She was desperate, homeless and alone… dominant and alpha and the woman are cherished and protected. And suddenly there are rules, and consequences for breaking them, and she isn’t certain how she feels about that. Considering the man acting as her guardian is also her boss, and the sexiest, most dominant man she’s ever met.
He’s blunt, gruff and used to getting his way…
Clint likes to be in control. Craves it. What he doesn’t like are surprises. And that’s exactly what she is. A complete and utter shock to the system. She’s in need of a protector, a Daddy to take care of her.
But that someone can’t be him.
Contains one totally Alpha Daddy Dom and a woman who manages to tug at his every protective instinct.
more
Clint is the protector, he likes things in order and done his way. He expects people to follow his orders and he wants to see his family and friends happy.
Charlie is not used to having someone looking out for her. She’s always only had herself to depend on. Clint shows her what it’s like to have someone care and protect her.
This is a fun and engaging story. Full of surprises and love. It’s a fun read that shows us that everyone needs someone to care for and love them. Clint and Charlie need each other and their love is wonderful to read.
I highly recommend this amazing series

3.5/4 Stars
My second read of this series. It was quick and easy. This was a slow burn Daddy Dom/Little Girl romance with a sweet happily ever after.
After reading the first one awhile ago I remembered that I was excited to read Clint’s story. It did not disappoint!
Charlie was so adorable, and she had been put through the ringer. Sanctuary Ranch needed a cook while theirs healed from a broken leg. The temp agency sent Charlie but Clint thought they were sending a man. Because of the old fashion beliefs they have no single female is allowed working on the ranch unless they have a male guardian.
I really liked Charlie’s spirit, she had been living in her car for months and she was still going. Her standing up to Clint at the beginning was my favorite.
These books always leave me with a happy fuzzy feeling. I definitely recommend this author and these books if you don’t mind reading about old fashioned men and Littles.
Daddy’s Little Darling — This is a fascinating world. Still feels like I’m watching a car crash and can’t look away. I have a feeling the whole series is going to be this way. I know why they have a ranch to keep the outside world from looking at them funny though. Still a good story, and I totally wanted to wrap Charlie up in bubble wrap so Clint’s reaction to her makes sense. Happy Reading!
Love this Series
What Clint did at the beginning when Charlie arrived was really uncalled for.
He did not have all the information and jumped to conclussions.
I am just really glad he stepped back and realized what was right in front of him.
Someone to love and cherish the rest of his life.
Clint the big brother to all on the ranch … the need to protect and dominate was real for him … he wanted his family to be happy, to find their missing souls. He comes off as the unapproachable, scary and grumpy Dom/man … until he see’s her, he feels punched in the gut …
Charlie, unfamiliar territory, running on empty, hoping she can lay low and save some money from this job…second guessing herself. Takes all her strength to push the button to get thru the gate.
Will she except the challenge, the one night trial. Will he see past his grouchy demeanor and admit his needs.
Everyone needs a Daddy to protect them … Read this one you’ll get all the feels.
True love between two people is being accepting of each other flaws and personalities and can grow together. Age, color or gender should not be a factor because everyone is different. I love how Clint makes sure that Charlotte understands that he is accepting of her and everyone at the ranch is as well besides Allan. Charlotte is so scared of being humiliated and made fun of for who she is that she tries to hide herself but Ckint and his brother saw through it.

Charlie and Clint’s story continues! There is no taking Charlotte’s Health and Safety for granted or she knows that her Daddy Dom will punish her for it. I loved that this is a continuation of the ranchers story and if I’m right, I think there will be a couple of other characters getting their own HEA! This is great as a stand-alone or like me, reading the series as they come out. Definitely if your into Spanking and such, this is a must read!
Charlie takes a cook’s job at Sanctuary Ranch. She’s had a very rough and abusive past and is a Little that is afraid. She meet Clint and is drawn to him, but doesn’t believe he would want her. And she feel unworthy of him. He takes one look at her. And the Daddy in him wants her so bad it scares him. Really wanted more from this. No tea party, dress up or playtime with her. What about a proposal? Security in knowing he truly means forever. I was waiting for him to propose at the dinner table.
Laylah Roberts has done it again! Her second book in this DDlg series is so good, Clint and Charlotte are both looking for that special someone and thanks to a mix up by Charlie’s employers they finially get that chance. This story just got me, watching both Charlotte and Clint wade through the emotional turmoil both have endured in their lifetime, to try and find the love they both deserve.
This series just keeps getting better and better. I absolutely loved Daddy’s Little Darling. Charlie is such a sweet character and Clint is so strict but caring. The two of them are perfect for each other. The assistant cook, on the other hand, needed to be sent away. I so hope that Eden eventually gets a story although I am not sure she is a little. Great story that will make you smile.
Charlie has been basically on her own after losing her parents at a young age. The aunt she lived with wanted nothing to do with her and then when she got a boyfriend he ended up throwing her out one night. So now she is truly on her own when she arrives at Sanctuary Ranch. Clint put in for a cook but it was supposed to be a male because of the type of lifestyle the ranch caters to. He got a surprise when Charlie shows up and wasn’t who he was expecting. Just as he was going to send her away he learns that she’s been living in her car. So he gives her a trial period to see if she can manage it and if she can he’ll let her stay for room and board plus a stipend. When she proves that she can do it he lets her stay but doesn’t keep up with her like he should and another person on his ranch ends up threatening her. Will this cause Charlie to leave? Will Clint finally claim Charlie as his own?
This is a great story that will draw you in from the first page to the last one. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to anyone that enjoys reading about Daddy Dom and their littles.

