I’m married to a rock star. And I don’t even know his last name.Bella Chase is in need of a good time. A quick trip to Vegas is just what the doctor ordered. The tattooed bad boy who approaches her at a crowded club isn’t her usual type. But she’s not looking for a husband. She’s looking for a little fun. Between his gorgeous green eyes, his bright smile, and his effortless charm, he’s the perfect … effortless charm, he’s the perfect distraction.
Bossy drummer Joel Young needs out of his head. Now. Bella is just the woman to help. The curvy brunette is smart, refined, responsive… and a little uptight. Joel is more than happy to show her how to let her hair down. First, he’ll make her laugh. Then, he’ll get her screaming his name.
It’s the perfect one night stand.
Until they wake up married.
Joel knows they should get a divorce. But Bella makes him feel things he’s never felt before. Maybe this is crazy. Maybe he’s wrong.
He doesn’t care.
She’s his wife. He’s not about to let her go.

Joel’s always the upbeat member of Dangerous Noise. He finds himself in Vegas to escape. He’s not feeling so upbeat. Looking for an escape in booze and sex, but instead he meets Bella looking for her own escape in Vegas. It involves the booze and the sex but he also finds himself wanting to make Bella happy. Which ends up involving their Vegas marriage. The decision is made for them to wait on the divorce and during that wait Joel hopes she decides to stay. Steamy, sweet, witty, all our favorite cast of characters in Dangerous Noise. And a very happy ever after. They both have their angst but they journey to the happy.
I don’t usually like the drummers but this book was great. The plot was original enough not to be boring.
Another great book by Crystal Kaswell. This time she outdid herself with Joel and Bella. Bella was a yes girl; always molding herself into what other people wanted and not taking into account what she wanted. After discovering 3 C’s on her semester transcripts she decides to get away and try to take her mind off of what she considers a failure. What she never expected was meeting Joel and taking her life down an untraveled path. Joel has just learned that his parents are getting divorced and he needs a distraction. Both of them are in Vegas trying to numb their pain. Neither of them expected the other. I loved both Joel and Bella. They were perfect for each other right from the beginning. They could read each other and knew when the other person wasn’t being true to themselves. What I wasn’t a big fan of, and the main reason for my 4 stars, was Bella’s lack of faith in herself. I get the lack of confidence, we all have that at one point or the other. But she just wasn’t confident in anything until the very end. She kept opening her mouth to say something but never letting the words get past her lips. Joel was confidence personified, even if he was putting on a front the majority of the time. But even he irritated me with his lack of getting the words out. These two helped each other find their light. Like I said, they were perfect for each other. I also liked seeing the other members of this band and their significant others. I loved how they welcomed Bella into their folds. Looking forward to Mal’s story as the little hints we got of him were quite interesting
Until Bella met Joel, she didn’t fully realise that she was always pleasing every around her instead of doing what she truly wants for herself.
Joel brings out all the part of her that is hidden which was all positively enlightening to her and gave her the courage she needs to put herself first. She also did the same for Joel as he was struggling with pretending to be someone he is not. Together they made each brave enough to choose their happiness before others. We all need our Joel or Bella. A fantastic read as usual.

Joel is a drummer for a very popular rock band. He had some devastating family news. He decides to go to Vegas and try to forget by finding a willing woman. There are many out there. Bella is a law student. She didn’t do well in her first year at law school. She decides to go to.Vegas to let loose and break out of her prim and proper self. There couldn’t be two people who are so different. Wild Joel and Proper Bella. But when they meet it is electric. They have a night filled with fun and lots of drink. The next morning Bella wakes up next to Joel and realizes they are married. She cant remember much of it but Joel does. They decide to stay together for a week as the tabloids have announced their wedding. During that week they learn they really have much in common. There are many explicit sexual scenes as both Joel and Bella bring the best out of each other. Very enjoyable reading.
Enjoyable read
fun read
What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, right? Unless you end up married to a rock star. It was just a thing. Bella wanted to let loose for one night. Joel was just the person to help her do it. But what happens when the rock star doesn’t want to end the quickie marriage? Bella tries to get away and go back to her normal life, but Joel isn’t having any of it. Loved seeing Joel fall in love. And as always you get little glimpses of the rest of the band.
Dangerous Rock is the story of Joel and Bella. Joel has just been given some devastating news and heads to Vegas to blow off steam. Bella has just flunked her exams in her first semester of law school and wants to do something wild and to of character. But the next morning, when she wakes up there is a rock on her finger and a wedding band on Joel’s. Joel’s attorney is on vacation and so they agree to stay married for one week until his attorney returns. This story was sweet and HOT and a very fun read. It really made you want the characters to work things out.
