I was the girl no one wanted. Dumped and left to fend for myself. Dance became my lifeline, my sanity. Now I have a new life. A new twisted family and a school that has me asking questions. Alder Academy isn’t your typical college. It’s run by the founding family of Rolling Springs. And soon, I will learn all their dirty little secrets in the form of the three Alder brothers. Or so I thought. Now … college.

Dance For Me is a dark bully romance but so much more. The mystery behind who the new girl in town is and what threat she poses creates most of the puzzle.
Whisper Sullens is a foster kid who grew up tough but has somehow landed in Rolling Springs with an obnoxious couple and attends Alder Academy along with the three Alder sons; Steele, Knox, and Callan. Then the drama really begins.
Whisper’s character is easy to like, she hasn’t had an easy life but has built up an inner strength she draws on to cope when things get tough. They certainly are needed when she begins at her new college in a very strange town. I also like that she is honest, especially when she is with herself. She knows she is attracted to Steele, and their chemistry is intense, so instead of denying that she acknowledges it. She may not exactly want it to be this way but she accepts it, she also realizes that she likes all of the Alder boys just not quite as much as Steele.
Steele is such an easy guy to dislike at first yet there are other levels to him that readers see and this changes things. He certainly isn’t a cuddly, hearts and flower’s type for sure but he isn’t his father either. And that is saying a lot. His father is a dreadful character and he doesn’t even make an appearance that often. Knox and Callan are different again with totally different personalities and ways of dealing with things. Both have Steele behind them as their big brother, friend and at times protector too.
This story has some fantastic twists and turns, it’s a fast-paced shorter story that you find yourself not wanting to put down.

Let me first say I am not a fan of the new “ bully romance” trend, but this book……. WTF?? Once again Erin delivers a book full of twists, turns, and shocking moments.

If you’re looking for a good bully romance this book is for you. It was full of angst and sexiness. I really enjoyed this and am hoping there are more books set in this world.

O.M.F.G I absolutely LOVED this book!!
The Alder brothers rule everything in Rolling Springs. No one messes with them, ever. That is until a new girl shows up in school and their town and she doesn’t take anyone’s sh!t. Whisper has a steel spine after everything she has been through in life and the last thing she wants or needs is a headache from the Triple A’s.
What can I can about this book? At first I thought it was going to be another school/bully style romance that seem to be on trend at the mo, but it was so much more. As a huge fan of Erin trejo, I love her dark and twisted nature that leaks out on to the pages of this book. Whisper’s character has a back bone that few could break, she was a joy to discover and get to know better. As for the alder brothers? What wasn’t to like? Steele was the ever loving/hating alpha male with issues and problems that would test the best. I loved knox, he had a wicked side and callan was sweet but ruthless if pushed. A great read, so much more than you expect.
Wow.
When I first started I was confused.
Glad I kept going despite that as wow. (Yes it’s worth a second mention!!)
Second start to a bully series by this author and just as impressive.
The characters will draw you in almost immediately and you’ll find yourself unable to put it down.
For anyone looking at reviews like I did after the start, trust me, nothing is as it seems, keep going!
This dance was light on its feet. 3 stars
I liked this book, but I didn’t love it. I connected to Whisper at first, because she doesn’t like being told what to do and likes to challenge authority. Then sometimes I thought she acted immature, but when she tells a little about her past I felt for her. At first the Alder boys (Steele, Knox and Callan) bully her, because they think she has information they need that their father tasked them to get. But once they see that she is not easily broken, Steele tried another tactic which was pull her closer. Steele and Whisper have chemistry together, but it felt more physical than emotional. What happens when they start to have feelings for one another even though that was the opposite of Steele’s task? Shocking twists and turns happened, but I still felt things were underdeveloped. I know there is a second book planned, but I am not sure I will be reading it. I wanted to read this book because it had dance in it, and I did love that Whisper could be free when she danced. I also loved that the Alder boys danced without any qualms or hesitations! Bully books are my favorite right now which was the other reason I wanted to read this book, but it felt glossed over after the initial bullying. Like I said, I liked this book but didn’t love it, because I thought plot and characters were underdeveloped. I can’t say I would recommend it.