Second book in the Montana Daddies series and it is absolutely amazing! The storyline is well thought out, well-written, emotionally deep, and consistent; I was captivated from page one until the end. There is drama, humour, witty banter, spanking, and sexy dominant cowboys to look forward to in this story. The characters are likeable; their chemistry is intense, hot, and undeniable! This book is guaranteed to leave you wanting more. Definitely recommended.

This was such an enjoyable read. Of course we know that Clint and Charlotte are going to end up together, but not exactly how it will happen. And we discover that Charlotte has a secret, but what is it, and will it then become the undoing of her relationship with Clint? Clint has been longing to find the baby girl that he wants and needs, and Charlotte definitely has needs, but doesn’t really know that she is a natural submissive, much less a Little. She finds it difficult to accept who she really is because of her background, especially having to live with her abusive aunt, and later an abusive boyfriend. She is always waiting for rejection to come her way, and she thinks she has also been rejected by Clint, when he hires her to be a cook on his ranch, a ranch full of dominants and submissives, and he says he will be her guardian so she can accept the much needed job, but then basically ignores her. She does make a real friend in Ellie who sweetly helps Charlotte discover her little self, as she too is a little. It takes Charlotte’s health being endangered for Clint to step up and accept the role that he truly wants. But will he still reject her, because of her secret? Is he truly a good daddy or not? It’s worth the read to find out.

This is the second book in this wonderful series about a ranch in Montana where the dominant alpha males treat their women like princesses
I feel that is the case of Charlie not only Clint fell down on those but all the men did. She had been abused and starved and was now hoarding food but no one realised or helped how is that protecting her After saying that Clint and Charlie did end up developing a relationship that worked for them There are a few tearjerker moments so be prepared
I absolutely love ddlg stories and this was a great one. I love Clint and Charlie!!!! I love the idea of Sanctuary Ranch, a place men rule their families but the women are treasured. Charlie is a little who is down on her luck and living in her car. She has been mentally and physically abused and is afraid to trust anyone. She heads to Sanctuary Ranch to take temporary job as cook. Clint thought they were sending a man to fill cook position. The only way females can live on ranch is with guardian. He plans on sending her on her way until he finds out she is living in her car. He and his brother agree to be her guardian. Won’t give spoilers but let’s just say something traumatic happens to her and she needs a daddy not just a guardian. Something Clint is all too happy to be. He will love and spoil his little ?but won’t hesitate to punish her if needed. Looking forward to next in this series

I am glad that Charlie found her way to the ranch where Clint was and Clint let her work there. I felt bad for everything Charlie had been through with her ex and aunt and was sad she felt she couldn’t be herself. I am glad Clint started paying attention and was able to be everything Charlie needed.

DADDY’S LITTLE DARLING is the second book in the Montana Daddies series. Each is a stand-alone, contemporary romance featuring a DD/lg loving dynamic.
Charlie is a perfectly described as a Little. She has her stuffy, Inky, and her feelings for him are expertly explained. Her penchant for a little brattiness, which is sometimes intentional and sometimes not, is spot on in its description. Finally, there is the feeling of being lost in a world this is just too big to navigate, so daydreaming becomes easier.
Clint as a Daddy is also perfect, but before then… (spoiler: he’s a whole lot of idiot before he decides to claim his baby girl!). Then again, aren’t most men?
There just aren’t enough books that enter the world of the DD/lg dynamic in pure honesty. I thank the Sanctuary Ranch and Clint’s great-grandfather that this series exists!
