seeing her brother Ian’s reaction to it all. His book came out many years ago now, but he’s always been a favorite. He can be an overbearing jerk a lot of the time, especially as concerns his family, but he loves them so much. It took a lot for him to accept and truly come to care for his half siblings, after everything that happened, so I adored seeing his newly forged connection with Sienna, and how he began to treat her just as he did his other 2 sisters, for better, or for worse.
Ethan made some big missteps in his dealings with Sienna once he showed up in Florida. I cringed at times, and I was glad when Sienna wasn’t just willing to take what he claimed was all he could give her. She knew she was worth more, and she let him know it. I like that even though she was young, she wasn’t a pushover, and she never settled. Her family also made some errors in not trusting her to be the adult she was, and still trying to baby her when they shouldn’t. She really worked hard to let everyone know that she could handle whatever life dished out, and that she expected to be treated equally with her siblings. Seeing most of the Dare clan, as well as the Knight family from the prior books, was a total delight, and I loved the way this book closed out the Knight family’s series, as well as setting up a new series with the final untold Dare story, that of Sienna’s brother Jason. He lives in NYC and owns a popular nightclub with his best friends. His story sounds so intriguing, and I’m looking forward to it next!
**I voluntarily read an early copy of this title in exchange for an honest review**
Carly Phillip’s Dare series has always been a favorite of mine and the Knight Brothers have been equally as entertaining, so when I learned we had a book about a Dare and a Knight? Sign me up!
Ethan Knight is the oldest of the Knight brothers and he works at KTT and has been going through a tough time following the death of his wife and all of the fallout that came from that. He’s been going through the motions, but he’s in a position where he doesn’t let many people in and he certainly isn’t in the running to give his heart away to anyone anytime soon and maybe never again. With that said, when he’s asked to show the sister of one of KTT’s biggest clients around when she’s in New York, he’s taught to never say never.
Sienna Dare is the youngest of the Dare siblings. She has finally finished her schooling and has an opportunity to continue her education on a full ride scholarship in New York City, however she’s not quite sure what she really wants to do with her life and more school may not be it. When she meets up with her brother’s business contact to be shown around, sparks fly immediately and Sienna wants things that she’s never wanted before.
It’s clear as soon as Sienna and Ethan meet that there is chemistry and attraction. Ethan knows that he needs to be hands off since she is the sister of a client, but that doesn’t help when everything in him is finally waking up after so long. Sienna is feeling everything that Ethan is and she decides to take a chance with him. They agree to one night, but will that really be enough? Throw in complications, both personal and professional, and you have the makings of what turns out to be a truly entertaining journey!
I really loved these two together. The way they stood up for one another, even when things were uncertain, was awesome and it was clear from the get-go that if they got out of their own way, things could be really good with them. I always look forward to Carly’s books, and this was no exception. I highly suggest picking up a copy!
I was looking forward for Ethan’s story and this book is amazing. Ethan suffer so much in the past that I was hoping for him to find a great woman that would love him a lot. And I was surprised with the heroine in this book. I think that Sienna Dare was the perfect match for him and more. I love how romantic, funny and sensual this book is. Ethan and Sienna are amazing together. I love reading about their family members and how they are doing now. I enjoy reading this book.

Dare Me Tonight (The Knight Brothers, #3) by Carly Phillips….. Thank you Carly for writing this KNIGHT BROTHERS series and for letting me preview it. Ethan Knight(the oldest and so jaded after what his late wife put him through) Sienna Dare(the youngest of “Daddy Dare’s” hidden second family..and she is tired of being treated like a baby) First let me say I really enjoyed catching up with all the Dares and their lives. There are so many feels, laughs, tears and then add the steam and it gets us to a very HEA. Then if you want more Dares and who doesn’t …Jason Dare is next in SEXY DARE. I can’t wait.
Confession- I’m not in general a fan of kids, babies, pregnancy, or books where those sound like they are going to be the main focus. Even if it’s an author I really like, I tend to skip them. But “Dare Me Tonight” wasn’t just a Carly Phillips book- it was a Dare/Knight Carly Phillips book. So I had to read it. And was definitely glad I did.
Ethan is a bitter, brooding man who has let his life spiral into unhappiness because of the betrayals of his first wife. Totally understandable and his siblings were willing to give him space, but they’ve had enough. They just have no idea how to kick him out of his new zone. Help comes from a surprising source- client Ian Dare has asked Ethan to personally show his little sister Sienna around NYC for a weekend. Sienna is casual, fun, low maintenance, rolls with the punches, and puts everyone’s needs ahead of her own. There are instant, surprising sparks between them and they agree to a one night stand. Problem is, neither can stop thinking about the other after they’ve parted ways. When he gets the chance, Ethan agrees to a hands-on project that will keep him in Sienna’s orbit a lot longer. Everyone except Ethan could see he’s only fooling himself, but Ethan doesn’t talk much so his brothers don’t get to explain the facts of love to him until he’s already well and truly put his foot in his mouth with Sienna. It’s a Knight family trait, but Ethan does it better than rest!
I definitely loved getting to know Sienna. She thinks of everyone first, but doesn’t believe she has to settle- for a job, for a man, or for emotional scraps. She’s finding her way in life and willing to admit it, while also knowing that her main goal is happiness. She forgives honest mistakes others make but refuses to be steamrolled by even those closest to her- as we see in a perfect scene with her father! When she discovers she’s pregnant, she worries about how it will affect Ian and Ethan’s working relationship above all else. She’s willing to co-parent with Ethan rather than settle for what she worries would be a loveless marriage. Ethan has his work cut out for him convincing Sienna that he’s fallen in love with her, but Carly Phillips makes sure not only do our characters have to work things out emotionally, they get the happiness they deserve by the last page!
One night of passion leads to not only an unplanned pregnancy but also puts the collaboration between Knight and dare industries in jeopardy. Sienna was only supposed to go to New York to figure out her next educational step, she never planned to have feelings for Ethan, she never figured she would lose her virginity and last but not lease she never thought she would come back to Miami knocked up. But can this instant attraction be for real? Will Ethan finally admit he has found true love? And can the two make everything work if he is in NY and she is in Miami? These two characters were each others yin and yang, perfectly fit from the minute they meet. With the lies and deception that both have had to endure the storyline could not have been better. A wonderful way to join the Knights and the Dares.
I really enjoyed this story of Ethan and Sienna. Sienna’s personality was the perfect balance to Ethan’s. I loved that Sienna didn’t take any guff from Ethan, her brothers, or the rest of her family. This was an easy read. I read it in one sitting and didn’t want it to end. I don’t know how Jason’s story will top this one, but I can’t wait to find out.
Sienna and Ethan’s story has many twists and turns. Their past experiences, siblings and family dynamics all weave together to make this a book you won’t put down.