*shouty caps* HOT, FAST, HOLY S*%! CAN’T PUT IT DOWN READ! *shouty caps*
I don’t know if I’ve ever devoured a book this fast in my life. This was a fantastic, dark and twisted, new adult/college bully romance and I.Am.Here.For.It! Whisper moves to a new town and quickly learns that the Alder brothers are not to be trifled with. All three of them, Knox, Callan and Steele are alpha-holes set to succeed their father in his business empire, through any means necessary. They are tasked with finding out anything and everything about Whisper and why she suddenly appears in their town. The job quickly turns into something more when Steele takes more than a passing interest in Whisper. Trejo is a wonderful author and I’m so glad that I recently stumbled upon her. The Alder Academy series is set for rapid release with books 2 and 3 coming out in April and May respectively. I’m definitely reading those when they come out, that isn’t even a question at this point!

What an amazing start to a new series by Erin Trejo. A bully to lover story with some dark twists.
Steele and his brothers are burdened with doing their father’s dirty work, but what happens when you fall for the enemy?
Whisper is tired. Tired of being used and discarded. She just wants to be left along to dance. After getting dropped in a new school, she is thrust down a path of self discovery and must figure out who she really.
Can 2 people overcome all the obstacles fighting against them to find their song and just dance for each other?
Dark, intriguing, captivating, luring, riveting, arousing, mesmerizing – these are all verbs this reader would used to describe Dance for Me. From the opening to the end this book just held me in it’s grasp. If I wasn’t hollering (in my mind of course) at the main characters asking What the Heck are you doing, I was gasping at their action and wondering about the outcome. Excellent beginning to a series that this reader will be lining up to purchase.
Three brothers – Steele, Knox and Callan Adler – are all bullies of a sort who run the Adler Academy of Rolling Springs. They have been groomed, by their father, to eventually take over the town and all its dirty secrets. They do what they are instructed to do even if it means getting their hands dirty. They don’t take kindly to outsiders, especially ones they think might be a threat. The latest threat – Whisper – a girl who has been lost in the foster system for years, who suddenly, when she is almost 18, is taken in by a couple you live in Rolling Springs. The brothers become her worst nightmare even though they begin to question their father’s actions. What are the towns secrets? What are Whisper’s secrets?
The characters will worm their way into your heart and not let go. This outstanding, Intense storyline has this reader wanting more from the Alder Academy series and Highly Recommends grabbing book 1 up ASAP. 2 Thumbs Up and 5 Stars.
Steele and Whisper pull you along in their dark, twisted, emotional story. From beginning to end they and His brothers Knox and Callan keep you glued to your Kindle to see what they do and how they figure out the puzzle. Truth and lies leads to everything they need to know. Amazing read that is full of everything you need and all the feels. Can’t wait to read what she has next.
This is one of my favorite books so far!
The characters are very well described. 3 hot guys and a girl. Knox is a rough hot guy with a soft side eventually. The twists and turns in this book, the pull and push between Knox and Whisper are great!
Loved it!!
A Dark Romance
New girl in town oblivious as to why she is being treated the way she is.
Fortunately, she is a lot stronger and wiser than they are giving her credit for and they will never win.
Bad boys in school…every school has them and unfortunately that will never stop.
Erin wrote another great story.

With not being a huge fan of bully romance I wasn’t sure how I would feel about this book, but Erin has once again dragged me into a world that I have fallen in love with. There is so much going on in this book that I can not even get into all of it. The Triple A crew is tasked to getting to know anything and everything about Whisper and man do they get into it. If you are new to bully romance I highly recommend picking this up and jumping in with both feet.
What an amazing start to a new series by Erin Trejo, this book was a new genre for me, and I loved it. The town is full of secrets and lies which are obstacles that make it hard for Steele and Whisper to be together. This book had my emotions all over the place, but it also intrigued me, and I cannot wait for the next book in this series.
I love this book. It is a great deal bully academy romance. It also has a slight enemies to lovers feel as well. I really hope to read more about the Adler brothers. I highly recommend this book if you like it dark and twisted.
Phenomenal ! This book will rip your heart out and twist it to pieces and shove it back in ! Erin really really knows how to write a book on bully romance. I mean I can’t stand bullies but you will learn to love the Triple A’s, Steele, Knox and Callen. Oh and the feisty feisty Whisper you’ll definitely have all kinds of feelings for her. Cant wait for the next book !! Great Book !
